非晶态Ni-Ce-P合金的共沉积与耐蚀性能   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8

采用恒电位沉积、循环状安等方法研究了在水溶液中电沉积稀土合金的可能性 ,首次在含有CeCl3的弱酸性NaH2 PO2 镀液中获得了不同铈含量的Ni Ce P合金镀层 ,XPS、AES、XRD和SEM等实验技术表征了镀层的组成和结构 ,极化电阻和腐蚀电位的测试数据表明此镀层与Ni P无定形合金相比 ,具有更强的耐腐蚀能力 ,同时 ,讨论了沉积条件与镀层耐蚀性能的关系 ,结论是 :镀层中铈含量越高 ,其耐腐蚀性能越好 ,此外还对Ni Ce P的共沉积机理进行了初步探讨 ,指出在所研究的电沉积条件下 ,Ni Ce P合金共沉积可以用“诱导共沉积理论”合理解释  相似文献

熔盐电解法制取稀土合金功能材料具有低成本等优点.本文选取353 K的乙酰胺-尿素-NaB r熔体,应用循环伏安法研究镍于该熔体(含0.063 mol.L-3N iC l2)、Pt、Cu电极上的还原.实验表明,N i(Ⅱ)+2 eN i(0)是一步完全不可逆反应,测得在Pt上N i(Ⅱ)的传递系数α=0.28,扩散系数D0=4.63×10-5cm2.s-1,Cu上α=0.22,D0=6.05×10-7cm2.s-1.以Cu作基体,Gd(Ⅲ)于该熔体不能单独还原为Gd(0),但可以被N i(Ⅱ)诱导共沉积.由恒电位法电解得到的Gd-N i合金,Gd(0)的含量随电解电位、Gd(Ⅲ)/N i(Ⅱ)摩尔比及电解时间的变化而变化.控制电解电位为-0.75 V,Gd(Ⅲ)/N i(Ⅱ)摩尔比为1∶1,电解20 m in.所得合金膜是非晶态的.  相似文献

The electrodeposition of zinc–nickel (Zn–Ni) alloys from sulfate baths has been studied at different deposition times and H2SO4 and NiSO4 concentrations; various characteristics have been observed during alloy deposition and dissolution. The deposit has been investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry. Cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic measurements during electrodeposition have been conducted. Electrochemical and surface analysis indicate that deposition takes place with the formation of two different structures corresponding to γ-phase and δ-phase zinc–nickel alloys. During anodic part of the cyclic voltammetry of the alloys, a reduction process has been observed, which may be due to hydrogen evolution. With the increase of nickel concentration in the bath, the amount of γ-phase increases, as indicated by the relative increase in the height of the peaks in the X-ray patterns and anodic peaks in the cyclic voltammograms. Also, the corrosion resistance of the zinc–nickel alloy has been improved with an increased concentration of nickel. Under these experimental conditions the electrodeposition of the alloys is of anomalous type.  相似文献

应用恒电位沉积法和循环伏安法(CV)研究碱性柠檬酸盐溶液中Ni-Mo合金共沉积规律.恒电位沉积结果表明:MoO42-的加入可以降低Ni的沉积过电位,随电位负移Ni-Mo合金的沉积电流效率逐渐低于镀Ni溶液中Ni的沉积效率.循环伏安测试结果表明:随着Ni 2+的含量增加,Ni沉积的第一个还原峰电位和Ni-Mo合金的沉积峰电位均正移;随MoO42-的含量增加,Ni-Mo合金沉积峰电位负移.  相似文献

KCl-LiCl-MgCl2熔盐体系中共电沉积制备Mg-Li合金及理论分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在670 ℃的KCl-LiCl-MgCl2熔盐体系中通过共电沉积方法制备了Mg-Li合金,并进行了理论分析。循环伏安表明:670 ℃时,锂在镁上(镁预先沉积到钼丝上)的欠电位沉积形成了液态的Mg-Li合金;当MgCl2质量分数为10%时,出现了Mg-Li合金成核。极化曲线表明:在含有5% MgCl2的熔盐中,MgCl2的极限电流密度为0.35 A·cm-2,超过此值时,Mg和Li就能产生共电沉积。对沉积物进行X射线衍射和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)分析表明:通过恒电流电解得到了3种不同相的Mg-Li合金。在电流密度为6.21 A·cm-2电解2 h条件下,只有当MgCl2质量分数小于10%时,才能得到Mg-Li合金。并通过Nernst和浓差极化方程讨论了MgCl2浓度对于Mg-Li合金形成的影响。Mg-Li合金中锂的含量能够通过熔盐中的MgCl2浓度配比和电解参数来控制。实验证明这种直接从原料入手,通过共电沉积制备Mg-Li合金的新方法是可行的。  相似文献

A novel method to immobilize hemoglobin (Hb) in a polymer grown from dopamine (DA) oxidation was proposed. The growth of the polymeric films during DA oxidation at the Prussian blue (PB) modified Au electrode in weak alkaline phosphate buffer (pH 9.18) and the immobilization of Hb into the polymeric films during their growth were traced by the electrochemical quartz crystal impedance analysis (EQCIA) method. A hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) biosensor was thus constructed, and effects of experimental parameters on the sensor performance, including the applied potential, solution pH and electroactive interferents, were examined. At an optimal potential of ?0.25 V vs. SCE, the current response of the biosensor in the selected phosphate buffer (pH 5.29) was linear with the concentration of H2O2 from 0.01 to 4.5 mM, with a lower limit of detection of 0.5 μM (S/N=3), short response time (within 10 s) and good anti‐interferent ability. The Michaelis constant (Kmapp) was estimated to be 3.80 mM. Compared with the separate film of PB or Hb, the composite film of Hb and PB exhibited a higher catalytic activity toward the reduction of H2O2, as a result of the additive effect of the chemical and biological catalyses.  相似文献

The characteristics of initial layer formation in alkaline bath for Zn-Ni (12-15%) alloy electrodeposition on low carbon steel plates are detected in a nanometric thickness range by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), with both bulk sample and thin film on substrate correction procedure, glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES) and gracing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXRD). The Zn-Ni coatings were elaborated using either intensiostatic or potentiostatic mode. A preferential deposition of Ni, in the initial thin layer, is detected by these analyses; according to EPMA and GDOES measurements, a layer rich in nickel at the interface substrate/deposit is observed (90 wt.% Ni) and approved by GIXRD; the thin layer of Ni formed in the first moments of electrolysis greatly inhibits the Zn deposition. The initial layer depends upon the relative ease of hydrogen and metal discharge and on the different substrate surfaces involved. The electrodeposition of zinc-nickel alloys in the first stage is a normal phenomenon of codeposition, whereby nickel - the more noble metal - is deposited preferentially.  相似文献

应用循环伏安法研究了在353 K的乙酰胺-尿素-NaBr熔体中Co2 在Cu电极上的电化学行为,获知Co(Ⅱ) 2e Co(0)是一步完全不可逆反应,测得传递系数α=0.28,扩散系数D0=4.06×10-7cm2/s.Gd(Ⅲ)、Pr(Ⅲ)不能单独还原为Gd和Pr,但可以被Co(Ⅱ)诱导共沉积.由恒电位电解法得到非晶态的Gd-Pr-Co合金,合金膜中Gd和Pr的含量随电解电位、时间和浓度的变化而变化,合金膜中Gd和Pr的最高质量百分数分别可达到68.18%,29.26%.  相似文献
