对稀土处理前后的ZL108合金进行了机械性能测试和断口分析, 表明稀土处理有利于提高合金的塑性和强度. 对稀土处理前后合金中氢总量进行了分析, 未加稀土的合金内氢总量与稀土处理后的合金相当, 结合性能与断口形态, 从侧面表明稀土改变了氢的存在形式.  相似文献

A novel metal/semiconductor nanocomposite with catalytic and photocatalytic functions has been prepared. The new material consists of highly dispersed platinum (Pt) nanoparticles embedded in a cubic mesoporous nanocrystalline anatase (meso-nc-TiO2) thin film. The porous thin film possesses a narrow pore-size distribution and a large surface area. The diameter of the Pt cluster can be controlled to below 5 nm, and the high dispersion of these clusters gives rise to catalytic activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide, an important reaction for automobile exhaust treatment. This novel ordered mesoporous Pt/TiO2 nanoarchitecture is also a promising photochemical material, as demonstrated by the photo-driven killing of Micrococcus lylae cells on the film.  相似文献

The reaction between phenyl phosphonic dichloride (C6H5P(O)Cl2) and synthetic calcium hydroxy- and fluorapatite has been investigated. The presence of mono- or polymeric (C6H5PO) fragment bound to hydroxyapatite was evidenced by IR, and solid-state 31P NMR spectroscopy. X-ray powder analysis has shown that the apatitic structure remains unchanged during the reaction. In contrast, no reaction was found using fluorapatite. According to the results found for these two different apatites a mechanism was proposed for the formation of covalent P-O-P bonds as the result of a reaction between the C6H5P(O)Cl2 organic reagent and (HPO4) and/or OH ions of the hydroxyapatite.  相似文献

通过低温络合反应制备了高分散高合金化的Pt-Ru固溶体, 并将其均匀地担载在有序介孔碳CMK-3上, 以形成二元复合金属催化剂. XRD谱图表明,fcc结构的Pt原子部分被hcp结构的Ru原子取代形成置换固溶体, 而且几乎没有未形成合金的Ru存在. TEM和XRD研究结果表明, Pt-Ru/CMK-3催化剂中Pt-Ru合金粒子的平均粒径为27 nm, 且具有良好的均一度. 还研究了催化剂对甲醇的电催化氧化性能, 并与E-TEK公司同类催化剂进行了对比, 研究结果表明, Pt-Ru/CMK-3催化剂具有较大的电化学活性面积, 对甲醇的电催化氧化性能和抗CO中毒能力明显优于其它同类催化剂.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜、图像分析仪和电子探针对低氧低硫的10PCuRE耐候钢板坯进行了观察和检测,采用干-湿周浸室内加速试验方法测得了试验钢的腐蚀率.用电化学方法测得了带锈样的阳极极化曲线.研究得出对于S:~0.004%,O:~0.002%的10PCuRE耐候钢,最佳稀土含量为0.0065%~0.012%,此稀土含量对非金属夹杂物的变质作用和耐蚀性能的提高最为有利.  相似文献

Here, we will show photo-induced supramolecular chirality in thin films of achiral amorphous polymers with azo groups in their side-chain. A matter of particular interest is the effect of various film thicknesses on azimuthal rotation and ellipticity of incident/transmitted polarized light. Furthermore, we investigated the temporal stability of inscribed chirality. By polarimetric measurements, we found out that the azimuthal rotation gets higher with layer thickness. In this scope, we were able to measure a very high azimuthal rotation of Δψ/d=112.5/μm. The inscribed chirality was stable for several days. Furthermore, we investigated the time-resolved behavior of incident and transmitted polarization ellipticities for various thicknesses. The time dependency may be explained by a two-step process: (1) fast trans-cis-isomerization resulting in photo-orientation and (2) slow photo-induced mass flow.  相似文献

Fluorine has come to be recognized as a key element in materials science: in heat‐transfer agents, liquid crystals, dyes, surfactants, plastics, elastomers, membranes, and other materials. Furthermore, many fluorine‐containing biologically active agents are finding applications as pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. Progress in synthetic fluorine chemistry has been critical to the development of these fields and has led to the invention of many novel fluorinated molecules as future drugs and materials. As a result of the electronic effects of fluorine substituents, fluorinated substrates and reagents often exhibit unusual and unique chemical properties, which often make them incompatible with established synthetic methods. Thus, the problem of how to control the unusual properties of compounds with fluorine substituents deserves much attention, so as to promote the design of facile, efficient, and environmentally benign methods for the synthesis of valuable organofluorine targets.  相似文献

以Y(NO3)3和NH4HCO3为原料,通过向Y(NO3)3溶液中滴加NH4HCO3的方式制备了化学组成为Y2(CO3)3·2H2O的先驱沉淀物。研究了先驱沉淀物煅烧过程中的物相变化。先驱沉淀物1100℃煅烧4h后得到了平均粒径为60nm的无团聚Y2O3超细粉体。所得粉体不添加任何添加剂,在1700℃下真空烧结4h得到了透明Y2O3陶瓷。  相似文献
