纳米晶掺钇硬质合金粉末的制备

采用高能球磨法制备了纳米晶掺Y硬质合金粉末。用XRD，SEM和DTA等分析检测手段，研究了纳米晶掺Y硬质合金粉末的结构、形貌和相的变化。结果表明：高能球磨45h，可获得晶粒尺寸约为8nm的掺Y硬质合金粉末；微量Y的加入，有利于硬质合金粉末晶粒的细化；在25～45h范围内，随着高能球磨时间的延长，粉末晶粒尺寸减小，且掺Y硬质合金粉末的晶粒尺寸比未掺Y的硬质合金粉末晶粒尺寸要细一倍；高能球磨25h，粉末中Co的X射线衍射峰消失。高能球磨掺Y硬质合金粉末的DTA曲线在626℃出现了1个尖锐的放热峰。高能球磨掺Y硬质合金粉末固结之后，其合金晶粒细小，机械性能较好。     

Chemical composition of the volatile oil from Cynanchum stauntonii and its activities of anti-influenza virus

The volatile oil of the roots of Cynanchum stauntonii was examined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). Thirty-eight constituents were identified. (E,E)-2,4-Decadienal, 3-efhyl-4-methypentanol, 5-pentyl-3H-furan-2-one, (E,Z)-2,4-decadienal and 2(3H)-furanone,dihydro-5-pentyl were found to be the major components. The volatile oil exhibited the activities against influenza virus in vitro (IC₅₀s = 64 μg/ml). In in vivo experiment, it prevented influenza virus-induced deaths in a dose-dependent manner.     

Small ball probabilities for a Wiener process under weighted sup-norms,with an application to the supremum of bessel local times

LetR be the radial part of ad-dimensional Wiener process, starting from 0. In this paper, small ball probabilities are evaluated for sup_0<11(t ^–p R(t)) and sup _t 0(e ^–1 R(t)), withp[0, 1/2]. Chung's law of the iterated logarithm is established for the supremum of the local times of a two-dimensional Bessel process.

免疫鸡群新城疫病毒检测和分离的研究

以ＳＰＦ鸡抗新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）ＩｇＧ为包被抗体（５μｇ／ｍＬ）,兔抗ＮＤＶＶｅｒｏ细胞培养纯化毒ＩｇＧ为第二抗体（１∶２００～６００）,酶标记羊抗兔ＩｇＧ（１∶５０００）为指示抗体建立间接夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ,检测实验免疫鸡、攻毒鸡及现地免疫鸡口腔或泄殖腔外分泌物。结果表明：新城疫无毒力Ｖ４疫苗免疫后２ｄ,口腔内病毒抗原随机检出率为４／１０,第１０天为１０／１０;泄殖腔为０～１／１０,并持续１８ｄ以上。滴鼻攻毒后１ｄ,口腔和泄殖腔内病毒抗原检出率分别是８／１０和６／１０;第１３天,泄殖腔内病毒抗原检出阴性。ＮＤＶ灭活疫苗免疫６０ｄ后攻毒,第２天有７／２０口腔和８／２０泄殖腔检出阳性,并一直到攻毒后第１４天。非免疫对照鸡攻毒后第３天直到死亡时,口腔和泄殖腔均可检出病毒抗原。对各地临床上无任何症状的ＮＤＶ免疫鸡群检测发现,泄殖腔ＮＤＶ抗原阳性率０％～９．３％,分离到８株ＮＤＶ流行毒株,生物学试验证实这些毒株的毒力属中等毒力偏强或强毒。     

Research advances in gene therapy for Parkinson's disease

During the long period of time when people have been seeking for an effective therapeutic method for PD, the gene therapy has shown greater and greater advantages over other methods. It can be performed mainly in two ways: ex vivo and in vivo. With the former, TH gene as well as some neurotrophic factor genes (such as GDNF, BNDF genes) can be invited to some cell lines or primary cells thus forming engineered cells and then implanting them into brain. While with the latter, viral vectors including HSV-1, Ad, AAV that can be utilized to construct recombinant viruses, or non-virus vectors can be used to delived DNA into brain directly. The present review summarizes the recent research advances in the gene therapy for PD, and it is reasonable for us to predict a notable progress in prevention and treatment for PD in the next decade.     

Molecular cloning and nucleotide sequence of classical swine fever virus strain Shimen

According to the previously published CSFV sequences, 18 paris of partially overlapping primers which span the entire genome of CSFV strain Shimen were designed and synthesized. Each cDNA fragment of strain Shimen was amplified by RT-PCR method from the anticoagulant blood of strain Shimen infected pig. The PCR fragments were cloned into pGEM-T vector respectively and sequenced. The results show that we have obtained the nucleotide sequence of strain Shimen. The viral RNA consists of 12 297 nucleotides including noncoding regions of 373 and 227 bases at the 5′ and 3′ end, respectively, and a single large open reading frame spanning 11 697 nucleotides in the middle, which encodes an amino acid sequence of 3 989 residues with a calculated molecular weight of 437.6×10³.
