《清学案小识》：一部饱受争议的晚清学术史

清道光年间,唐鉴编撰《清学案小识》,总结了自清初至道光中期200余年的学术盛衰。是书旨在排斥非理学学派,巩固程朱理学正学地位,因而它自刊行以至于今,饱受世人的争议。《学案》一书固有诸多“不可”,深陷门户,但是它也自有价值所在。它不仅为后人研究清代理学留下了大量的资料,同时,它确立起清代理学的道统,直接推动了晚清理学的“复兴”。     

刘勰大文学观的逻辑疏漏及其文化阐释

刘勰在其文论《文心雕龙》中标举一种大文学观。这种大文学观将天文、地文、人文、动植物之文并举,全面深入地提高了文学的地位和影响。但是,从现代逻辑观点来看,刘勰的论述存有一定的疏漏,这个疏漏的存在有其深刻的文化因由。     

抒情的与传奇的--萧红张爱玲小说文体片论

萧红和张爱玲所创造的现代抒情小说和传奇小说,突破了传统小说单一的文体模式,为小说创作的抒情化及通俗化带来了新的形式和新的世界。忧郁感伤的抒情格调与冷静细致的反讽笔法、松散自由的散文体与传统小说的故事性、充满诗意的美学意蕴与繁复艳丽的意象追求,形成一种鲜明的对照,成为现代小说史上两种个性不同的艺术建构。     

四君子汤和四物汤微量元素含量研究

通过了解中药“四君子汤”和“四物汤”中微量元素含量的异同,研讨了微量元素和中医“气血”理论之间的关系。实验表明,“四君子汤”和“四物汤”在微量元素的含量方面,有一定的类同和差异。该现象同中医的“气血”理论有非常相像的地方。同时发现中药中的微量元素在煎煮过程中,并不是同想象的一样匀速进入药液,而是不同的元素在不同的时间段不同的批次进入药液,这也提示中药煎法理论有一定依据。由于目前做的实验还少,本实验留下很多问题和疑点,值得进一步做有关的实验和研究。     

固相萃取/超高效液相色谱法测定龙胆泻肝丸中栀子苷、龙胆苦苷与黄芩苷

建立了一种快速测定龙胆泻肝丸中栀子苷、龙胆苦苷和黄芩苷3种有效成分的超高效液相色谱方法。样品经50%甲醇提取,C18固相萃取(SPE)小柱净化后,采用Ultimate XB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)进行分离,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱。考察了不同规格色谱柱、流动相梯度比例、进样体积、柱温和流速对分离效果的影响,并对SPE柱流出液的平衡体积进一步考察,在最佳分析条件下进行液相色谱分析,该方法显示了良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 8),其定量下限(LOQ)为0.24～0.44 mg/L,加标回收率为95%～99%。该方法快速、准确,可满足实际检测需要。     

Comparative pharmacokinetic study of two boswellic acids in normal and arthritic rat plasma after oral administration of Boswellia serrata extract or Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan by LC‐MS

Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan (HLXLD), a Chinese herbal formula composed of 11 different herbs, has been used traditionally for the treatment of arthritis and other chronic inflammatory diseases. However, the pharmacokinetic profile of its anti‐inflammatory bioactive compounds has not been elucidated. Boswellic acids are the bioactive compounds with potent anti‐inflammatory activity isolated from Boswellia serrate which is one of the 11 herbs of HLXLD. The objective of the study was to compare the pharmacokinetics of the two bioactive bowsellic acids: 11‐keto‐β‐boswellic acid and 3‐O‐acetyl‐11‐keto‐β‐boswellic following oral administration of HLXLD or Boswellia serrata extract alone in normal and arthritic rats. An LC‐MS method was developed and validated for the determination of 11‐keto‐β‐boswellic acid and 3‐O‐acetyl‐11‐keto‐β‐boswellic in the comparative pharmacokinetic study. The results showed that there were significant differences in pharmacokinetic parameters between normal and arthritic groups. Interestingly, the absorptions of two boswellic acids were significantly higher in HLXLD than Boswellia serrata extract alone, indicating the synergistic effect of other herbal ingredients in HLXLD. This comparative pharmacokinetic study provided direct evidence supporting the notion that the efficacy of a complex mixture such as HLXLD is better than that of single components in treating human diseases. Systematic chemical profiling of a multicomponent Chinese herbal formula Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupoletime‐of‐flight mass spectrometry

Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan, a Chinese herbal formula consisting of 11 different herbs, has been used in folk medicine for the treatment of arthritis and other chronic inflammatory diseases. However, the chemical compositions of Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan are not completely characterized. In the present study, an ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry method in positive and negative ion modes was employed to identify biochemical constitutes in Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan. As a result, a total of 76 compounds including alkaloids, monoterpene glycosides, iridoids, phenolic acids, and tanshinones, coumarins, lactones, flavones, and their glycosides, triterpenes, and triterpene saponins were characterized by comparing the retention time and mass spectrometry data with reference standards within 5 ppm error or by reference to the reference literature. These results would provide the basis for a further in vivo study of Huo Luo Xiao Ling Dan and information for potential new drug candidates for treating arthritis and other chronic inflammatory diseases.     

Crystal structures and cation ordering of Sr2AlSbO6 and Sr2CoSbO6

The two double perovskite oxides Sr₂AlSbO₆ and Sr₂CoSbO₆ were prepared and their structures studied with the X-ray powder diffraction method. At room temperature the crystal structure of Sr₂AlSbO₆ is cubic , with . It was found that depending on the preparation conditions, the Al³⁺ and Sb⁵⁺ cations can be either entirely or partially ordered. In the case of the partially ordered Sr₂AlSbO₆ sample, the extension of cation ordering was estimated from the -dependent broadening of the diffraction peaks and the results were interpreted as evidence of the formation of anti-phase domains in the material. Low-temperature Raman spectroscopic measurements demonstrated that the cubic phase of Sr₂AlSbO₆ is stable down to 79 K.The room-temperature crystal structure of Sr₂CoSbO₆ is trigonal (space group with and . At 470 K, however, the material undergoes a continuous phase transition and its structure is converted to cubic (space group . The studied Sr₂CoSbO₆ sample was partially ordered, but unlike Sr₂AlSbO₆, no indication of the formation of anti-phase domains was observed.     

谭元春与江西复社文人之关系考察

谭元春是竟陵派后期的领袖人物，同时也是复社成员，他与江西籍的复社人士交谊最为深厚。崇祯五年，谭元春在江西与万时华、陈宏绪、陈际泰等复社成员相游处，长达两月。双方的诗学思想和美学旨趣相似，都追求清远自得的风格，并相互影响。谭元春重新研读《文选》，探讨古诗的创作。江西复社人士也受谭元春和竟陵诗学理论的影响，万时华的《诗经偶笺》运用“以意逆志”法来解读，追求“玄致”，贺贻孙的《诗筏》论“无厚”均脱胎于竟陵派。
