一种基于预测分类的小波图像编码

对于小波较像编码，如何有效地组织小波域系数是提高图像压缩效果的关键。本文在研究小波域系数统计特性的基础上，提出一种用于图像压缩的预测分类模式，与基于零树结构的编码不同的是它充分利用了小波域中“重要”系数的各种相关性，并通过结合提出的种子膨胀算法实现系数的分类输出，实验结果表明该方法所取得的压缩效果要优于基于零树结构的图像编码，同时又具有较强的鲁棒性。     

A Characterization of Cosmological Time Functions

A characterization of time functions on a spacetime is made by using theMöbius equation. It is shown that a time function characterized in this wayyields past timelike geodesic incompleteness and local Lorentzian warpedproduct decomposition of spacetime, provided that the stress-energy tensoris a fluid. Also, by imposing additional assumptions on the stress-energytensor and global analytic structure of the spacetime, more restrictivedecompositions closer to Robertson–Walker spacetimes are obtained.     

SECOND BEST TAXES AND QUOTAS IN NITROGEN REGULATION

This paper investigates second best policies to regulate nitrogen leaching. When the policy maker controls the total nitrogen use, an overall tax is superior to an action equivalent overall quota. When the goal is to regulate the expected level of nitrogen leaching, expected profit of a risk neutral farmer is greater under an overall tax than under an overall quota under a reasonable condition. The welfare ranking of action equivalent taxes and quotas for a risk averse farmer is generally ambiguous. In the numerical analyses, overall taxes turned out to be superior to overall quotas with both targets, despite a very high value of absolute risk aversion, 0.01. These results suggest that an overall tax is probably a superior policy to an overall quota to regulate expected total nitrogen use or expected nitrogen leaching for risk neutral and most of risk averse farmers.     

小波多尺度分解及其在SAR图象目标检测中的应用

合成孔径雷达图象的目标检测是最重要的任务之一.目前用于目标检测的现有方法速度较慢、准确率较低、精度较差.作者提出小波分解的方法用于目标检测.同尺度目标检测采用二维离散二进小波分解方法,提高检测速度.不同尺度的目标检测采用多尺度二维离散小波分解方法,提高检测准确率.图象匹配采用灰度归一化的灰度相关匹配方法,提高匹配精度.实验证明,采用该法进行目标检测能获得较好的效果.     

广义De Bruijn图分解问题的一些结果

广义DeBruijn图是最近提出的一种具有良好性质的网络拓扑结构，文中对这类图的分解问题作了初步的分析，构造了一类基本模块，并得出了一些关于模块效率的数值结果。     

矩阵方程（A^TXA，B^TXB=（C，D）的反对称解及其最佳逼近

本利用矩阵对的标准相关分解，得到了矩阵方程(A^TXB，B^TXB)=(C，D)反对称解存在的充分必要条件及通解表达式，同时给出了解关于已知矩阵的最佳逼近．     

布尔“复合函数”的Walsh循环谱和自相关函数

本文利用布尔随机变量联合分布的分解式给出了布尔“复合函数”和某布尔函数符合率的分解算式,由此求得了布尔“复合函数”的 Walsh循环谱和自相关函数的计算公式,公式清楚地表明了“复合”所得布尔函数的 Walsh循环谱与起“复合”作用的函数和被“复合”的各函数所有线性组合的 Walsh循环谱之间的关系、“复合”所得布尔函数的自相关函数与起“复合”作用的函数谱和被“复合”的各函数的谱及相关函数之间的关系,这两个公式在布尔函数的密码学性质研究中会有广泛的应用.     

基于小波包分析及支持向量机的超音速目标识别方法研究

提出了基于小波包分析及支持向量机的超音速目标识别方法 .通过 5 .5 6mm ,7.6 2mm和 12 .7mm三种枪弹试验获取信号 ,用小波包分解激波信号 ,统计每个频带的能量特征 ,用支持向量机方法训练测试样本 ,获得了很好的分类效果 .仿真结果表明基于超音速飞行体产生的激波信号来识别目标是可行的 .     

ROBUSTNESS OF AN UPWIND FINITE DIFFERENCE SCHEME FOR SEMILINEAR CONVECTION-DIFFUSION PROBLEMS WITH BOUNDARY TURNING POINTS

We consider a singularly perturbed semilinear convection-diffusion problem with a boundary layer of attractive turning-point type. It is shown that its solution can be decomposed into a regular solution component and a layer component. This decomposi-tion is used to analyse the convergence of an upwinded finite difference scheme on Shishkin meshes.     

Calorimetric study of methane interaction with supported Pd catalysts

As supported palladium oxide catalysts present the best performances in methane combustion in lean conditions, microcalorimetric studies of the interaction between methane and palladium oxide or metallic palladium supported on Al₂O₃, ZrO₂ and BN have been performed at 673 K. At this temperature methane reduced the palladium oxide, and the heat of reduction of palladium oxide was shown to depend on the dispersion and on the support. The lowest heats of reduction corresponded to the highest rates of methane combustion. Moreover methane reforming occurred on metallic palladium, producing hydrogen, and again methane decomposition was shown to depend on the support.
