基于AHP的居民个人住房购房决策模型

影响个人住房购房的因素很多,如价格因素、家庭收入因素、区位因素、楼盘小区配套因素等,这些因素对于购房者的影响程度各不相同,于是选择一套适合自己的住房便成为摆在购房者面前的一道难题。运用多目标决策分析中的层次分析法解决了购房者的这个难题。     

解读“节约型政府”

建设节约型政府是当前我国政府改革的必然要求。节约型政府模式的选择有其必然性。节约型政府应是廉价政府、廉洁政府、透明政府和效益政府。应通过加强节约型政府的制度建设、在行为方面加强政府自身建设、在各级政府中牢固树立节约理念和成本意识等措施全力，打造节约型政府。     

遗传算法模式理论研究

给出了多种交叉方式遗传算法的模式定理及相关的证明.该定理避免了遗传算法模式理论的不足,使模式理论更加准确、严格.     

Self‐assembly of amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers

Amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers consisting of one polystyrene block and two poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) blocks were prepared by the “arm‐first” method in which RAFT polymerization and nonconvalent ligand–metal complexation were employed. The prepared amphiphilic star‐shaped metallopolymers are able to form micelles in water. The size and distribution of the micelles were studied by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Preliminary studies indicate that the polymer concentration and the hydrophilic poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) block length can affect the morphologies of the formed metal‐interfaced core–shell micelles in water. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 组合DEA方法与成熟度模型对项目效益的评价

为全面考虑资金、管理决策能力等因素对项目效益的影响，本运用数据包络分析与项目成熟度模型结合的方法来对企业各个项目之间的相对效益进行评价，应用结果表明该评价方法对于企业资源的最优配置、提高总体效益是十分有用的。     

成分和厚度的依赖

通过调整Mn的成分，系统地研究了Ni81Fe19/Ni100-xMnx双层膜的磁学性质，特别是交换偏置场(Hex)的变化.当Ni100-xMnx中Mn的原子百分比在534%到600%之间时，对于150nm的Ni81Fe19，得到了最大的交换偏置场175kA/m，同时由于Mn对Ni81Fe19层的扩散所造成的磁矩的降低小于20%；高角x射线衍射证明Ni100-xMnx的晶格常数随着Mn成分的改变而变化，Mn含量越多，其晶格常数越大；制备态Ni100-xMnx膜晶格常数与θ相NiMn膜晶格常数的接近程度与NiMn膜θ相形成的容易程度相对应.也研究了交换偏置场随着Ni１００-xMnx厚度的变化，第一次得到了当Ni100-xMnx中Mn的原子百分比为706%时，Ni81Fe19(150nm)/Ni100-xMnx(90nm)双层膜在经过240℃，5h退火后，可以有80kA/m的交换偏置场，此时铁磁层磁矩的大小几乎不变. 关键词： Ni81Fe19/Ni100-xMnx 交换偏置场     

Fractional Brownian Heavy Traffic Approximations of Multiclass Feedforward Queueing Networks

We consider multiclass feedforward queueing networks under first in first out and priority service disciplines driven by long-range dependent arrival and service time processes. We show that in critical loading the normalized workload, queue length and sojourn time processes can converge to a multi-dimensional reflected fractional Brownian motion. This weak heavy traffic approximation is deduced from a deterministic pathwise approximation of the network behavior close to constant critical load in terms of the solution of a Skorokhod problem. Since we model the doubly infinite time interval, our results directly cover the stationary case.AMS subject classification: primary 90B15, secondary 60K25, 68M20
