多组分光谱相关色谱及其在中药色谱指纺图谱分析中的应用

基于正交投影理论和相关色谱方法提出多组分光色谱方法提出多组分光谱相关 色谱。为克服联用色谱仪器的不等性噪声影响，采用目标组分投影前后的光谱夹角 余弦判据，判断不同的中药色谱指纹图谱的相关组分色谱峰簇。该方法为中药指纹 图谱的数据处理、合理评价以及中药谱效学的基本理论研究提供一种实用的工具。     

Fermentation characteristics and the dynamic trend of chemical components during fermentation of Massa Medicata Fermentata

As a representative of traditionally fermented Chinese medicine, Massa Medicata Fermentata (MMF) shows the functions of invigorating the spleen and stomach and promoting digestion, which plays an important role in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The fermentation mechanism and the key factors that affect the quality of MMF have not been revealed yet, which has become an urgent issue that limits its clinical application. This article aims to systematically and comprehensively reveal the transformation of physical properties and the dynamic trend of chemical components including substrate components, volatile components, and lactic acid as anaerobic fermentation product during MMF fermentation. Along with obvious hyphae growth observed for MMF, the weight of MMF decreased, and the moisture and temperature increased. Through the quantified 14 components from substrate, ferulic acid increased from 45.53 ± 6.94 to 141.89 ± 78.40 μg/g, while glycosides and phenolic acids declined except caffeic acid. Also, within the 66 volatile components analyzed, alcohols and acids increased, while aldehydes and ketones decreased. Lactic acid was not detected in the fermentation substrate, but an apparent increase in lactic acid content was observed along with the increased fermentation days, resulting in 2.54 ± 0.15 mg/g on day 8. Based on the tested components, the fermentation process of MMF was discriminated into three distinct stages by principal component analysis, and an optimal fermentation time of four days was proposed. The results of this study will be of great significance to clarify the characteristics of fermentation and conduce to improving quality standards of MMF.     

宗教文化对泉州古城街道活力的影响分析

以泉州古城为例,利用多源数据构建街道活力与其影响因素的分析框架,建立包含街道物理环境影响因素和宗教文化影响因素的街道活力评价指标体系.分析宗教建筑对街道活力的影响,并进一步分析宗教建筑与街道的空间关系对街道活力的影响.研究结果表明：街道活力与街道两侧的寺庙宗祠的数量呈负相关,香火旺盛的寺庙宗祠会提升附近街道的活力,但与寺庙宗祠距离无显著相关关系;在寺庙宗祠入口设置广场或宽敞的步行区可以集聚人气,并在寺庙宗祠周围布置商业或与其他景点结合以形成连续的活力点,有助于提升街道活力.     

基于脑涨落图和抑郁评分系统评价中医综合治疗抑郁症的疗效

以DEP患者作为研究对象,利用脑涨落图仪（EFG）的客观检查方法及DEP现代医学评分系统,评价解郁合欢汤+五行音乐疗法的中医综合治疗方式对DEP的疗效。指标包括EFG检测大脑神经递质相对功率值、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）以及蒙哥马利抑郁评定量表（MADRS）。EFG结果显示,患者治疗后脑内γ-氨基丁酸的相对功率值较治疗前显著降低（P<0.001）,去甲肾上腺素（P<0.001）、多巴胺相对功率值（P<0.001）较治疗前显著提高,患者治疗后的HAMD(P<0.001)、MADRS(P<0.001)较治疗前显著降低。说明中医综合疗法对DEP的疗效确切,可通过对大脑神经递质的调节作用而发挥抗抑郁疗效。     

气候对安徽中药材产业经济影响分析——基于经济气候模型

通过考虑气候和经济社会因素,将气候因素与函数综合考虑并进行分析,构建“经济气候”模型,分析并得出气候因素对安徽省中药材产业影响程度,利用所构建BP神经网络模型,分析数据,对气象因素对中药材产业的影响结果进行预测。通过分析安徽省气候变化的特点与方向,确定气候因素对中药材产业的影响程度,为中药材产业发展提供一定的数据分析支撑,为有针对性的管理中药材产业提供方法与数据基础,同时对降低严重气象灾害对中药材生产带来的负面作用具有一定的理论与实践意义。     

A Review of Results on Axially Symmetric Navier-Stokes Equations,with Addendum by X. Pan and Q. Zhang

In this paper, we give a brief survey of recent results on axially symmetric Navier-Stokes equations (ASNS) in the following categories: regularity criterion, Liouville property for ancient solutions, decay and vanishing of stationary solutions. Some discussions also touch on the full 3 dimensional equations. Two results, closing of the scaling gap for ASNS and vanishing of homogeneous D solutions in 3 dimensional slabs will be described in more detail.In the addendum, two new results in the 3rd category will also be presented, which are generalizations of recently published results by the author and coauthors.     

新疆产12种中草药中微量金属元素的测定

本文测定了新疆产新疆党参,新疆元胡等１２种中草药中十种微量金属元素的含量．结果表明这些中草药中具有显著生理活性的Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ等元素．它们的含量除了个别样品外均大于或接近于国内其它地区所产的同种中草药、根据冠心病病因的Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ值假说和微量金属元素的含量关系,新疆产１２种中草药也可用于防治冠心病．     

化石证明生物进化作用的相对性及其原因

本文根据古生物学研究成就,在充分肯定化石在生物进化中具非常重要作用的基础上,就其证明生物进化作用的相对性及其原因,进行了理论阐述。     

Chronology of environmental events over East Asia during the past 130 ka

In the transitional region between the Loess Plateau and deserts, 4 sections located respectively at Yuling, Hengshan, Dingbian and Huining of China are studied. The high-resolution paleoclimatic records obtained show that environmental events on varying time scales have happened over East Asia. These events are dated with the time scales established using the recently-developed approach of Automatic Orbital Tuning. This leads to the establishment of the chronology of the environmental events.
