ZPH—蛋白粉饲料的研制

ZPH——蛋白粉以棉饼为主要原料经脱毒精制而成。其脱毒率为89.6-90.4%,粗蛋白含量为46.76-56.96%,平均为50.86%,在原基础上提高9.66-19.6%,平均提高13.33%,得率为52-66.5%平均为59.78%。该项研究和产品对缓解国内蛋白质饲料资源不足有较大的现实意义和经济意义。     

Effect of Ultrasonic Pretreatment on Flocculation Filtration of Low-Rank Coal Slurry

The efficient filtration of low-rank coal (LRC) slurry was significantly beneficial to the production process of wet coal beneficiation. However, relatively few studies have been reported on novel pretreatment methods for the efficient filtration of LRC slurry. In this paper, the mechanism of ultrasonic pretreatment to promote flocculation and filtration of slurry was studied. The hydrophobic variation of the slurry surface was measured by contact angle and XPS. The flocculation properties of slurry were characterized using zeta potential and FBRM. The effects of filter cake porosity and ultrasonic pretreatment on slurry filtration resistance were calculated by L-F NMR and Darcy’s theory. The results showed that the ultrasonic pretreatment promoted the flocculation and filtration performance of LRC slurry, increased the filtration rate, and decreased the cake moisture content. Meanwhile, the contact angle of LRC increased significantly from 50.1° to 67.8° after ultrasonic pretreatment, and the surface tension of the filtrate decreased from 69.5 to 53.31 mN/m. Ultrasonic pretreatment reduced the absolute value of the zeta potential of coal slurry from 24.8 to 21.0 mV, and the average chord length of flocs increased from 5–10 μm to 25–30 μm, thus weakening the electrostatic repulsion between coals to promote floc formation. In addition, the pore tests and filtration theory calculations showed that the ultrasonic pretreatment significantly improved the permeability of the filter cake to water and reduced the resistance to slurry during filtration. In particular, the mesopore porosity increased by 9.18%, and the permeability increased by 2.937 × 10⁸ m². Therefore, this contributed to the reduction of slurry filtration resistance. This research provides an efficient method for promoting the efficient filtration of slurry.     

糕点中富马酸二甲酯的毛细管气相色谱快速测定

建立了糕点中富马酸二甲酯的毛细管气相色谱快速检测方法.富马酸二甲酯易溶于三氯甲烷,通过超声波提取,用三氯甲烷提取糕点中的富马酸二甲酯,用毛细管气相色谱测定.方法的最低检出限为2.00mg/kg,标准曲线的线性范围:10～500μg/mL,相关系数r为0.999 99,样品加标回收率为93.0%～109.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.30%～1.90%.结果表明方法操作简便、快速、回收率高、精密度好,可用于糕点中富马酸二甲酯含量的快速测定.

用马尔可夫链的方法研究博饼游戏中骰子投掷次数的概率分布和数学期望,得到它们的精确值。且通过数值拟合发现,骰子投掷次数近似服从对数正态分布。     

Modeling of particle layer detachment-Role of transient kinetic effects

Particle layers tend to build up on walls in many filtration and separation processes, calling for periodic removal in order to keep the apparatus running. Important factors are the adhesion of the layer on the substrate and the cohesion of the particles in the layer. Models describing such layer detachment generally assume constant and homogeneous conditions for the forces acting on the layer. But in reality detachment is extremely non-stationary concerning place and time, primarily due to changing conditions of the detaching forces on the one hand and changes in the particle layer morphology on the other. This paper describes a model and a simulation based on this model considering such transient kinetic effects, for which some computing results are presented and discussed.

低热量广式月饼具有能量低、营养健康等特点，已成为广式月饼发展的新方向，但其口感与风味往往逊色于传统月饼. 因此，探索低热量广式月饼的开发原理、工艺技术以及评价方法显得尤为重要. 概述了低热量广式月饼饼皮、馅料的研发原理及其制作工艺特点，总结了低热量广式月饼质构和风味的评价方法，并介绍了当前蔗糖替代品与油脂替代品在广式月饼中的应用现状.     

锥篮离心机生产能力与卸料功率计算

采用拉格朗日方法建立了锥篮离心机内物料的相对运动微分方程,并在忽略环向相对运动的简化条件下导出物料在筛篮中的相对速度和停留时间公式。在此基础上,作者推得计算生产能力Q、卸料功率N_d和物料与篮壁的摩擦功率N_f的解析式。     

Ore Leashing Processing for Yellow Cake Production and Assay of their Uranium Content by Radiometric Analysis

In this study, Ore granite samples were collected from Gattar site for leashing of yellow cake. The process involves heap leaching of uranium through four main steps; size reduction, leaching, uranium purification, and finally precipitation and filtration. The separation process has been given in details and as flow chart. Gamma spectrometry based on HpGe detector and energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX) were used to assay uranium content and activity before and after separation. The uranium weight percentage value as measured by EDX were found to be 40.5 and 67.5 % before and after purification respectively. The results of the calculations based on gamma measurements show high uranium activity and the uranium activity ratios values are 0.045 ± 4.9, 0.043 ± 4.7, and 0.046 ± 2.3 %, before purification, whereas these values were found to be 0.050 ± 3.3, 0.049 ± 3.3, and 0.050 ± 2.7 %, after purification, respectively. The results are discussed in details in the paper.     

花生饼新法生产花生乳研究

用花生饼作原料生产花生乳的关问题是如何提高蛋白质提取率及保持乳浊液的稳定性。本文报导了以木瓜蛋白酶水解生产花生蛋白乳的新工艺流程,并通过感官测评指标结合可溶性蛋白质和洲离氨基酸含量测定指标,确定了木瓜蛋白酶与花生饼质量比的最佳比值为０．６％。     

Effect of temperature, moisture, and carbon supplementation on lipase production by solid-state fermentation of soy cake by Penicillium simplicissimum

The production of lipases by Penicillium simplicissimum using solid-state fermentation and soy cake as substrate was investigated. The effects of temperature, cake moisture, and carbon supplementation on lipase production were studied using a two-level experimental plan. Moisture, pH, and lipase activity were followed during fermentation. Statistical analysis of the results was performed to evaluate the effect of the studied variables on the maximum lipase activity. Incubation temperature was the variable that most affected enzyme activity, showing a negative effect. Moisture and carbon supplementation presented a positive effect on activity. It was possible to obtain lipase activity as high as 21 U/g of dry cake in the studied range of process variables.
