Elaboration of nanometric amorphous silica from quartz-based minerals using the fluorination method

A method of elaboration of nanometric amorphous silica is proposed using a rational processing of quartz-based ores with the help of a fluorination method. The different steps of the process are described, including the kinetics of the interaction mechanism of ammonium bifluoride with the initial raw materials, the sublimation of ammonium fluorosilicate and the formation of nanometric amorphous silica. Rate constants and activation energy of the chemical reactions are calculated.     

吐纳麝香合成及工艺优化

通过改变催化剂的组成和反应时间(70 min),混合催化剂n(无水AlCl3)∶n(浓H2SO4)=10∶1,吐纳麝香中间体1,1,3,4,4,6-六甲基四氢化萘(HMT)的合成产率达到86%;产品通过用无水乙醇饱和溶液低温结晶法,取代了原合成单元操作中的减压精馏和重结晶操作,使吐纳麝香(AHMT)合成总产率达到80%。该技术过程简单,实施方便,有效地降低了产品吐纳麝香的生产成本,实现了对吐纳麝香的合成工艺优化。     

侯西线河津车站新增旅客地道施工技术浅析

侯西线河津车站新建1孔6 m旅客地道中间主体节长33.75 m,由于涉及施工既有线,为减少施工对运输的影响,地道采用架空线路、明挖现浇的方式施工,主体混凝土结构分两次进行灌注,第一次先浇筑底板混凝土,待底板混凝土达到设计强度后再灌注墙身和顶板混凝土。     

Alkaline Earth–Olefin Complexes with Secondary Interactions

Strontium and calcium (alkaline earth: Ae) olefin complexes stabilised by secondary Ae???F?C and β‐agostic Ae???H?Si interactions are presented. Olefin coordination onto the alkaline earths is plain in the solid state, and it is thermodynamically favoured over the coordination of THF. The existence of the Ae???olefin interactions is corroborated by solution NMR data and DFT computations. The coordination mode of the olefin varies with steric effects and, if enforced, olefin dissociation can be compensated by the other non‐covalent interactions, as supported by DFT computations.     

Study on Spinning and Properties of PLA Yarn

The essay recommends the various properties of polylactic-acid yarns in order to know them in a new step.Designing the process and spunning of the PLA yarn,analyzing the points of the processes.The PLA yarn is processed with different methods.The properties such as the strength and elongation,the frictional resistance are analyzed.The relationship between the strength and the twist factor was determined.So the basic properties of the PLA yarn is determined.Through the comparison of various parameters,a thorough understanding of the basic properties of PLA yarn,thereby determining the best PLA yarn production and use conditions,and for the PLA yarn production and provide technical support.     

MODERATE DEVIATIONS FOR THE BESSEL CLOCK

By the method of change measures,the moderate deviations for the Bessel clock t 0 ds X(ν) s is studied,where(X(ν) t,t≥ 0) is a squared Bessel process with index ν0.The rate function can be given explicitly.Furthermore,the functional moderate deviations for the Bessel clock are obtained.     

AMS/AN/MMA三元共聚物的合成及其改性CPVC的研究

文章采用乳液聚合法合成了α-甲基苯乙烯/丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(AMS/AN/MMA)三元共聚物,用FT-IR和DSC对共聚物组成及其与CPVC相容性进行表征,并研究了合成工艺条件与单体配比对转化率的影响和三元共聚物与CPVC共混物的力学性能及加工性能。结果表明,该三元共聚物与CPVC的相容性良好;添加该三元共聚物对CPVC的加工性能有显著改进,且随共聚物中AMS质量分数增加,共混物的Vi-cat软化温度有所提高。     

设备检修业务流程集成管理模式构建——以国内某水电企业为例

设备检修管理是影响企业正常运行的一项重要工作,进而直接影响企业的经济效益。以国内某水力发电企业设备检修管理为研究对象,在实际调研的基础上,运用ABC作业成本法、时间效率法和数据包络分析法对检修流程进行综合分析,提出了解决存在问题的方案———构建设备检修业务流程集成管理模式。     

基于业务流程的数据库应用系统优化

系统的优化在软件开发和维护中必不可少,基于数据库的应用系统更是需要进行优化。传统的系统优化方法：包括硬件的升级,基于数据库及程序理论的优化可以解决大部分的问题。提出了一种基于业务流程的数据库应用系统优化的方法及处理模式。通过对比及分析业务流程及应用软件的处理流程,找出系统的瓶颈所在,制定优化方案,最终解决问题。
