Biomimetic living bi‐templates, mung bean sprouts (MBS), were employed to control the crystallization of calcium oxalate dehydrate (COD). Two kinds of crystals in different shapes were simultaneously grown on the outer surface and the inner stem wall of MBS respectively. The whole process is in the living system that material flow and energy exchange ceaselessly. The products were respectively characterized by SEM, XRD. A presumable mechanism is proposed. An exploration of the cobalt‐OH‐BDC‐bpp system under hydrothermal conditions, has led to the isolation of a novel framework [Co(OH‐BDC)(bpp)0.5(H2O)]n (OH‐BDC = 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid, bpp = 1,3‐bi(4‐pyridyl)propane). Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis reveals that it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n. a = 10.235(8) Å, b =17.882(14) Å, c = 14.291(11) Å, β = 92.107(9)°.The cobalt ions are linked into an extended helical chain via OH‐BDC and mono‐coordinated bpp ligands through hydrogen‐bonding interactions. A novel polyphosphazene/triazine bi‐group flame retardant in situ doping nano ZnO (A4‐d‐ZnO) was synthesized and applied in poly (lactic acid) (PLA). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (SSNMR), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to confirm the chemical structure of A4‐d‐ZnO. The thermal stability and the flame‐retardant properties of the PLA composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), limiting oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning test (UL‐94), and micro combustion calorimeter (MCC) test. The results of XPS showed that A4‐d‐ZnO has been synthesized, and the doping ratio of ZnO was 7.2% in flame‐retardant A4‐d‐ZnO. TGA results revealed that A4‐d‐ZnO had good char forming ability (40 wt% at 600°C). The results of LOI, vertical burning test, and MCC showed that PLA/5%A4‐d‐ZnO composite acquired a higher LOI value (24%), higher UL94 rating, and lower pk‐HRR (501 kW/m2) comparing with that of pure PLA. It indicated that a small amount of flame‐retardant A4‐d‐ZnO could achieve great flame‐retardant performance in PLA composites. The catalytic chain scission effect of A4‐d‐ZnO could make PLA composites drip with flame and go out during combustion, which was the reason for the good flame‐retardant property. Moreover, after the addition of A4‐d‐ZnO, the impaired mechanical properties of PLA composites are minimal enough. 相似文献

该文对双预应力混凝土足尺梁进行了试验研究,测出了双预应力混凝土梁在受载后的应变和挠度,并用有限元素法进行了分析计算。研究结果显示,双预应力混凝土足尺梁具有良好的受力特性,能够有效地降低梁高,并且在正常使用阶段比普通预应力混凝土梁有更好的工作性能。 相似文献

采用基片架旋转的多靶磁控溅射仪,通过六方氮化硼(h-BN)和Ti靶反应溅射制备Ti-B-N复合薄膜,并用AES、XRD和TEM等方法研究了薄膜的微结构.结果表明,室温下沉积薄膜均呈非晶态,经过400°C热处理薄膜晶化.基片加热为400°C沉积的薄膜则已晶化,TEM分析确定薄膜结构为TiN结构.显微硬度表征发现,室温沉积Ti与h-BN的原子数约为2∶1时的薄膜达到最高硬度HK2600. 相似文献

The aim of this note is to investigate the existence of signed and sign‐changing solutions to the Kirchhoff type problem (0.1) where Ω is a bounded smooth domain in (N = 1,2,3), a,b > 0 and 2 < p < 2?, with 2?=+∞ if N = 1,2 and 2?=6 if N = 3. Using variational methods, we show that (0.1) possesses three solutions of mountain pass type (one positive, one negative and one sign‐changing) and infinitely many high‐energy sign‐changing solutions.
