离散正交小波包及其在噪声抑制中的应用

研究有限长序列的小波包处理和噪声抑制的方法,方法用正交共轭滤波器构造有限维内积空间的正交值和分解及有限长离散小波包,分析了噪声的小波包分解系数的特性,并提出小波包变换域降噪的方法。     

Mode selective directional couplers for overmoded waveguide systems

Two types of directional couplers for transverse electric (TE) modes are described: short and multihole couplers, respectively. They selectively pick one mode out of a mode mixture in an overmoded circular waveguide system. Unwanted modes are either statistically kept at low level or are suppressed by destructive interference in the coupling waveguide. Mode selectivity and directivity in multihole couplers oscillate up and down with an increasing number of holes, finally reaching a minimum of approximately 20 dB, unless there are competing modes with rational fractions of the beat wavelength. A multihole coupler for the TE₀₂ mode (28 GHz, 63.4 mm waveguide diameter, 41 holes) and a length of 1.6 m shows a calculated directivity of 68 dB and suppresses the unwanted modes TE₀₁ with 34 dB (24 dB), TE₂₂ with 37 dB (45 dB), and further modes TE_m (<5, m<6) with 17 dB to 34 dB in forward direction (figures in parentheses are for unwanted modes propagating in backward direction).A short directional coupler for the TE₀₁ mode (28 GHz, 63.4 mm waveguide diameter) with 16 holes and a length of 230 mm shows a directivity of 55 to 100 dB between 27.9 and 28.1 GHz, suppressing the TE₀₂ mode with 35 to 80 dB, the TE₀₃ mode with 30 to 65 dB, and the TE₂₂ mode with 30 to 70 dB.     

ELASTIC BEHAVIOR OF PROTEIN-LIKE SINGLE CHAIN

The conformational properties and elastic behaviors of protein-like single chains in the process of tensile elongation were investigated by means of Monte Carlo method. The sequences of protein-like single chains contain two types of residues: hydrophobic (H) and hydrophilic (P). The average conformations and thermodynamics statistical properties of protein-like single chains with various elongation ratio λ were calculated. It was found that the mean-square end-to-end distance r increases with elongation ratio,λ. The tensor eigenvalues ratio of : decreases with elongation ratio λ for short (HP)x protein-like polymers, however, the ratio of : increases with elongation ratioλ,especially for long (H)x sequence. Average energy per bond increases with elongation ratioλ, especially for(H)x protein-like single chains. Helmholtz free energy per bond also increases with elongation ratioλ. Elastic force (f), energy contribution to force (fU) and entropy contribution to force (fs) for different protein-like single chains were also calculated.These investigations may provide some insights into elastic behaviors of proteins.     

Compartmentalized polymerization initiated by oil-soluble initiators. Calculation of average number of radicals per particle

Expressions for calculating the stationary state distribution of radicals in compartmentalized systems with a constant number of reaction loci containing an oil-soluble initiator are given. Besides pairwise formation of radicals in the particles, desorption and reabsorption, water phase termination, solubility of the initiator in the aqueous phase, and the possibility of formation of a single radical species are taken into consideration. The calculation is based on a probabilistic analysis leading to a third-order recurrence relation solved using confluent, hypergeometric Kummer functions. Some calculated curves illustrating the de-pendence of the average number of radicals per particle on various relevant parameters are included. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

气相渗透法中的溶质吸附效应

在气相渗透仪上，用四个低分子量有机化合物和五个已知平均分子量的窄分布聚苯乙烯低聚体，对ＶＰＯ方法中的溶质吸附效应作了研究，提出了一种对吸附效应作改正的方法．所得结果表明，在扣除溶质吸附效应后，仪器常数Ｋ无分子量依赖性，提高了测定低分子量聚合物数均分子量的准确性．     

Random walks on inhomogeneous lattices

For lattices with two kinds of points (black and white), distributed according to a translation-invariant joint probability distribution, we study statistical properties of the sequence of consecutive colors encountered by a random walker moving through the lattice. The probability distribution for the single steps of the walk is considered to be independent of the colors of the points. Several exact results are presented which are valid in any number of dimensions and for arbitrary probability distributions for the coloring of the points and the steps of the walk. They are used to derive a few general properties of random walks on lattices containing traps.Presented at the Symposium on Random Walks, Gaithersburg, MD, June 1982.     

Effects of ion-pairing reagents on the electrospray signal suppression of sulphonated dyes and intermediates

High-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS) analysis of anionic species such as sulphonic acid dyes and intermediates requires volatile ion-pairing mobile phase additives. Six di- and trialkylammonium acetates were compared with tetraalkylammonium salts and ammonium acetate in the concentration range 0-20 mmol l(-1) as mobile phase additives for HPLC/MS of polysulphonated compounds. The effects of the structure and concentration of the ion-pairing reagents on the electrospray response of mono-, di- and tetrasulphonic aromatic acids and acid dyes were studied in detail. Further, five different mass analysers and instrument geometries were compared. A higher signal decrease is observed with linear geometry instruments in comparison to orthogonal or even Z-spray geometry mass spectrometers. The concentration of mobile phase additives has a significant influence on the abundance ratios of multiply charged ions in the mass spectra of polysulphonated compounds. The competing ions of sulphonic acids may also cause significant signal suppression.     

甘蓝型油菜突变体Cr3529抑制性消减文库的构建

应用抑制性消减杂交（suppression subtractive hybridization，SSH）技术构建了甘蓝型幼叶黄化油菜突变体Cr3529和其野生型3529品系幼叶期的正、反向消减文库．经茵落PCR检测，正向消减文库的有效重组率为55．5％；反向消减文库的有效重组率为76．5％．为进一步克隆消减文库中的差异表达基因和研究这些基因的功能奠定了基础．

对包装机械中常用的内啮合槽轮机构的运动和力分析进行了探讨。通过内啮合槽轮机构的动停比和运动特征分析,可确定出最大角速度,此最大角速度与外槽轮机构相比较动力性能比后者好;通过圆销对内槽轮的最大压力值和内槽轮平均功率的分析,为校核零件强度,选取电机功率提供了一定的理论依据。
