In the condensed liquid phase, both single- and multicomponent Lennard–Jones (LJ) systems obey the “hidden-scale-invariance” symmetry to a good approximation. Defining an isomorph as a line of constant excess entropy in the thermodynamic phase diagram, the consequent approximate isomorph invariance of structure and dynamics in appropriate units is well documented. However, although all measures of the structure are predicted to be isomorph invariant, with few exceptions only the radial distribution function (RDF) has been investigated. This paper studies the variation along isomorphs of the nearest-neighbor geometry quantified by the occurrence of Voronoi structures, Frank–Kasper bonds, icosahedral local order, and bond-orientational order. Data are presented for the standard LJ system and for three binary LJ mixtures (Kob–Andersen, Wahnström, ). We find that, while the nearest-neighbor geometry generally varies significantly throughout the phase diagram, good invariance is observed along the isomorphs. We conclude that higher-order structural correlations are no less isomorph invariant than is the RDF. 相似文献

The present study investigates the similarity problem associated with the onset of the Mach reflection of Zel’dovich–von Neumann–Döring (ZND) detonations in the near field. The results reveal that the self-similarity in the frozen-limit regime is strictly valid only within a small scale, i.e., of the order of the induction length. The Mach reflection becomes non-self-similar during the transition of the Mach stem from “frozen” to “reactive” by coupling with the reaction zone. The triple-point trajectory first rises from the self-similar result due to compressive waves generated by the “hot spot”, and then decays after establishment of the reactive Mach stem. It is also found, by removing the restriction, that the frozen limit can be extended to a much larger distance than expected. The obtained results elucidate the physical origin of the onset of Mach reflection with chemical reactions, which has previously been observed in both experiments and numerical simulations. 相似文献

In this paper, different morphologies ZnO (disk‐like, rod‐like, and nanoparticles) were introduced into phenolic composite coatings to comparatively investigate the tribological properties. The structural and morphological characterization was conducted with Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. The tribological performances of composite coatings were evaluated using ring‐on‐block tester under dry condition at room temperature. Experimental results indicated that composite coatings filled with 1 wt% ZnO micro‐disks possessed the optimal tribological performances. It was attributed to the strong interfacial interaction between ZnO micro‐disks and phenolic matrix induced by their specific polar structure. Moreover, different loads and sliding speeds were employed to further evaluate the tribological performances of ZnO micro‐disks/phenolic composite coatings. Nanoparticle-impact electrochemistry (NIE) is an electroanalytical method based on the stochastic collisions of individual nanoparticles onto an inert ultramicroelectrode. In this article, we overview different characteristics of NIE-based reactions from their ensemble counterpart, that is, enhanced mass transport, intermittent working mode, and reduced reaction time scale. A particular interest is focused on the survey of the resulting changes in the reaction process regarding enhanced reaction efficiency and rate, altered selectivity, and improved catalyst stability. 针对基于三轴陀螺、三轴加速度计以及三轴磁强计组成的传感器组合(MARG传感器)的姿态测量算法存在的不足和限制,以自主姿态测量为前提,提出了一种新的基于四元数的优化递推估计算法。这一算法能够在线估计补偿陀螺漂移误差,不再需要对系统方程进行线性化处理。与基于EKF的方法相比,在同等计算复杂度下,该算法具有更高的精度和更好的稳定性。算法本身内蕴了对四元数单位长度的限制,不再需要任何归一化处理。仿真结果显示出了该算法具有令人满意的效果,利用水上漂浮试验初步验证了该算法的稳定性。 相似文献
