色谱技术在中药指纹图谱研究中的应用

 介绍了气相色谱、高效液相色谱、超临界流体色谱和高速逆流色谱等几种色谱技术在中药指纹图谱研究中的应用现状,以及使用模糊聚类分析和人工神经网络分析指纹图谱对中药进行模式识别和质量鉴定的方法。     

Synthesis and characterization of new optically active poly(amide‐imide)s containing epiclon and L‐methionine moieties in the main chain

Epiclon [3a,4,5,7a‐tetrahydro‐7‐methyl‐5‐(tetrahydro‐2,5‐dioxo‐3‐furanyl)‐1,3‐isobenzofurandione] (1) was reacted with L ‐methionine (2) in acetic acid and the resulting imide‐acid 3 was obtained in high yield. The diacid chloride 4 was prepared from diacid derivative 3 by reaction with thionyl chloride. Thermostable poly(amide‐imide)s containing epiclon structure were synthesized by reacting of diacid chloride 4 with various aromatic diamines. Polymerization reaction was performed by two conventional methods: low temperature solution polycondensation and short period reflux conditions. In order to compare conventional solution polycondensation reaction methods with microwave‐assisted polycondensation, the reactions were also carried out under microwave conditions with a small amount of o‐cresol that acts as a primary microwave absorber. The reaction mixture was irradiated for 6 min with 100% radiation power. Several new optically active poly(amide‐imide)s with inherent viscosity ranging from 0.15 to 0.36 dl/g were obtained with high yield. All of the above polymers were fully characterized by ¹H‐NMR, FT‐IR, elemental analyses and specific rotation techniques. 我国粘度计量工作中存在的问题

指出我国粘度计量工作中存在的一些问题，在修订粘度计检定规程，规范标准粘度的名称和有效期以及加强对粘度计检定工作的管理等方面的出了建议，强调了在标准粘度液证书中应给出不同温度下的运动粘度和粘度值，以满足粘度计检定工作的需要。     

Regularity of Viscosity Solutions of the Biased Infinity Laplacian Equation

In this paper, we are interested in the regularity estimates of the nonnegative viscosity super solution of the $β$−biased infinity Laplacian equation $$∆^β_∞u = 0,$$ where $β ∈ \mathbb{R}$ is a fixed constant and $∆^β_∞u := ∆^N_∞u + β|Du|,$ which arises from the random game named biased tug-of-war. By studying directly the $β$−biased infinity Laplacian equation, we construct the appropriate exponential cones as barrier functions to establish a key estimate. Based on this estimate, we obtain the Harnack inequality, Hopf boundary point lemma, Lipschitz estimate and the Liouville property etc.     

Lower semicontinuous solutions of the Bellman equation for the minimum time problem

The minimum time problem associated with a nonlinear control system is considered, and the unicity of the lower semicontinuous solution of the corresponding Bellman equation is investigated. A main tool in our approach is the Kruzkov transformation that enables us to work on ⁿ –{0}, where {0} is the target set, instead of the unknown reachable set.This research was carried out while the first author was visiting the Department of Mathematics, University of Genova, Genova, Italy.     

Preparation and characterization of a viscosity index improver for naphthenic and paraffinic base oils

Copolymers of -methyl styrene and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate were prepared in a benzene solution. The presence of the copolymers were confirmed by solubility, IR and NMR tests. The molecular weight and the polydispersity of the polymers were estimated by GPC. The copolymers obtained were blended with paraffinic and naphthenic base oils. The viscosity, the viscosity index (VI) the Q value as well as the stability to shear and oxidation were obtained for these blends. The results are compared with the results obtained with an oil blend containing a commonly used high temperature additive. Two of the copolymers obtained have shown to be good alternatives for specific applications.Presented at the Symposium, 76^th CSC Congress, Sherbrooke, Quebec, May 30–June 3, 1993, honoring Professor Donald Patterson on the occasion of his 65^th birthday.     

Interactions between octyl-β-D-glucoside and α-amino acids or small peptides

The interactions between octyl--D-glucoside and glycine in water have been investigated by surface tension, viscosity, and density measurements. The results show that the -amino acid causes an unexpected lowering of the critical micellar concentration of octyl--D-glucoside. Such a finding has been interpreted in temss of dipole-dipole interactions between the hydrophilic site of the surfactant and the peptidic cosluttes. From three to seven amino acid molecules have been estimated to be coordinated with each glucoside unity in the micellar state. The research has been extended to glycine oligopeptides and L-lysine. The latter compound has effects similar to those observed with glycine whereas diglycine and triglycine show weaker effects on the micellization process.     

中国健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值与地理因素的多元回归分析

为制定中国健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国各地用毛细管法测定的健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值也在逐渐的增大,相关性很显著,用多元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程．如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值．依据健康中青年女性全血比粘度参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等６个区．     

H_2O_2 氧化玉米淀粉胶性能研究

在引入预糊化剂的条件下,利用Ｈ２Ｏ２对玉米淀粉进行氧化,通过正交设计选择最佳氧化条件,确定对氧化淀粉进一步改性所用试剂的量,以降低淀粉胶的粘度,提高其流动性和初粘强度。实验所得产品淀粉胶与目前普遍使用的白乳胶相比,性能相近。
