对不同浇铸条件下的低碳钢连铸板坯进行了凝固钩(Hook)的特征研究,根据凝固钩的形貌概括了凝固钩的不同类型,统计了凝固钩周围气泡和夹杂物的分布,讨论了不同浇铸参数对铸坯凝固钩深度的影响,并通过Bikerman方程和弯月面凝固理论对凝固钩的不同特征进行了解释.结果表明:按形貌可将凝固钩分为完整叶状、双凝固钩、弯曲截断型和二次凝固型四种类型,其中二次凝固型的凝固钩出现的概率最高为46.8%,而完整叶状、弯曲截断型和二次凝固型的凝固钩出现概率分别为25.3%、7.6%和6.3%;研究发现,凝固钩周围的夹杂物数量明显多于其他区域的夹杂物数量,说明凝固钩能够捕获结晶器内上浮的夹杂物;对比不同浇铸参数发现,采用结晶器电磁制动装置(FC-Mold)、减小结晶器水口浸入深度、增大浇铸拉速均能够减小凝固钩的深度;Bikerman方程的计算结果和弯月面凝固理论能在机理上解释凝固钩的形貌特征.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) studies are done to investigate structural and electronic properties of (5,5) chirality single walls boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) in the armchair model interacting with metformin (MF) on the surface and ends. Our calculations consider the exchange-correlation energies with the Hamprecht–Cohen–Tozer–Handy functional within the generalized gradient approximation (HCTH-GGA) and the double polarized DNP base function. The geometry optimization follows the minimum energy criterion for all six geometries we have considered. Results show that the MF is adsorbed through the groups NH2–NH at one end of the nanotube. The system polarity is increased which indicates the possible dispersion and solubility. Moreover the interaction between these species induces an increase in the chemical reactivity of the order of 0.42 eV. Meanwhile the solvation in water keeps the semiconductor characteristics of both nanotube and MF. The work function of the BNNT-MF is drastically reduced respect to the pristine system when the BN nanotube is doped at its surface and ends with carbon. This means that the functionalized BN nanotube facilitates conditions to improve field emission.  相似文献

The propagation of a semi-infinite line defect, contained in an infinite square-cell lattice is considered. The defect is composed of particles lighter than those in the ambient lattice and it is assumed this defect propagates with constant speed. Dispersion properties of the lattice are related to waves generated by the propagating defect. In order to determine these properties, the Wiener–Hopf technique is applied. Additional features, related to localisation along the defect are also identified. Analysis of the dispersion relations for this lattice, from the kernel function inside the Wiener–Hopf equation, is carried out. The solution of the Wiener–Hopf equation is presented for the case when an external load is applied corresponding to an energy flux at infinity.  相似文献

Isovalent cation substitution into rocksalt oxides, MO, has been investigated using atomistic simulation. A strain related parameter, ε, is established that relates the size of a substitutional cation to the host lattice ion for which it has been substituted. This has allowed us to identify relationships between solution energy, defect volume and a strain parameter, which are general for any rocksalt oxide host lattice and as such are predictive for any combination of a divalent cation and rocksalt host lattice.  相似文献

应用混合Langrangian和Eulerian法(MiLE)实现了结晶器中GCr15钢大方坯温度场、应力场及流场的动态模拟,模拟结果与实际生产铸坯吻合.铸坯坯壳角部的温度高于中部,铸坯表面从上到下的温度总体呈下降趋势,且等温区间与流场变化具有一定的相似性.铸坯坯壳中部厚度约为17.5 mm,角部厚度约为13.2 mm.凝固坯壳内的应力主要是热应力.坯壳出结晶器时,坯壳外表面处于压缩状态,凝固前沿为完全拉伸状态.有效应变从铸坯外表面到凝固前沿逐渐增大.钢液在前进过程中不断扩张,流速不断降低,当流股到达一定深度后,形成左右对称向上的两个回流,和一对由凝固面一侧向下而由中心向上流动的回流区.  相似文献

Two kinds of argon shroud protection devices with two different basic structures were designed and investigated. Industrial experiments and numerical simulations were used to examine the protection effect, and the mechanism of air entrapment during the casting of steel ingots was analyzed. The influence of the structure of the argon shroud protection device on the protection effect was investigated. An argon shroud protection device mounted to the nozzle holder on the bottom of the ladle does not provide a good protection effect because air can easily flow into the teeming system and cause reoxidation of molten steel during teeming. By contrast, an argon shroud protection device seated on the top of the central trumpet provides an excellent protection effect, where air has little chance of flowing into the teeming system during casting. The feasibilities of the argon shroud protection devices are discussed.  相似文献

鉴于连铸过程中存在众多不确定性,考虑某中厚板厂的实际生产状况与中厚板热送热装的控制要求,以表面纵裂为例,按照模糊专家系统的开发思路,建立起连铸坯纵裂知识库,开发推理机制.采用纵裂指数预测和神经网络预测相结合的方法对连铸坯质量进行离线判断、推理和决策,并给出相应的缺陷产生原因解释.采用VC++6.0软件建立人机界面,数据库采用Oracle,调试结果表明该系统可以达到较高的判定准确率(92.8%),为在线应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

In this study the effect of the membrane preparation methods on the release of theophylline through cellulose acetate (CA) membranes was studied at in vitro conditions. CA/acetone binary and CA/acetone/water ternary systems were used as casting solutions and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) was used as the pore forming, plasticizing agent in the study. Membranes were characterized by FTIR, SEM, and DSC analysis. It was determined that pH, temperature and drug concentration affected the release of theophylline. A decrease in pH, increase in temperature and drug concentration increased the permeated amount of theophylline through the membranes. In addition, receiver solution circulation at a capillary blood rate increased the permeation of theophylline. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the release of theophylline could be controlled for a prolonged period of time and modified CA membranes prepared in the study could be as an advisable membrane material for potential release of theophylline at transdermal conditions.  相似文献

Photoinduced alignment in a polymer liquid crystal prepared from 6-{1-[4-(2-cyano-4-nitrophenylazo)phenyl]piperazino}hexyl acrylate and 4'-[6-(methacryloyloxy)hexyloxy]-4-cyanobiphenyl was investigated for the first time on irradiation with a polarized He-Ne laser beam at 633 nm. The azobenzene moieties as well as the inert cyanobiphenyl mesogenic units were aligned with the molecular long axis perpendicular to the polarization direction of the irradiation light. Alignment induced on short irradiation was reversible, while that induced under prolonged irradiation was irreversible due to the occurrence of crosslinking which might be caused by photoinduced decomposition of the azobenzene moieties during the photoirradiation process.  相似文献
