随着获取和收集天文光谱大数据能力的与日俱增,合理利用计算科学技术正确地分析海量光谱的处理方法及结果统计。前述工作采用了欧氏距离分析判别LAMOST实测光谱与模板之间相似度的研究,研究恒星分类准确性取决于高质量的模板光谱,选取LAMOST光谱在用的分类软件中183个恒星模板光谱,分别利用欧氏距离和马氏距离方法得出A,F,G,K和M型恒星模板间的均值和最大值,完成每条谱线相互之间的相关性分析,找出相对距离较大的模板及形成原因。相似度度量可视化实验数据结果表明模板之间具有一定的区分度,通过马氏距离分析模板间相似性能更进一步辨识出相近模板之间的细微差别,具备较优良的判别效果,证实了LAMOST现有分类的各模板间距离较均匀,且分类结果较为准确。该研究可进一步优化在用光谱分类模板,提升LAMOST恒星分类模板库的精确度和可信度。  相似文献

介绍了多孔氧化铝薄膜(PA)厚度在线测量系统的工作原理、系统结构及独特性能。在白光(宽光谱)照射下,薄膜的上表面和下表面反射的两路光线发生干涉,产生了携带薄膜光学厚度信息的反射光谱。同时,利用液相原子力显微镜(AFM)实时获得的PA膜的表面形貌信息,根据膜系统的Maxwell-Garnette有效介电常数理论,经相干势近似计算得到薄膜的有效折射率,进而得到此时PA膜的物理厚度。使用该系统对PA膜氧化制备过程进行了在线扫描和膜厚测量试验,成功的获得了PA样品的实时表面形貌图像,得到样品的孔隙率和有效折射率。并根据样品反射光谱,利用反射干涉频谱法计算得到氧化150和180 min时,PA膜厚分别为5.35和6.25 μm。本系统具有测量简便、实时性好、无损及测量精确的特点,在实时测量和监控膜厚的同时可获得样品的表面形貌、孔隙率、有效折射率等信息。  相似文献

Flame-generated aerosol particles of Al2O3 were deposited by gas filtration on two types of porous and ceramic tubes of -Al2O3 with mean pore diameters of 450 and 2700nm, respectively. The particles were aggregates with average mobility diameters in the range of 30–100nm and primary particle diameters of 4–8nm. The particles are characterized by differential mobility analysis, transmission electron microscopy, and by their specific surface area. The deposited membranes are characterized by gas permeability measurements, scanning electron microscopy, and by their pore size distribution from nitrogen capillary condensation. The particles form a distinct, homogeneous membrane layer with a porosity of 90% on top of the substrate surface and only penetrate slightly into the substrate structure. The mean pore sizes of the deposited membranes determined by nitrogen condensation agree approximately with those determined by gas permeation and the specific surface area. The mean pore diameter varies in the range of 30–70nm. The gas permeability of the deposited membranes is related to the specific surface area but influenced by the high porosity. The mean pore size and the permeability of the membranes are almost independent of the substrate structure.The development of a membrane with uniform properties is preceded by a short initial period in which the deposited particles, with an equivalent membrane thickness of roughly 2m, have a significantly lower permeability than the ultimately developed uniform membrane layer. This effect is particularly significant for the aerosol particles with the lowest mean size, probably due to particles deposited in the pore mouths of the substrate.The particles and the deposited membranes are X-ray amorphous but retain their specific surface area on heating to even high temperatures. When the membranes are heated to 1473K for 10h, X-ray diffraction shows a mixture of - and -alumina, accompanied by a partial disintegration of the membrane and a considerable loss of surface area.  相似文献

In this work, we highlight our recent progress in the synthesis and characterization of functional nanomaterials based on Fe–Pd ferromagnetic alloys by means of template-assisted deposition techniques employing highly ordered nanoporous alumina membranes, such as ordered arrays of nanowires and antidots thin films. Special attention is paid on their basic magnetic properties, such as coercivity, remanence and magnetic anisotropy, and their dependence on the microstructure and morphological parameters of the ordered arrays.  相似文献

