A nonlinear inequality and application to global asymptotic stability of perturbed systems

The goal of this work is to present a new nonlinear inequality which is used in a study of the Lyapunov uniform stability and uniform asymptotic stability of solutions to time‐varying perturbed differential equations. New sufficient conditions for global uniform asymptotic stability and/or practical stability in terms of Lyapunov‐like functions for nonlinear time‐varying systems is obtained. Our conditions are expressed as relation between the Lyapunov function and the existence of specific function which appear in our analysis through the solution of a scalar differential equation. Moreover, an example in dimensional two is given to illustrate the applicability of the main result. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

This article surveys the main contributions of K.-H. Elster to the theory of generalized conjugate functions and its applications to duality in nonconvex optimization.     

一类模式演化方程的全局吸引子及其维数估计

研究了一类源自模式演化问题的非线性发展方程所产生的动力系统,并考虑了其全局吸引子的存在性及维数估计问题.这类模式演化方程与化学反应和火焰燃烧有密切关系,因此具有重要的物理背景,而且因为它含有关于空间变量的四阶微分算子,还具有重要的理论价值.借助插值不等式以及sobolev嵌入定理,可以进行一系列精细的估计,最终根据一个经典的结果,证明了在维数不超过三维的空间中的有界集合上,系统的全局吸引子存在.进一步应用Sobolev-Lieb-Thirring不等式进行估计,可以得到全局吸引子的分形维数的界.     

On the Distribution of Prime-Triplets

A new approach to the research of the distribution of prime-triplets is developed．It differs from the usual methods（involving the sieve method）for this kind of research,and basing on Chebyshev inequality and on the computation of average concentration of all the related subset．It leads to the proofs of following Lemma ２and Theorem２（Lemma１and Theorem１in Reference１had been proved by means of this new method）： 　Lemma２　Among all the prime-triplet-subsets there exists at least one such subset which is an infinite set． 　Theorem２　All the prime-triplet-subsets or infinitely many such subsets are infinite sets． Formulas for estimating the amount of such infinite sets are provided in this paper．     

Banach空间中有限族“三解合一”的混合临近点法

在一致凸一致光滑的Banach空间中引进了一个新的混合迭代序列,利用混合临近点法,找到了均衡问题与变分不等式及有限族半相对非扩张映射不动点问题的公共解(简称"三解合一"),并证明了该迭代序列强收敛到其公共解.所得结果改进和推广了已有的相应结果.     

具有无穷大边界值的半线性奇摄动Neumann边值问题

基于微分不等式方法,结合边界层校正的思想,研究了一类具有无穷大边界值的半线性奇摄动Neumann边值问题解的存在性、解的渐近近似以及渐近解的误差估计等.两个典型的算例表明:基于边界层校正思想所构造的渐近解是正确且一致有效的.     

具有无穷大边界值的二阶拟线性奇摄动Robin问题的双边界层

研究一类具有无穷大边界值的二阶拟线性奇摄动Robin边值问题的双边界层现象.基于边界层校正的思想,构造了左右端点附近的边界层函数(包括指数型与代数型),得到了该问题一致有效的渐近解;基于微分不等式理论,证明了该问题解的存在性,给出了渐近解关于精确解的误差估计.一个典型的算例验证了所得结果的正确性.     

平面上非简单闭曲线的Bonnesen型不等式

用积分几何的方法,得到了一些非简单的平面闭曲线的Bonnesen型等周不等式.     

关于酉不变范数的几个不等式

首先,得到并证明了酉不变范数的几个不等式;然后,将其与以前的不等式进行了比较.结果表明,新不等式比旧不等式更精细.
