This work deals with the determination of fluorine by solid sampling graphite furnace molecular absorption spectrometry. The molecular absorbance of aluminum monofluoride (AlF), which is produced in the vapor phase in the presence of Al3+, is measured at 227.5 nm, a non-resonant platinum line. A conventional graphite furnace program has been used with pyrolysis and vaporization temperatures of 800 and 2300 °C, respectively. Solutions of Ba2+ and Al3+ have been used to avoid fluorine losses during the pyrolysis stage and to produce AlF in the vaporization stage, respectively. Certified coal and alumina samples were analyzed using aqueous standards for calibration. The agreement between the found concentration and the certified value, or the value obtained by another method ranged from 92 to 105%, with a relative standard deviation less than 8.5%. The limit of detection and the characteristic mass was 0.17 μg g− 1 and 205 pg, respectively. 相似文献

A new detection system based on microdialysis sampling and chemiluminescence (CL) reaction was developed for in vivo monitoring of uric acid (UA) with high sensitivity, selectivity and accuracy. The uric acid is indirectly monitored by CL detection of enzymatic reaction product formation (H2O2), catalyzed by Uricase. A microprobe was modified and coated with immobilized enzyme through a Streptavidin-biotin mediated linker by using a chitosan support membrane, polyurethane trapped ferrocene film is employed to protect the probe surface and diminish the interference from reductant molecules, which often are present in the blood (e.g. ascorbic acid). The earlier mentioned probe and the constructed sensor can detect uric acid in the range of 0.01-1 mM with detection limit (3σ) of 5 μM. Finally, the system is used to monitor uric acid (UA) variation through an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model. Following AMI-induced oxidative stress, the UA level decreases continuously, thus suggesting that UA plays a protective role as a substitute antioxidant. Furthermore, the in vivo monitoring results show good agreement with those obtained by a standard method, and the procedure is recommended for in vivo and real time monitoring of UA. In addition, the proposed method can be more accurate since the UA may be potentially oxidized by in vitro exposure to oxygen in the presence of a catalyst. 相似文献

The analytical capability of high-temperature halogenation with carbon tetrachloride vapour in a graphite furnace was investigated for silicon carbide powder with known chemical composition and particle size. Intensity vs heating time curves were determined for analytical lines of Al, B, Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ti, V and Si constituents, volatilized with and without the presence of CCl4 vapour in the furnace atmosphere. Igniting 10 mg SiC at 2100 °C for 60 s in chlorinating atmosphere, the evaporated fraction of most of the constituents was higher than 90% (for Al about 50%). The line intensity vs sample mass (4–26 mg) relationships were linear for all impurities studied, while the intensity of silicon line showed a relatively small change with the sample mass. BEC (background equivalent concentration) values for this solid sampling technique (10 mg loaded sample) were 2–20 fold lower than those calculated for the conventional solution sample introduction method. 相似文献

A graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric procedure for the determination of mercury is presented, in which the samples are suspended in a solution containing hydrofluoric and nitric acids. Silver nitrate (4% m/v) and potassium permanganate (3%) are incorporated, in the order specified, and aliquots are directly introduced into the graphite furnace. A fast heating programme with no conventional pyrolysis step is used. The detection limit for mercury in a 125 mg ml−1 suspension is 0.1 μg g−1. Calibration is performed by using aqueous standards. The St. Michael Archangel’s Church in Szalowa, Poland, was selected for closer investigation with respect to the indoor/outdoor
air exchange and its influence on the air quality and work arts preservation. Chemical composition, size and abundance of
particulate matter and concentration of gases NO2, SO2, O3 inside and outside the church were determined. To study seasonal variation of the weather condition (temperature, inversion
level, wind direction) and the influence of seasonal sources of the air pollution (like heating of the nearby houses), samples
were collected in winter and summer time. It was stated that suspended particulate matter inside the wooden church has in
general an outdoor source. Several groups of particles were distinguished such as the organic ones, soil dust, nitrates and
sulphates. In case of organic and soil dust particles, the concentration inside was higher than outside. From the results,
in comparison to literature data, one can conclude that accumulation of particulate suspended matter in the church is more

Interfacial layers have been widely applied to study the formation and stability of emulsion-based systems. However, the application of isolated interfaces to address digestibility of emulsions is often limited because of the complexity of experimental methods and results. This review summarizes the latest developments in analytical methods and literature data on effects of digestion on interfacial layers. Particular emphasis is given to understand the changes on interfacial magnitudes during oral, gastric, and duodenal digestion, either applied separately or sequentially. Limitations of interfacial aspects and key factors that influence emulsion microstructure in bulk and lipid digestion are identified. The results of experimental studies of the adsorption at the solution/air interface from an aqueous mixture: 2,4,6-trimethylphenol–2,4,6-trichlorophenol
are presented. The surface properties of the above-mentioned mixture were studied by surface potential and surface tension
measurements. These measurements were carried out as a function of the concentration of 2,4,6-trimethylphenol aqueous solution

合理界定机场吸引范围,是构建坚固民航运输网络的关键环节。现有的机场吸引范围界定方法,很少考虑与其衔接的地面交通网络,以及旅客出行偏好的影响。为提高机场吸引范围的实用性,本文以城市断裂点理论为基础,对其中的重要参数予以改进。首先,以综合交通运输为背景,指出发达的公路和铁路运输网络对民用机场具有很大的竞争与促进作用,并提出以地面交通出行时间为量化标准的吸引范围界定方法。然后,为分析旅客出行偏好的行为机理,针对于与机场衔接的地面交通网络来建立离散选择模型。其次,将研究区域的机场所在城市看作是一个整体,运用专家评价法和熵权法综合确定机场的吸引规模,并通过机场吞吐量与城市对外出行总量针对机场规模进行修正。最后,通过算例验证改进模型的实际可操作性,为确定多机场系统吸引范围界定提供新的思路和方法。 相似文献
