交融与超越：论王国维对德国美学美育思想的“中国式”改造

以王国维对康德、叔本华和席勒美学美育思想的继承和改造为例,从哲学与美学基础、社会文化背景、美育理论核心和美育实施等几个层面对之进行分析和比较,可以看出王国维在大量接受西方美学美育思想尤其是德国美学美育思想影响的同时,又从中国传统思维出发对其作了"中国式"的改造与重构.这对尚处在中国现代美学启蒙时期的近代是难能可贵的.     

二十年研究,掀开历史真相一角——谈王建成及他的《荣辱人生——严嵩话本》

2003年王建成先生出版了《荣辱人生——严嵩话本》这本书,透过正史这层膜,发掘历史的真实,揭开了历史真相的一角。这部书有四个特点：一、观点新。认为严嵩的为人,基本上是正人君子,而陷害他的徐玠,并非正史所说的“良相”。二、风骨硬。作者没有考虑得失利害。而是秉笔直书,敢闯禁区,体现了一个学者应有的风骨。三、创作苦。耗费近二十年精力收集资料和研究写作,才著成此书,吃了不少苦头。四、架构巧。全书只用30多万字,就把严嵩八十多年的人生风云,尽收笔底。     

Comparison of Swendsen‐Wang and heat‐bath dynamics

We prove that the spectral gap of the Swendsen‐Wang process for the Potts model on graphs with bounded degree is bounded from below by some constant times the spectral gap of any single‐spin dynamics. This implies rapid mixing for the two‐dimensional Potts model at all temperatures above the critical one, as well as rapid mixing at the critical temperature for the Ising model. After this we introduce a modified version of the Swendsen‐Wang algorithm for planar graphs and prove rapid mixing for the two‐dimensional Potts models at all non‐critical temperatures. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A Localized Implementation of the Iterative Proportional Scaling Procedure for Gaussian Graphical Models

In this article, we propose localized implementations of the iterative proportional scaling (IPS) procedure by the strategy of partitioning cliques for computing maximum likelihood estimations in large Gaussian graphical models. We first divide the set of cliques into several nonoverlapping and nonempty blocks, and then adjust clique marginals in each block locally. Thus, high-order matrix operations can be avoided and the IPS procedure is accelerated. We modify the Swendsen–Wang Algorithm and apply the simulated annealing algorithm to find an approximation to the optimal partition which leads to the least complexity. This strategy of partitioning cliques can also speed up the existing IIPS and IHT procedures. Numerical experiments are presented to demonstrate the competitive performance of our new implementations and strategies.     

γ-Valerolactone (GVL): An eco-friendly anchoring solvent for solid-phase peptide synthesis

Due to the hazardous nature of CH₂Cl₂, regulatory authorities have imposed restrictions to minimize or even stop its use. It has therefore become imperative to identify environmentally benign solvents to replace it. Here we report on a bio derived solvent, γ-valerolactone, for the incorporation of the first amino acid onto p-alkoxybenzyl alcohol resin in solid-phase peptide synthesis. Satisfactory loading values (by a spectrophotometric method) were achieved. Furthermore, racemization and dipeptide formation were also checked and found to be acceptable.     

Swendsen‐Wang dynamics for general graphs in the tree uniqueness region

The Swendsen‐Wang (SW) dynamics is a popular Markov chain for sampling from the Gibbs distribution for the ferromagnetic Ising model on a graph G = (V,E). The dynamics is conjectured to converge to equilibrium in O(|V|^1/4) steps at any (inverse) temperature β, yet there are few results providing o(|V|) upper bounds. We prove fast convergence of the SW dynamics on general graphs in the tree uniqueness region. In particular, when β < β_c(d) where β_c(d) denotes the uniqueness/nonuniqueness threshold on infinite d‐regular trees, we prove that the relaxation time (i.e., the inverse spectral gap) of the SW dynamics is Θ(1) on any graph of maximum degree d ≥ 3. Our proof utilizes a monotone version of the SW dynamics which only updates isolated vertices. We establish that this variant of the SW dynamics has mixing time and relaxation time Θ(1) on any graph of maximum degree d for all β < β_c(d). Our proof technology can be applied to general monotone Markov chains, including for example the heat‐bath block dynamics, for which we obtain new tight mixing time bounds.     

Synthesis of 3-aminoindan-1-one derivatives from 2-acetylbenzaldehydes and secondary amines by Mannich annulation

An acid-promoted 2-component Mannich annulation reaction of readily available acetylbenzaldehydes and secondary amines has been reported. The approach provides a simple and efficient method under mild conditions to synthesize 3-aminoindan-1-one derivatives in moderate to good yields.
