A functional law of the iterated logarithm is obtained for processes given by certain stochastic integrals. This extends earlier results by Shi(12) and Rémillard(10) who established analogues of the classical limit results of Chung(4) for a variety of processes, including Lévys stochastic area process. The functional aspects of our results are motivated by a paper of Wichura(13) on Brownian motion. Proofs depend on small ball probability estimates, and yield the small ball probabilities of the weighted sup-norm for the processes given by these stochastic integrals. 相似文献

Compound machining of silicon carbide ceramics by high speed end electrical discharge milling and mechanical grinding 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A compound process that integrates end electrical discharge (ED) milling and mechanical grinding to machine silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics is developed in this paper. The process employs a turntable with several uniformly-distributed cylindrical copper electrodes and abrasive sticks as the tool, and uses a water-based emulsion as the machining fluid. End electrical discharge milling and mechanical grinding happen alternately and are mutually beneficial, so the process is able to effectively machine a large surface area on SiC ceramic with a good surface quality. The machining principle and characteristics of the technique are introduced. The effects of polarity, pulse duration, pulse interval, open-circuit voltage, discharge current, diamond grit size, emulsion concentration, emulsion flux, milling depth and tool stick number on performance parameters such as the material removal rate, tool wear ratio, and surface roughness have been investigated. In addition, the microstructure of the machined surface under different machining conditions is examined with a scanning electron microscope and an energy dispersive spectrometer. The SiC ceramic was mainly removed by end ED milling during the initial rough machining mode, whereas it is mainly removed by mechanical grinding during the later finer machining mode; moreover, the tool material can transfer to the workpiece surface during the compound process. 相似文献

对1Cr18Ni9Ti板材进行球磨处理,利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射和透射电镜研究剪切变形方式下深度方向的组织演变.结果表明,剪切变形可以在1Cr18Ni9Ti中诱发表面纳米化,其过程包括:奥氏体内通过位错的增殖、运动、湮灭和重组形成具有亚微米尺度的、取向差较小的位错胞;位错胞壁不断吸收位错而转变成小角度和大角度晶界,将原始粗晶分割成亚微晶;应变量和应变速率的增加诱发机械孪生,形成纳米量级的板条状马氏体;细化组织重复上述过程使晶粒尺寸减小、取向差增大,最终形成等轴状、取向呈随机分布的纳米晶组织.外力作用方向并未改变纳米化过程,但会影响变形层的厚度. 相似文献

对滚珠丝杠副的可靠性分析有利于提高机床的传动精度.用赫兹空间接触理论对滚珠丝杠副的接触变形进行分析,得到了滚珠丝杠副的接触变形量函数.在无法预先确定变形量函数分布类型的条件下,用蒙特卡洛数字仿真方法,实现了滚珠丝杠副运动可靠性分析.用MATLAB生成随机数,并对各参数进行随机抽样,得到滚珠丝杠副的运动误差和运动可靠度值,并得到丝杠各加工尺寸参数精度等级与可靠度的关系曲线.对加工工艺与尺寸误差等因素对滚珠丝杠副运动可靠性的影响作出评价. 相似文献

The effect of change of shape of a steel ball was revealed as a result of its etching in an aqueous solution of nitric acid under influence of an external magnetic field. The elongation of a ferromagnetic ball was observed along the direction of an external magnetic field while etching took place uniformly in all the directions without magnetic field application. The steel ball etching in a magnetic field is characterized by formation of three cylindrically symmetric regions with different etching rates and surface structures, divided from each other by clear borders (namely, the pole, equator and transition regions are formed). The non-monotone dependences of etching rate, surface structure of a sample and sample shape after etching on an external magnetic field are observed. 相似文献

A high coercivity of 11 kOe has been obtained in spark plasma sintered and hot-deformed Fe53Pt44C3 bulk magnets. The origin for the high coercivity has been investigated using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The average grain size of the ordered phase was ∼100 nm, which is less than the single domain size of the L10-FePt phase. Fe3C particles were found surrounding the L10-FePt grains, which suppress the grain growth. The L10 ordering is also found to increase in hot-deformed sample by annealing in a magnetic field of 10 T at 600 °C. 相似文献

We present a theory of ultradistributional boundary values for harmonic functions defined on the Euclidean unit ball. We also give a characterization of ultradifferentiable functions and ultradistributions on the sphere in terms of their spherical harmonic expansions. To this end, we obtain explicit estimates for partial derivatives of spherical harmonics, which are of independent interest and refine earlier estimates by Calderón and Zygmund. Many results in the theory of Gaussian processes rely on the eigenstructure of the covariance operator. However, eigenproblems are notoriously hard to solve explicitly and closed form solutions are known only in a limited number of cases. In this paper we set up a framework for the spectral analysis of the fractional type covariance operators, corresponding to an important family of processes, which includes the fractional Brownian motion and its noise. We obtain accurate asymptotic approximations for the eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions. Our results provide a key to several problems, whose solution is long known in the standard Brownian case, but was missing in the more general fractional setting. This includes computation of the exact limits of -small ball probabilities and asymptotic analysis of singularly perturbed integral equations, arising in mathematical physics and applied probability. 相似文献
