The MeCH(O-i-Bu)Cl/TiCl4/MeCONMe2 initiating system was found to induce the rapid living carbocationic polymerization (LCPzn) of isobutyl vinyl ether (IBuVE) at ?100°C. Degradation by dealcoholation which usually accompanies the polymerization of alkyl vinyl ethers by strong Lewis acids is “frozen out” at this low temperature and poly(isobutyl vinyl ether)s (PIBuVEs) with theoretical molecular weights up to ca. 40,000 g/mol (calculated from the initiator/monomer input) and narrow molecular weight distributions (M?w/M?n ≤ 1.2) are readily obtained. According to 13C-NMR spectroscopy, PIBuVEs prepared by living polymerization at ?100°C are not stereoregular. The MeCH(O-i-Bu)Cl/TiCl4 combination induces the rapid LCPzn of IBuVE even in the absence of N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA). The addition of the common ion salt, n-Bu4NCl to the latter system retards the polymerization and meaningful kinetic information can be obtained. The kinetic findings have been explained in terms of TiCl4. IBuVE and TiCl4 · IBuVE and TiCl4 · PIBuVE complexes. The HCl (formal initiator)/TiCl4/DMA combination is the first initiating system that can be regarded to induce the LCPzn of both isobutylene (IB) and IBuVE. Polyisobutylene (PIB)–PIBuVE diblocks were prepared by sequential monomer addition in “one pot” by the 2-chloro-2,4,4-trimethylpentane (TMP-Cl)/TiCl4/DMA initiating system. Crossover efficiencies are, however, below 35% because the PIB + IBuVE → PIB-b-PIBuVE crossover is slow. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Taxol (paclitaxel) and Taxotere (docetaxel) are currently considered to be among the most important anticancer drugs in cancer chemotherapy. The anticancer activity of these drugs is ascribed to their unique mechanism of action, i.e., causing mitotic arrest in cancer cells, leading to apoptosis through inhibition of the depolymerization of microtubules. Although both paclitaxel and docetaxel possess potent antitumor activity, treatment with these drugs often results in a number of undesirable side effects, as well as multidrug resistance (MDR). Therefore, it has become essential to develop new anticancer agents with superior pharmacological properties, improved activity against various classes of tumors, and fewer side effects. This paper describes an account of our research on the chemistry of paclitaxel and taxoid anticancer agents at the biomedical interface, including: 1. The structure-activity relationship (SAR) study of taxoids leading to the development of the "second-generation" taxoids, which possess exceptional activity against drug-resistant cancer cells expressing the MDR phenotype. 2. Development of fluorinated taxoids to study the bioactive conformation of paclitaxel and photoaffinity labeling taxoids for mapping of the drug-binding domain on both microtubules and P-glycoprotein. 3. The synthesis of novel macrocyclic taxoids for the investigation into the common pharmacophore for microtubule stabilizing anticancer agents.  相似文献

This paper reports an evaluation of both graph-based and fingerprint-based measures of structural similarity, when used for virtual screening of sets of 2D molecules drawn from the MDDR and ID Alert databases. The graph-based measures employ a new maximum common edge subgraph isomorphism algorithm, called RASCAL, with several similarity coefficients described previously for quantifying the similarity between pairs of graphs. The effectiveness of these graph-based searches is compared with that resulting from similarity searches using BCI, Daylight and Unity 2D fingerprints. Our results suggest that graph-based approaches provide an effective complement to existing fingerprint-based approaches to virtual screening.  相似文献

In this article, we present a new general algorithm for solving the split common fixed point problem in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space, which is to find a point which belongs to the common fixed point of a family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings such that its image under a linear transformation belongs to the common fixed point of another family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings in the image space. We establish the strong convergence for the algorithm to find a unique solution of the variational inequality, which is the optimality condition for the minimization problem. The algorithm and its convergence results improve and develop previous results in this field.  相似文献

Then, using the shrinking projection method, we prove a strong convergence theorem for finding a solution of the split common null point problem in Banach spaces. Our contribution in this paper is to propose an iterative algorithm which does not require prior knowledge of operator norm and prove strong convergence theorem for approximating a solution of split common fixed point problem of demicontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. So many authors have used algorithms involving the operator norm for solving split common fixed point problem, but as widely known the computation of these algorithms may be difficult and for this reason, authors have recently started constructing iterative algorithms with a way of selecting the step-sizes such that the implementation of the algorithm does not require the calculation or estimation of the operator norm. We introduce a new algorithm for solving the split common fixed point problem for demicontractive mappings with a way of selecting the step-sizes such that the implementation of the algorithm does not require the calculation or estimation of the operator norm and then prove strong convergence of the sequence in real Hilbert spaces. Finally, we give some applications of our result and numerical example at the end of the paper.  相似文献

时间同步对电网的安全和管理有着重要影响,如何准确可靠地同步电网时间值得研究。为此,提出利用卫星共视技术进行电网时间频率的远程校准、进而实现电网时间同步的方法。首先,提出电力系统的四级时间频率溯源体系,明确了电网时间频率溯源关系。其次,研究建立了可以满足卫星共视要求的时间频率计量标准装置,依托标准装置,将卫星共视技术应用于电力系统时间频率远程校准中,利用卡尔曼滤波算法去除干扰,并分析了基于卫星共视技术的电网时间频率同步方法。为定量评价提出方法的有效性,研究了采用提出的方法进行溯源时的时间不确定度和频率不确定度。实验及分析结果表明,提出的方法可以实现时间频率量值的高精度远程传递,从而保障电力系统中的时间同步。  相似文献

采用FSEM(fuel system evaluation method)的方法进行柴油机高压喷射系统选型,针对4JB1柴油机选择BOSCH公司的第2代共轨系统.利用AMESim建立高压共轨柴油机供油系统模型,包括高压供油泵子模型、压力调节阀子模型、喷油器子模型和连接它们的高压油管子模型.仿真研究共轨管容积、高压油管长度和内径等参数对共轨管中的压力建立和压力波动的影响,并针对4JB1共轨柴油机进行共轨系统管路参数选择和试验验证,结果表明匹配的管路系统满足共轨柴油机轨压快响应和小波动的要求.  相似文献
