环保产业与可持续发展

文章从环保产业的兴起和发展的背景入手,指出要实现社会的可持续发展与环境保护的协调,有赖于环保产业的发展,为此环保产业必须加速发展,增强自主创新的能力。

布袋除尘器检漏仪是根据“朗伯－比尔”定理设计的。它解决了国内除尘及环境实时检测和控制方面的问题。     

A multicriteria facility location model for municipal solid waste management in North Greece

Up to 2002, Hellenic Solid Waste Management (SWM) policy specified that each of the country’s 54 prefectural governments plan its own SWM system. After 2002, this authority was shifted to the country’s 13 regions entirely. In this paper, we compare and contrast regional and prefectural SWM planning in Central Macedonia. To design the prefectural plan, we assume that each prefecture must be self-sufficient, and we locate waste facilities in each prefecture. In contrast, in the regional plan, we assume cooperation between prefectures and locate waste facilities to serve the entire region. We present a new multicriteria mixed-integer linear programming model to solve the location–allocation problem for municipal SWM at the regional level. We apply the lexicographic minimax approach to obtain a “fair” nondominated solution, a solution with all normalized objectives as equal to one another as possible. A solution to the model consists of locations and technologies for transfer stations, material recovery facilities, incinerators and sanitary landfills, as well as the waste flow between these locations.

Green Approaches to Field Nitrate Analysis: An Electroanalytical Perspective

The different approaches that have been taken in the development of analytical methods for the determination of nitrate within the field are reviewed. The emphasis has been placed on providing a critical appraisal of the chemistry that underpins current commercial systems and the need to remove the dependence on heavy metal and concentrated acid components. The search for more environmentally acceptable and user friendly systems has long been pursued and the present communication seeks to explore the recent development in portable testing technologies and how they might evolve in the future. In particular, the role of electrochemical techniques in the latter are investigated and their potential application compared and contrasted with the more traditional wet chemical detection strategies.     

延误航班地面等待成本计算模型

分析了延误航班地面等待成本差异产生的原因,结合航班实际运行情况,构建不同供电模式下、不同旅客等待环境下的航班地面等待成本模型.以A320和B747主流运输机型为例,讨论了航班地面等待时使用机载APU（Auxiliary Power Unit）和桥载设备提供电源和气源的成本变化,以及模型中各子成本比例的变化趋势;分析了旅客在候机楼和客舱等待时延误成本差异,以及不同机型使用桥载设备的成本优化.仿真结果表明,延误航班地面等待时使用桥载设备比APU更经济,能有效地推迟为降低延误成本而卸客的时间.根据等待时间合理地安排旅客等待环境,选择经济的桥载设备对优化延误航班的地面等待成本有重要意义.     

城市化与生态环境协调发展评价研究--以甘肃河西地区为例

生态环境是城市赖以生存的基础,但如今城市的快速发展已经对生态环境造成了较大的破坏。因此,如何协调好城市化与生态环境的关系,已经成为城市能否持续健康发展的重要原因之一。本文以甘肃省河西地区五市2005—2011年统计数据为基本数据,建立了该地区城市化与生态环境协调发展综合评价指标体系及协调度模型。通过对河西地区5个主要城市的协调度进行分析,为该地区的可持续发展提供参考。     

Integrating neighborhoods in the evaluation of fitness promotes cooperation in the spatial prisoner’s dilemma game

A fundamental question of human society is the evolution of cooperation. Many previous studies explored this question via setting spatial background, where players obtain their payoffs by playing game with their nearest neighbors. Another undoubted fact is that the environment plays an important role in the individual development. Inspired by these phenomena, we reconsider the definition of individual fitness which integrates the environment, denoted by the average payoff of all individual neighbors, with the traditional individual payoffs by introducing a selection parameter u. Tuning u equal to zero returns the traditional version, while increasing u bears the influence of environment. We find that considering the environment, i.e., integrating neighborhoods in the evaluation of fitness, promotes cooperation. If we enhance the value of u, the invasion of defection could be resisted better. We also provide quantitative explanations and complete phase diagrams presenting the influence of the environment on the evolution of cooperation. Finally, the universality of this mechanism is testified for different neighborhood sizes, different topology structures and different game models. Our work may shed light on the emergence and persistence of cooperation in our life.     

Synthetic indicators of mutual funds’ environmental responsibility: An application of the Reference Point Method

Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) is broadly defined as an investment process that integrates not only financial but also social, environmental, and ethical (SEE) considerations into investment decision making. SRI has grown rapidly around the world in the last decades. In the last years, given the causes of the 2008 financial crisis, ethical, social, environmental and governance concerns have become even more relevant investment decision criteria. However, while a diverse set of models have been developed to support investment decision-making based on financial criteria, models including also social responsibility criteria are rather scarce.
