Using the canonical problem of N separate electron pairs, theN dependence of approximate multireference CI schemes is analyzed. When the DCI is taken as multireference space, the second order Quasi Degenerate Many Body Perturbation Theory (QD(MB)PT) gives twice the expected correction, while the CIPSI algorithm gives 66% of it, and the MRDCI a vanishing part of it. A modified QDPT effective hamiltonian, and a combination of CIPSI and QDPT algorithms seem to give better trends.  相似文献

Fluorocarbon impact on ozone depletion is reviewed together with the efficacy of the Montreal Protocol in acting to correct the imbalance between stratospheric ozone production and destruction. The Protocol is also helping to reduce global warming: CFCs are shown to be currently the largest fluorocarbon contributors to climate change. Relative contributions to climate change from CFCs and their HFC substitutes are discussed, together with the consequences of control of minor greenhouse gases on an environmental impact which is dominated by carbon dioxide emissions. Both the potencies of the materials for environmental change and their concentrations in the atmosphere are important and are considered here.Trifluoroacetic acid, a minor product of atmospheric decomposition of some HCFCs and HFCs and of the pyrolysis of fluoropolymers, has been shown to be uniformly distributed in seawater to a depth of over 4000 m and so is natural, although the actual source has yet to be identified.The Montreal Protocol is only one example of action to reduce undesirable impact from fluorocarbons. Other, less universal, actions include abatement of fluoroform greenhouse gas emissions from HCFC manufacturing, process changes to eliminate trifluoromethylsulfur pentafluoride emissions from electrochemical fluorination and ceasing manufacture of perfluorooctanyl sulfonate compounds due to their persistence in human tissue.  相似文献

Summary The conformation and relative configuration of [1-(2H-azirin-2-yl)alkyl]phosphonates (2) has been established by thorough investigation of some characteristic representatives of the series by1H,13C,15N, and31P NMR spectroscopy. It is shown that the chemical shift of the proton located to the phosphonate group can be used as a criterion for the discrimination and stereochemical assignment of diastereoisomers. With P(CH3)3 as the probe molecule adsorbed on titanium silicalite (TS-1) zeolite, the special and important role of T12 site in MFI-type zeolite was clearly elucidated. There are altogether three active sites present in TS-1 zeolite with Ti at the T12 site. Owing to the preferential adsorption of probe molecules on the first Brönsted acidic site, the Ti12 center will probably fail to show Lewis acidity. The ionic [HP(CH3)3]+ species can be stabilized by the first or second Brönsted acidic site, with the former energetically favored. The latter was formed through the transfer of the ionic [HP(CH3)3]+ species from the first to the second Brönsted acidic site.  相似文献

(1S,2R,3S)-, (1R,2R,3S)- and (1S,2R,3R)-4-amino-1,2,3-trihydroxybutylphosphonic acids were synthesised. The synthetic strategy involved preparation of the respective 4-azido-2,3-O-isopropylidene-l-threose or -d-erythrose, addition of dialkyl phosphites, separation of C-1 epimeric O,O-dibenzyl phosphonates, the reduction of azides and the removal of the protecting groups. The (2R,3S) and (2R,3R) configurations in the final products were secured by employing diethyl l-tartrate and d-isoascorbic acid as starting materials. The stereochemical course of the addition to the carbonyl groups in 4-azido-2,3-O-isopropylidene-l-threose or -d-erythrose followed that established earlier for 2,3-O-isopropylidene-d-glyceraldehyde and similar (3:1-4:1) diastereoselectivities were achieved.  相似文献

Summary A synthesis of the potential pharmaceutical agents 3,4,5-trigalloylquinic acid and 1,3,4,5-tetragalloylquinic acid is described. It involves three steps starting from commercially available quinic acid and provides overall yields of about 15%. The acylation of benzyl or 4-nitrobenzyl quinate with tribenzylgalloyl chloride is the key step. It leads selectively to the triacyl product in the case of benzyl quinate and can be either stopped at the triacyl stage or driven to the tetraacyl derivative in the case of the 4-nitrobenzyl quinate. From the chiroptical properties of the two compounds their stereochemistry was derived by means of the benzoate rule.
Zu Synthese und chiroptischen Eigenschaften der Tri- und Tetragalloylchinasäuren
Zusammenfassung Eine Synthese von 3,4,5-Trigalloylchinasäure und 1,3,4,5-Tetragalloylchinasäure. die potentielle Pharmaka darstellen, wird beschrieben. Sie umfaßt drei Stufen, welche ausgehend von kommerziell erhältlicher Chinasäure Gesamtausbeuten um 15% ergeben. Die entscheidende Stufe dabei ist die Acylierung von Benzyl- oder 4-Nitrobenzylchinat mit Tribenzylgalloylchlorid. Sie führt im Falle des Benzylchinats selektiv zum Triacylprodukt und kann im Fall des 4-Nitrobenzylchinats entweder auf der Stufe des Triacylderivates abgebrochen oder bis zum Tetraacylprodukt durchgezogen werden. Aus den chiroptischen Eigenschaften der beiden Verbindungen wurde ihre Stereochemie abgeleitet.
