A characterization of finite simple groups by the orders of solvable subgroups

Let G be a finite group and S be a finite simple group. In this paper, we prove that if G and S have the same sets of all orders of solvable subgroups, then G is isomorphic to S, or G and S are isomorphic to Bn(q), Cn(q), where n≥3 and q is odd. This gives a positive answer to the problem put forward by Abe and Iiyori.     

Monte-Carlo study of correlations in quantum spin chains at non-zero temperature

Antiferromagnetic Heisenberg spin chains with various spin values (S=1/2,1,3/2,2,5/2) are studied numerically with the quantum Monte-Carlo method. Effective spin S chains are realized by ferromagnetically coupling n=2S antiferromagnetic spin chains with S=1/2. The temperature dependence of the uniform susceptibility, the staggered susceptibility, and the static structure factor peak intensity are computed down to very low temperatures, . The correlation length at each temperature is deduced from numerical measurements of the instantaneous spin-spin correlation function. At high temperatures, very good agreement with exact results for the classical spin chain is obtained independent of the value of S. For the S=2 chain which has a gap , the correlation length and the uniform susceptibility in the temperature range are well predicted by the semi-classical theory of Damle and Sachdev.  研究了强激光与具有初始速度分布的等离子体作用产生的高次谐波。结果表明，对于Maxwell速度分布的等离子体，由于电子初始时刻的无规则热运动，在一定程度上抹平了辐射功率在谐波谱上的分布，使得高次谐波的辐射增强，低次谐波的辐射有所减弱，有利于高次谐波的产生。     

外加电场对光折变高阶响应影响的微扰分析

应用微扰展开法了“跳跃模型”给出了空间电荷场前三阶分量随时间，外加电场等变化的解析表达式，同时讨论了外加电场对各阶空间电荷场建立的影响，当扩散与外加电场可比拟时，外加电场对空间电荷场的影响不大，随着空间电荷场阶数的提高，其达到最大饱和值所需的外加电磁越小，在外加电场作用下，空间电荷场各阶分量随时间呈振荡衰减，直到达到饱和，外加是场越大，振荡越强烈，周期越短，在考虑高阶分量的贡献后，空间电荷场的振荡     

实Clifford分析中六类拟Bochner-Martinelli型高阶奇异积分的几个问题

本文借助于Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ关于高阶奇异积分有限部分的思想,研究关于实 Ｃｌｉｆｆｏｒｄ分析中六个类型(含一个奇点或二个奇点的)拟Ｂｏｃｈｎｅｒ－Ｍａｒｔｉｎｅｌｌｉ型高阶奇异积分的归纳定义、Ｈａｄａｍａｒｄ主值的存在性、递推公式、计算公式、微分公式、Ｐｏｉｎｃａｒｅ－Ｂｅｒｔｒａｎｄ置换公式以及拟Ｂ－Ｍ型高阶奇异积分的Ｈｏｌｄｅｒ连续性等问题．这些问题是研究单、多元复分析的学者们在研究奇异积分时,通常要涉及到的几个问题．     

Deuterium NMR Studies on the Orientational Order Generated in Strained Rubbers

The present paper deals with the induced orientational order of the probe molecules dissolved in the uniaxially strained rubbers measured by using deuterium NMR. The distinctive dependence of the quadrupolar splitting on the swelling, elongation and crosslinking density was observed. The orientational order arising from the correlation between chain segments decreases with the increase of the numbers of both links between junctions and solvent molecules around segments.     

On subnormal solutions of second order linear periodic differential equations

In this paper, we investigate the existence and the form of subnormal solution for a class of second order periodic linear differential equations, estimate the growth properties of all solutions, and answer the question raised by Gundersen and Steinbart.
