型钢混凝土柱的施工质量控制

以工程实例简述型钢混凝土柱的施工工艺及质量控制措施,并运用基本的质量控制方法对质量问题进行要因分析,对相关质量控制工作进行系统全面的总结.在论述型钢柱的加工工艺过程和现场安装工艺过程中重点强调了工艺流程和过程质量的控制措施,并对变形纠偏提出了处理办法,运用公式给出了必要的证明.在钢柱的安装过程中特别强调了首节柱的安装工艺及钢柱吊装的校正措施.质量控制方法选用PDCA四阶段工作循环的管理程序和方法,以最基本的方式反应出实际施工中的质量控制情况.从现场施工的角度对劲性柱的选用形式等问题提出了自己的建议.     

血管抑素3A工程蛋白的柱复性与离子交换纯化

由大肠杆菌以包涵体形式表达的一种抗内皮细胞生长工程蛋白(A nti-ang iogen ic agent,简称3A)经变性,Sephacry l S-100 HR柱复性,SP Sepharose FF离子交换吸附纯化,SephadexG-25脱盐,获得复性率为53.47%,HPLC纯度为92.52%的3A活性蛋白。以猪髋动脉内皮细胞为受检细胞,表明纯化蛋白具有抑制内皮细胞生长的特性。     

溶胶-凝胶柠檬酸三丁酯毛细管气相色谱柱的研究

柠檬酸三丁酯是浅黄色的液体,可作为固定相,文献记载它被制备成色谱柱的最高使用温度为150℃。鉴于最高使用温度低的限制,柠檬酸三丁酯作为色谱固定相时,一些分子量大的化合物不能使用该柱分析。本文将其作为固定相用溶胶-凝胶法制备毛细管气相色谱柱,并在色谱柱上初步研究了一系列低沸点有机物的分离和保留行为,发现其对醇类、胺类、芳烃等有很好的分离效果。同时使用该种方法制得的毛细管柱能承受的最高温度现为240℃,这对提高柠檬酸三丁酯的利用价值有较好的意义。     

Effect of Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents on trans-Resveratrol Photo-Chemical Induced Isomerization and 2,4,6-Trihydroxyphenanthrene Electro-Cyclic Formation

trans-Resveratrol is a natural bioactive compound with well-recognized health promoting effects. When exposed to UV light, this compound can undergo a photochemically induced trans/cis isomerization and a 6π electrochemical cyclization with the subsequent formation of 2,4,6-trihydroxyphenanthrene (THP). THP is a potentially harmful compound which can exert genotoxic effects. In this work we improved the chromatographic separation and determination of the two resveratrol isomers and of THP by using a non-commercial pentafluorophenyl stationary phase. We assessed the effect of natural deep eutectic solvents (NaDES) as possible photo-protective agents by evaluating cis-resveratrol isomer and THP formation under different UV-light exposure conditions with the aim of enhancing resveratrol photostability and inhibiting THP production. Our results demonstrate a marked photoprotective effect exerted by glycerol-containing NaDES, and in particular by proline/glycerol NaDES, which exerts a strong inhibitory effect on the photochemical isomerization of resveratrol and significantly limits the formation of the toxic derivative THP. Considering the presence of resveratrol in various commercial products, these results are of note in view of the potential genotoxic risk associated with its photochemical degradation products and in view of the need for the development of green, eco-sustainable and biocompatible resveratrol photo-stable formulations.     

Analysis of alkaloids in Macleaya cordata (Willd.) R. Br. using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry

A method for the analysis of alkaloids in Macleaya cordata (Willd.) R. Br. using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS) was developed. Using protopine (PRO), allocryptopine (ALL), sanguinarine (SA), and chelerythrine (CHE) as the model components, different columns for the separation and different mobile phases for the signal intensities of alkaloids in ESI/MS were investigated, respectively. The results showed that good separation and high signal intensities can be obtained on a high carbon loading (17%) reversed-phase C(18) column with 30 mM formic acid in mobile phase for the analysis of alkaloids. Under the optimal separation condition and UV detection (284 nm), linearity of the six alkaloids was obtained over concentration range from 0.05 to 100.00 microg/ml. The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.62, 1.87, 1.79, 1.76, 1.10, and 0.94 ng/ml for SA, CHE, PRO, ALL, dihydrosanguinarine (DHSA), and dihydrochelerythrine (DHCHE), respectively. The LODs with ESI/MS detection were lower three orders of magnitude than those obtained with UV detection. The proposed method could be used to control quality of the raw materials of the herb more comprehensively.     

非保守力作用下杆的塑性动态稳定性

本文用Liapunov第二方法分析非保守力作用下直杆的塑性动态稳定性.杆处于粘性阻尼介质中,并受到切向均布的随动载荷作用.分析中在应力-应变关系中引入了应变率效应.导出了一个稳定性条件,并求出了临界失稳载荷,讨论了应变率效应对杆的稳定性的影响.     

Constrained optimization of the randomized iterative method

Selection of conditionally optimal parameters of the randomized iterative method for solving large-scale linear systems of equations is considered. The error of this method is analyzed by analogy with the functional Monte Carlo algorithms. For the simple iteration method, the “column” randomization of the matrix is thoroughly analyzed.     

基于整体柱的超灵敏表面增强拉曼检测

本文提出了一种全新的基于整体柱材料的SERS检测方法。通过将探针分子和银溶胶混合后滴加在整体柱上, 我们可以得到浓度低至10-18 mol/L的罗丹明6G(R6G)及10-16 mol/L的对巯基苯胺(PATP)的SERS信号。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对银溶胶及整体柱材料进行了表征。通过实验结果可以初步推测, 整体柱材料的表面形态和孔结构可以促进银溶胶产生“热点”。     

Separation and identification of compounds in Adinandra nitida by comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatography coupled to atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source ion trap tandem mass spectrometry

A comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatographic (2D-LC) separation system based on the combination of a CN column and a Merck Chromolith Flash reversed-phase column was developed for the separation of components in Adinandra nitida, one type of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The two dimensions were connected by a ten-port, dual-position valve controlled automatically by software written in-house. The effluents were detected by both ultraviolet and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (MS). The calculated peak capacity of the 2D-LC–MS/MS system was above 1240. More than 57 components were resolved in the methanol extract from Adinandra nitida leaves, and five of these were identified based on their relative retention times, molecular weights and MS/MS spectra.     

碱性去活性柱液相色谱测定水溶性维生素

采用碱性去活性柱高效液相色谱法同时分离测定了７种水溶性维生素。不需加入离子对试剂和胺类改性剂,峰形尖锐,用梯度洗脱分离完全,效果良了,方法的精密度为标准偏差５％以内,回收率为８９％￣１０２％,并用于实际样品的测定。
