Minimality and unique ergodicity of homogeneous actions

Consider a connected Lie groupG, a lattice Γ inG, a connected subgroupH ofG, and the adjoint representation Ad ofG on its Lie algebra g. Suppose that Ad(H) splits into a semidirect product of a reductive subgroup and the unipotent radical. We prove that the minimality of the leftH-action onG/Γ then implies its unique ergodicity. Simultaneously, we suggest a reduction of the study of finite ergodic measures for an arbitrary action (G/Γ,H), where the subgroupH∈G is connected and Γ∈G is discrete, to the case of an Abelian subgroupH. On Local Coefficients for Non-generic Representations of Some Classical Groups

This paper is concerned with representations of split orthogonal and quasi-split unitary groups over a nonarchimedean local field which are not generic, but which support a unique model of a different kind, the generalized Bessel model. The properties of the Bessel models under induction are studied, and an analogue of Rodier's theorem concerning the induction of Whittaker models is proved for Bessel models which are minimal in a suitable sense. The holomorphicity in the induction parameter of the Bessel functional is established. Local coefficients are defined for each irreducible supercuspidal representation which carries a Bessel functional and also for a certain component of each representation parabolically induced from such a supercuspidal. The local coefficients are related to the Plancherel measures, and their zeroes are shown to be among the poles of the standard intertwining operators.     

Completely J —positive linear systems of finite order

Completely J — positive linear systems of finite order are introduced as a generalization of completely symmetric linear systems. To any completely J — positive linear system of finite order there is associated a defining measure with respect to which the transfer function has a certain integral representation. It is proved that these systems are asymptotically stable. The observability and reachability operators obey a certain duality rule and the number of negative squares of the Hankel operator is estimated. The Hankel operator is bounded if and only if a certain measure associated with the defining measure is of Carleson type. We prove that a real symmetric operator valued function which is analytic outside the unit disk has a realization with a completely J — symmetric linear space which is reachable, observable and parbalanced. Uniqueness and spectral minimality of the completely J — symmetric realizations are discussed.

A mixed explicit-implicit antidiffusive method of navier-stokes equations for supersonic and hypersonic separated flows

The supersonic and hypersonic.laminar and turbulent vi-scous separated flows over two and three-dimensional com-pression corners are solved by the antidissipative explicit-implicit difference scheme presented in this paper.The re-sults obtained show that a high accuracy has been achieved bythis method and the time needed for computation is greatlyreduced.

用道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法对轻烃储罐进行风险评价,得出其安全措施补偿前后的火灾、爆炸指数以及暴露面积、危害系数等,确定危险等级.并由此得出轻烃储罐在安全措施方面的不足,提出改进措施.在实例的基础上总结道化学方法用在轻烃储罐上的缺陷之处.     

太阳散射辐射测量装置的设计

为实现太阳散射辐射的自动测量,设计一种简单方便的测量装置。该装置可与全自动太阳跟踪器连接在一起,代替现有的遮光环装置。太阳散射辐射测量装置通过利用直接辐射表赤纬轴的转动来实现遮光装置赤纬轴的转动,整个遮光装置放置在全自动太阳跟踪器外壳上,实现遮装置时角轴的转动。整个装置采用齿形带传动,在利用平行四边形结构的同时也更好地保证了精度。
