Study on the Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel Mahkoside A Derivatives

Abstract

A series of novel Mahkoside A derivatives was synthesized, and their in vitro cytotoxic activities were evaluated against the human cancer cell line Ec‐9706. A Preliminary structure–activity relationship study showed compounds 7 and 8 have obvious cytotoxic activities (IC₅₀: 30.0 and 12.5 µg · mL^?1, respectively).     

A Convenient and Efficient Preparation of 2‐Acetyl‐4,5‐difluorothiophene

A convenient, five‐step preparation of 2‐acetyl‐4,5‐difluorothiophene from 2,3‐dibromothiophene is described.     

两个新二茂铁酰基硫脲衍生物的合成与表征

以二茂铁为原料,首先分别合成了1-二茂铁甲酸和1,1-’二茂铁二甲酸,然后通过酰化、缩合等一系列反应,得到了二个新的二茂铁酰基硫脲衍生物,并通过元素分析I、R1、HNMR等手段对其进行了表征,另外,初步试验证实二者具有良好的配位性能和植物调节活性.     

Determination of kynurenic acid levels in rat brain microdialysis samples and changes in kynurenic acid levels induced by N‐acetylaspartic acid

The levels of kynurenic acid, an endogenous antagonist of α₇ nicotinic acetylcholine and N‐methyl‐D ‐aspartate receptors, were measured in microdialysis samples obtained from the prefrontal cortices of rats using column‐switching high‐performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. When the perfusate was constantly infused at a rate of 1.0 μ/min, the in vitro recovery of kynurenic acid through the dialysis membrane was approximately 20.4%, and the precision was within 1.31%. Endogenous kynurenic acid in the microdialysis sample was clearly detected using column‐switching high‐performance liquid chromatography. As an application study, N‐acetyl‐L ‐aspartic acid, an endogenous metabolite and precursor of N‐acetyl‐L ‐aspartyl‐L ‐glutamic acid, which is an agonist of metabotropic glutamate receptors, was infused for 120 min through the microdialysis probe. The kynurenic acid level significantly increased during the infusion of N‐acetyl‐L ‐aspartic acid, suggesting that kynurenic acid might have some association with N‐acetyl‐L ‐aspartic acid in vivo. 糖基亚苄基NaBH_3 CN-HCl选择性开环过程中乙酰基迁移现象的研究

用NaBH3CN HCl/Et2 O对 3 O 乙酰基 4,6 O 亚苄基 β D 吡喃半乳糖乙硫苷 (2 )进行还原开环 ,发现有乙酰基迁移至 2 位的产物生成 ;进一步的实验表明 ,室温条件下 ,NaBH3CN与 2的作用导致乙酰基的迁移     

N-(取代苯基)-2-(对氯苯氧乙酰基)氨基脲的合成与表征

以无机碱为催化剂，用不同的Ｎ－（聚代基）三氯乙酰胺与对氯苯氧乙酰肼反应，首次合成了３种新的取代氨基基脲化合物Ｎ－（取代苯基）－２－（对氯苯氧乙酰基）氨基脲，产率７１％以上。     

Synthesis of 4,8-dimethoxy-1-naphthol via an acetyl migration

Based on acetyl migration, an efficient synthesis of 4,8-dimethoxy-1-naphthol (1) has been achieved with high overall yield. Compared with the reported method, there were several advantages. First, the reaction conditions were mild. Second, the workup of each step was much simpler. Third, juglone as the starting material in the synthesis was readily available. The solvent and reaction temperature greatly influenced the migration process.     

氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲铵的拆分

研究了利用N-乙酰-L-谷氨酸为拆分试剂，成功的对氯化3-氰-2-羟丙基三甲胺进行光学拆分，一次拆分光学纯度为92％，产率为37％；二次拆分光学纯度达95％，产率为29．1％。
