以不锈钢/普碳钢为对象,对爆炸焊接+轧制联合技术进行了研究。爆炸焊接参数通过计算和优化设计,准确地预示了不锈钢/普碳钢大型厚板坯的爆炸焊接窗口;复合后的板坯在选定的轧制参数下进行热轧和冷轧;在保证复合质量的条件下,经过轧制可获得力学性能、尺寸精度完全合格的大面积薄复合板。  相似文献

文中研究了低温储罐的两种抽真空工艺,并比较了它们的抽真空时间、日漏放气率、冷态真空度以及日蒸发率等。试验结果表明,CO2置换抽真空工艺可以有效的降低储罐日漏放气率、提高储罐冷态真空度以及降低储罐的日蒸发率。  相似文献

冷喷涂过程中,由于基板的存在,板前有激波出现,从而对喷涂粒子的运动产生影响.文中建立了二维的气固两相流模型,得出在基板存在的情况下,输送气体、粒子密度和粒子直径等对喷涂速度的影响,并通过调整基板与射流管道出口的距离,找出这一距离对整个流场、粒子速度的影响.  相似文献

Dynamics of a wave function in a non-symmetrically split (spatially asymmetric) doublewell potential is considered. We study the dependence of the probability of well-to-well transitions on the degree of spatial asymmetry of well sizes and show that the quantum tunneling between the wells is significantly suppressed by this asymmetry. Practically complete suppression occurs at five-ten percent asymmetry. This is close to the threshold of sensitivity of contemporary experimental schemes for creating two-well potentials. We predict the phenomenon of resonance in quantum tunneling of considered states. We have also shown that an incoherently prepared superposition state tunnels in a double-well potential almost in the same way as a perfectly coherent state.  相似文献

The fidelity of the generated Schrdinger Cat state(SCS) of a single trapped ion in the Lamb-Dicke approximation is discussed.The results show that the fidelity significantly decreases with the values of Lamb-Dicke parameter η and coherent state amplitude α increasing.For η = 0.20 and α = 3,the typical values of experimental parameters,the fidelity is rather low(30%).A scheme for generating the SCS is proposed without making the Lamb-Dike approximation in laser-ion interaction,and the fidelity of the generated SCS is about 99% for the typical values of experimental Lamb-Dicke parameters.  相似文献

In this work, ultrasound-assisted emulsification with a probe system is proposed as a rapid and simple sample treatment for atomic spectrometric determinations (Electrothermal Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Cold Vapour Atomic Absorption Spectrometry) of trace elements (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mg, Mn, Ni, Sr and Zn) in cosmetic samples such as shampoos, gel (hair gel), crèmes (body milk, hair conditioner) and oil (body oil). The type of dispersion medium, the sample mass-to-dispersion medium volume ratio, as well as the parameters related to the ultrasound-assisted emulsification (sonication amplitude and treatment time) were exhaustively studied. Only 1 min of ultrasonic shaking and a dispersion medium containing 0.5% (w/v) of SDS + 3% (v/v) of HNO3 or HCl allows obtaining a stable emulsion at least for 3 months. Thermal programs, nebulization of emulsions, speed of pumps and concentration of reagents used in cold vapour generation were optimized. Calibration using aqueous standards was feasible in all cases. Calibration by the standard addition method and recovery studies was also applied for validation. Microwave-assisted digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry were used for comparison purposes. Relative standard deviations from analysis of five independent emulsions were less than 9% in all cases.  相似文献

We propose a simple scheme for trapping cold polar molecules in low-field seeking states on the surface of a chip by using a grounded metal plate and two finite-length charged wires that half embanked in an insulating substrate, calculate the electric field distributions generated by our charged-wire layout in free space and the corresponding Stark potentials for ND3 molecules, and analyze the dependence of the trapping center position on the geometric parameters. Moreover, the loading and trapping processes of cold ND3 molecules are studied by using the Monte Carlo method. Our study shows that the loading efficiency of the trap scheme can reach 11.5%, and the corresponding temperature of the trapped cold molecules is about 26.4 mK.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to study the global-in-time existence of weak solutions of a viscous capillary model of plasma expressed as a so-called Navier–Stokes–Poisson–Korteweg model for large data in three-dimensional space. In the context of industrial engineering, cold‐standby redundancies allocation strategy is usually adopted to improve the reliability of coherent systems. This paper investigates optimal allocation strategies of cold standbys for series and parallel systems comprised of dependent components with left/right tail weakly stochastic arrangement increasing lifetimes. For the case of heterogeneous and independent matched cold standbys, it is proved that better redundancies should be put in the nodes having weaker [better] components for series [parallel] systems. For the case of homogeneous and independent cold standbys, it is shown that more redundancies should be put in standby with weaker [better] components to enhance the reliability of series [parallel] systems. The results developed here generalize and extend those corresponding ones in the literature to the case of series and parallel systems with dependent components. Numerical examples are also presented to provide guidance for the practical use of our theoretical findings.  相似文献