We report a novel method for producing aligned ZnO nanorods (ANR) on self-grown ZnO template in a single step process involving growth of ZnO by vapor transport, followed by quenching of growing ZnO flux in liquid nitrogen. In the present study Zn powder turns into ZnO sheet under oxygen flow at ∼900 °C and bottom surface of the sheet acts as template for the growth of ANR. It is revealed from XRD and EDAX analysis that the bottom of the sheet is Zn rich region and acts as self catalyst for the growth of ANR. The grown nanorods have length up to several tens of micrometers with diameters ranging from ∼100 to 150 nm. Microstructural analysis of ANR indicates the fractal like configuration. The field emission properties have been investigated for ANR with fractal geometry using the ANR on self-grown ZnO template as a cathode directly. The turn-on electric field required to draw current density of ∼1.0 μA/cm2 has been found to be ∼0.98 V/μm. The field enhancement factor based on Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) plot was found to be ∼7815 for ANR. The fractal geometry of ANR has been shown to be advantageous for achieving improved field emission features. The present investigations of synthesis involving formation of ANR over self-grown ZnO template, together with fractal configuration of the as-synthesized ANR, are first of their type.  相似文献

本文通过模板法制备了一系列不同孔径的氧化铝模板 ,并通过交流电向模板中沉积银而制成有序银纳米线阵列。以SCN- 作为探针分子 ,用H3PO4溶解模板并用共焦显微拉曼系统现场检测SERS信号。结果表明 ,SERS信号的强度随露出表面纳米线的长度的增加而变大 ,到一定程度后又逐渐减弱。这说明只有具有合适长径比的纳米线才会有最大的增强  相似文献

The process of designing an efficient tracker for thermal infrared imagery is one of the most challenging tasks in computer vision. Although a lot of advancement has been achieved in RGB videos over the decades, textureless and colorless properties of objects in thermal imagery pose hard constraints in the design of an efficient tracker. Tracking of an object using a single feature or a technique often fails to achieve greater accuracy. Here, we propose an effective method to track an object in infrared imagery based on a combination of discriminative and generative approaches. The discriminative technique makes use of two complementary methods such as kernelized correlation filter with spatial feature and AdaBoost classifier with pixel intesity features to operate in parallel. After obtaining optimized locations through discriminative approaches, the generative technique is applied to determine the best target location using a linear search method. Unlike the baseline algorithms, the proposed method estimates the scale of the target by Lucas-Kanade homography estimation. To evaluate the proposed method, extensive experiments are conducted on 17 challenging infrared image sequences obtained from LTIR dataset and a significant improvement of mean distance precision and mean overlap precision is accomplished as compared with the existing trackers. Further, a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the proposed approach with the state-of-the-art trackers is illustrated to clearly demonstrate an overall increase in performance.  相似文献

介绍了计算机控制光学表面成型(CCOS) 技术的基本原理,对双旋转磨头的去除函数进行研究,研究了不同形状的磨头的去除函数特性,并在多次实验的基础上得到了最优的加工参数,在去除函数的基础上提出了模板函数的概念及算法。根据加工旋转对称非球面光学表面的特点,结合模板函数提出了一种基于同心圆磨头运动轨迹的控制算法。运用该算法对神光Ⅲ号打靶非球面透镜的一种工艺试样( Φ300m m ,F5-9 ,最大非球面度为46μm) 进行自动加工,面型精度达到1λ(RMS,λ= 632-8nm),取得了满意的结果。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel background prediction method for infrared small target detection (ISTD). Using a separable convolution template (SCT) to accelerate the traditional background prediction by graphic processing unit (GPU), the new method provides a significant improvement in the prediction speed, which enables the prediction process in real time. And experimental results show its high efficiency and practical application over previous work. The mathematical approach proposed here could be extended to accelerate the applications referred to image convolutions not only to the infrared field.  相似文献
