采用碱灰化法消解发样,于中性溶液中离心去除杂质,在酸性溶液中以催化电位法测定发碘含量,回收率达98.6％;变异系数(CV)为8.7％;测出中碘地区一个教学班20名男学生发碘平均含量为0.93μg/g,与文献报道相近。     

新的基团法估算沸点下蒸发焓

提出了估算沸点下蒸发焓的含基团重量分率的基团法和估算式，拟合团贡献值，对３８５种有机物的计算平均偏差约为１．５％。所提出的新方法明显优于３种对应状态和用蒸发熵的基团法。     

Identification of nonlinear elliptic equations

An optimization theoretic approach and algorithm for the estimation of state-dependent coefficients in nonlinear elliptic equation is presented. It is based on a splitting method combined with convex analysis techniques. Convergence of the algorithm is established and numerical examples are included.The research of K. RANDOM EDGE can be exponential on abstract cubes

We prove that RANDOM EDGE, the simplex algorithm that always chooses a random improving edge to proceed on, can take a mildly exponential number of steps in the model of abstract objective functions (introduced by Williamson Hoke [Completely unimodal numberings of a simple polytope, Discrete Appl. Math. 20 (1988) 69-81.] and by Kalai [A simple way to tell a simple polytope from its graph, J. Combin. Theory Ser. A 49(2) (1988) 381-383.] under different names). We define an abstract objective function on the n-dimensional cube for which the algorithm, started at a random vertex, needs at least exp(const·n^1/3) steps with high probability. The best previous lower bound was quadratic. So in order for RANDOM EDGE to succeed in polynomial time, geometry must help.     

Quantification of trace elements in human serum fractions by liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

On‐line coupling of LC and ICP‐MS has been used for fractionation and detection of species of Cu, Fe, I, Se and Zn in human serum. It has been shown that anion exchange chromatography provided better separation capability (both intra‐ and inter‐element) than size‐exclusion chromatography. The mobile phases for ion exchange chromatography consisted of Tris–HNO₃ buffer and ammonium salt (nitrate, acetate or formate). Formate was found to be the best mobile phase counter ion, enabling good chromatographic separation, and is acceptable for mass spectrometry too. The quantitative evaluation of element concentrations adhering to individual fractions was performed by the peak area normalization method. The repeatability of results ranged from 3 to 15% (depending on the element concentration level) and represented the main part of the result uncertainty. Locally Adaptive Wavelet Empirical Bayes Estimation of a Location Parameter

The traditional empirical Bayes (EB) model is considered with the parameter being a location parameter, in the situation when the Bayes estimator has a finite degree of smoothness and, possibly, jump discontinuities at several points. A nonlinear wavelet EB estimator based on wavelets with bounded supports is constructed, and it is shown that a finite number of jump discontinuities in the Bayes estimator do not affect the rate of convergence of the prior risk of the EB estimator to zero. It is also demonstrated that the estimator adjusts to the degree of smoothness of the Bayes estimator, locally, so that outside the neighborhoods of the points of discontinuities, the posterior risk has a high rate of convergence to zero. Hence, the technique suggested in the paper provides estimators which are significantly superior in several respects to those constructed earlier.     

求解通信网节点间全部路由的逻辑代数化算法

经典的D IJKSTRA和BELLM AN-F LOYD通信网络路由算法,只能根据特定网络参数得到最佳路由,却无法获得网络存在的全部可用路由,而通信网理论研究及网络管理等方面,往往需要获得节点之间的全部可用路由.研究出一种路由新算法,遵循逻辑代数运算规则、采用关联矩阵中行与行之间整合与删除方式计算,N个节点的网络只需N-1次整合及删除运算,就能得到源节点到任意节点两点之间全部路由结果.详细论证了算法的正确性与合理性,简介了算法的并行运算可行性及与经典路由算法的兼容性等问题.通过算例详细说明算法的计算过程,并验证其正确性.     

阵列幅相误差条件下的目标方位估计

本文研究了一种改进的MUSIC法，可在一定阵列幅相误差条件下对多目标实现高分辨方位估计，有效地改善了原算法的参数估计性能，具有稳健性高、适用范围广以及工程实现简单等特点，通过大量的计算机仿真和水池实验表明，该方法具有较好的多目标分辨能力和方位估计精度，工程应用前景良好。     

上海基础房价相关指标及走势的分析与研究

基础房价的相关指标及其走势一直是大众关心的热门话题．本文通过对上海基础房价相关指标的分析，建立了市场房价走势的两个数学模型．模型一：在相关性分析的基础上利用主成分分析消除指标间的共线性，再用回归拟合房价模型并进行预测；模型二：在相关性分析的基础上利用核估计方法预测出房价．继呵对2005年下半年的房价走势进行了预测，得出的结果与实际情况相吻合．
