A novel hydroxy‐, methoxy‐, and phenoxy‐bridge “Mitsubishi emblem” tetranuclear aluminum complex ( 1 ) is synthesized from an unsymmetric amine‐pyridine‐bis(phenol) N2O2‐ligand (H2L1) and a symmetric amine‐tris(phenol) NO3‐ligand (H2L2). Two same configuration chiral nitrogen atoms are formed in the tetranuclear Al complex upon coordination of the unsymmetric tertiary amine ligand to central Al. Complex 1 initiates controlled ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of rac‐lactide and afford polylactide (PLA) with narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn = 1.05–1.19). The analysis of 1H NMR spectra of the oligomer indicates that the methoxy group is the initiating group and the ring‐opening polymerization of lactide follows a coordination‐insertion mechanism. The Homonuclear decoupled 1H NMR spectroscopy suggests the isotactic‐rich chains is preferentially formed in PLA. The study on kinetics of the ROP of lactide reveals the homopropagation rate is higher than the cross‐propagation rate, which is in agreement with the observed isotactic selectivity in the ROP of rac‐lactide. The stereochemistry of the polymerization was also supported by activation parameters. The introduction of unsymmetric ligand H2L1 has an effect on stereoslectivity of polymerization. 对近两年从国外发展起来的新型精炼合成渣 12 Ca O· 7Al2 O3的烧成工艺、物性和脱硫能力进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,该渣系原料来源广泛 ,成本较低 ;以 12 Ca O· 7Al2 O3为低熔点相 ,具有较低的熔化温度 ,在精炼温度下具有较好的流动性 ;由于具有很高的碱度和 Al2 O3含量 ,因而具有较强的脱硫能力和吸附铝脱氧产物的能力 ,并且在精炼过程中还可配加大量石灰 ,进一步提高其脱硫能力 ,尤其适用于铝脱氧钢  相似文献

In this work, a novel nucleating agent (NA) based on substituted‐aryl phosphate salts was introduced into poly(L‐Lactide) (PLLA). The nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization behaviors of nucleated PLLA samples were investigated through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X‐ray diffraction, and polarized optical microscope (POM). Furthermore, the effect of annealing treatment on the cold crystallization behaviors of nucleated samples was also investigated. The results show that the crystallization of PLLA, whether for the melt crystallization (including nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization process) or for the cold crystallization (including the cold crystallization occurring during the DSC heating process and during the annealing process), is greatly dependent upon the content of NA. At relatively lower NA content (≤0.1 wt%), the nucleation effect of NA is inconspicuous, however, at higher NA content (≥0.2 wt%), it exhibits great nucleation effect for the crystallization of PLLA. 采用微波消解技术进行样品前处理,建立了石墨炉原子吸收法测定PU材料中铬含量的方法。在波长429.0 nm下,利用石墨炉程序升温测定,狭缝设为0.5 nm,塞曼效应作为背景校正。标准工作曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.9986,方法检出限为0.051μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.78%,加标回收率为92%~120%(n=6)。该方法简便、可行,适用于PU材料中铬的测定。  相似文献

建立了微波消解–石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定化妆品中铅的方法。探讨了样品前处理条件、基体改性剂的选择和优化、石墨炉升温条件等对测定结果的影响。在优化的试验条件下,铅的质量浓度在0~100 ng/mL范围内与吸光度具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为0.33 ng/mL。用该法对5种化妆品中的铅进行测定,加标回收率在95.0%~106.1%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于3.6%。该方法可应用于化妆品中痕量铅的分析。  相似文献

The single crystals of Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 were grown by the spontaneous crystallization method for the first time. They crystallize in the centrosymmetric trigonal space group R$\bar{3}$ with a = 7.143(3) Å, c = 17.405(16) Å, and Z = 3. The structure is characterized by isolated B3O6 units, and the Ba2+ and Cd2+ cations connect with B3O6 rings to form three dimensional structure. The TG/DSC and XRD results reveal that Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 melts congruently. First‐principles electronic structure calculation performed with the density functional theory (DFT) method shows that the calculated bandgaps are 4.66 eV, which is in good agreement with the UV/Vis/NIR experimental value 4.59 eV. The calculation shows that the Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 crystal has a large birefringence (Δn = 0.0875–0.0569 from 270 nm to 2600 nm), which demonstrates that Ba2Cd(B3O6)2 is a potential birefringence crystal.  相似文献

Operational instability from processes occurring at the anode during the production of aluminum in the commercial Hall‐Héroult process may lead to an increase in undesirable fluorocarbon emissions, higher energy use, and shorter plant life. One contribution to this instability may be the possible formation of a fluorocarbon film at the electrode interface. Here, the surface composition of graphite anodes after electrolysis in molten NaF–AlF3–CaF2 at 990 °C is investigated for evidence of fluorocarbon formation using C K‐edge near edge X‐ray absorption fine structure. Fluorocarbon is identified on an anode surface after prolonged anode effect (very high overpotential with increased cell resistance) and also on an anode surface after normal electrolysis without anode effect. This provides evidence that fluorocarbon formation may occur prior to anode effect lowering the surface tension of the anode and therefore resulting in dewetting to contribute to the onset of the anode effect. Confirmation that such compounds form furthers our understanding of electrochemical reactions of graphite with fluoride and of the fundamental processes that occur in an aluminum smelter cell. Cloud point extraction was applied as a preconcentration step for the determination of trace level of Al(III) in water samples with electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS), flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and UV-visible spectrophotometry. The aluminum was extracted as aluminum-Eriochrome Cyanine R (ECR) complex, at pH 6 by micelles of the non-ionic surfactant octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol (Triton X-114). The investigations showed that the same CPE procedure can be used for different detection techniques. The results obtained from these techniques were evaluated. Under the optimal conditions, limit of detection obtained with ETAAS, FAAS and UV-visible spectrophotometry were 0.03 ng mL?1, 0.06 µg mL?1 and 0.01 µg mL?1, respectively. The accuracy of the procedure was tested by analysing certified reference material. The method was successfully applied to determination of aluminum in water samples and dialysis fluid.  相似文献
