论《洛神赋》与《楚辞》之关系

楚汉之际,由于楚文化的广泛影响,屈、宋骚体作品,往往成了骚体创作主流之一。骚体不仅影响了汉代文人赋作,亦影响及建安以后的骚体赋篇,尤其是曹植《洛神赋》之艺术魅力与《楚辞》关系最为密切。有关《洛神赋》不乏精辟分析之文,然而有关《洛神赋》与《楚辞》之关系,却鲜少详细论述之作。因此本文论述《洛神赋》与《楚辞》融化创新之关系,并说明《洛神赋》对后世文学之开创意义。     

Crystal structures and cation ordering of Sr2AlSbO6 and Sr2CoSbO6

The two double perovskite oxides Sr₂AlSbO₆ and Sr₂CoSbO₆ were prepared and their structures studied with the X-ray powder diffraction method. At room temperature the crystal structure of Sr₂AlSbO₆ is cubic , with . It was found that depending on the preparation conditions, the Al³⁺ and Sb⁵⁺ cations can be either entirely or partially ordered. In the case of the partially ordered Sr₂AlSbO₆ sample, the extension of cation ordering was estimated from the -dependent broadening of the diffraction peaks and the results were interpreted as evidence of the formation of anti-phase domains in the material. Low-temperature Raman spectroscopic measurements demonstrated that the cubic phase of Sr₂AlSbO₆ is stable down to 79 K.The room-temperature crystal structure of Sr₂CoSbO₆ is trigonal (space group with and . At 470 K, however, the material undergoes a continuous phase transition and its structure is converted to cubic (space group . The studied Sr₂CoSbO₆ sample was partially ordered, but unlike Sr₂AlSbO₆, no indication of the formation of anti-phase domains was observed.     

茯砖茶主要化学成分及其功效研究进展

茯砖茶属于黑茶中的珍贵品种,为后发酵茶,具有极特殊的发花工艺。其特别风味和保健功效深受消费者青睐。为茯砖茶得到更好地研究与开发,就茯砖茶所富含的茶多酚、茶多糖、氨基酸、咖啡碱等多种成分及其减肥降脂、降血糖、抗氧化等保健功效进行综述,同时探讨了目前茯砖茶研究过程中存在的问题,展望了茯砖茶未来的发展前景,对茯砖茶的进一步加工利用奠定了基础。     

再论李杜

看李杜，一般人习惯只看他们的作品。文章旨在从李杜的诗学理论与创作的结合点上，来对李杜作再度分析，从而加深人们对李杜的理解。同时试图让更多文学人有李杜精神。     

模糊数学法在抚河流域环境质量评价中的运用

以“十五”期间抚河流域地表水环境质量为研究对象,运用模糊数学评价法对9个监测断面和9个污染因子进行了综合评价。评价结果显示,抚河流域地表水环境质量总体状况良好,除2002年度西津渡断面、2004年度南城断面和2005年度南丰断面为Ⅲ级水质外,其它各年度和各断面的水质等级都处于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级,符合功能区水环境质量标准;在各污染因子中COD、BOD5、挥发酚类对河流水质的贡献率较大。由此分析了相应的原因。     

三种不同产地红景天抗应激作用的比较研究

研究了三种不同产地红景天抗应激作用。采用常压缺氧、低温以及亚硝酸钠中毒方法,结果三种不同产地红景天实验组在小鼠常压缺氧、低温．亚硝酸钠中毒的存活时间与对照组比较明显延长。因此得出：三种不同产地红景天有明显提高小鼠抗应激作用。     

Metabolic Behaviors of Aconitum Alkaloids in Different Concentrations of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata and Effects of Aconitine in Healthy Human and Long QT Syndrome Cardiomyocytes

Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fu Zi) is the processed lateral root of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx, which is widely used in emergency clinics. Poisoning incidents and adverse reactions occur with the improper intake of Fu Zi. Metabolic characteristics of aconitum alkaloids of Fu Zi may vary, and the effects of Fu Zi in healthy and Long QT syndrome (LQTS) patients is unknown. In this experiment, 24 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: 2.0, 1.0, and 0.5 g/kg dose groups, and blood samples were collected after the oral administration of Fu Zi extract. We used an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry system to detect the concentrations of six aconitum alkaloids. Cell toxicity, calcium imaging, and patch-clamp recordings of human induced pluripotent stem cells-cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) of aconitine in healthy and LQTS were observed. We found that the AUC_(0–48h), C_max, and t_1/2 of the six compounds increased with the multiplicative dosages; those in the high group were significantly higher than those in the low group. Aconitine concentration-dependently decreased the amplitude, which has no significant effect on the cell index of normal hiPSC-CMs. Aconitine at 5.0 μM decreased the cell index between 5–30 min for LQTS hiPSC-CMs. Meanwhile, aconitine significantly increased the frequency of calcium transients in LQTS at 5 μM. Aconitine significantly shortened the action potential duration of human cardiomyocytes in both normal and LQTS groups. These results show metabolic behaviors of aconitum alkaloids in different concentrations of Fu Zi and effects of aconitine in healthy and LQTS patients.
