In this paper we classify Kantowski-Sachs and Bianchi type Ⅲ space-times according to their teleparallel Killing vector fields using direct integration technique. It turns out that the dimension of the telepaxallel Killing vector fields are 4 or 6, which are the same in numbers as in general relativity. In case of 4 the teleparallel Killing vector fields are multiple of the corresponding Killing vector fields in general relativity by some function of t. In the case of 6 Killing vector fields the metric functions become constants and the Killing vector fields in this case are exactly the same as in general relativity. A CZE method was validated and implemented for fast and accurate in‐process determination of adenovirus concentrations of downstream process samples obtained during manufacturing of adenovirus vector‐based vaccines. An analytical‐quality‐by‐design approach was embraced for method development, method implementation, and method maintenance. CZE provided separation of adenovirus particles from sample matrix components, such as cell debris, residual DNA and proteins. The intermediate precision of the virus particle concentration was 6.9% RSD and the relative bias was 2.3%. In comparison, the CZE method is intended to replace a quantitative polymerase chain reaction method which requires three replicates in three analytical runs to achieve an intermediate precision of 8.1% RSD. Given that, in addition, the time from sampling till reporting results of the CZE method was less than 2 h, whereas quantitative polymerase chain reaction requires 3 days, it follows that the CZE method enables faster processing times in downstream processing. 相似文献

Abstract In this paper we consider a diffusion process with arbitrary time dependent diffusion coefficient and no drift, on which a quadratic time dependent killing rate operates. We determine the corresponding Kac's semigroup (KS) and the distribution function of the lifetime of the particle. A criteria is given to characterize the survival probability. The Holder exponent and the tightness properties of the process are determined. Micromotors are man-made nano/microscale devices capable of transforming energy into mechanical motion. The accessibility and force offered by micromotors hold great promise to solve complex biomedical challenges. This Review highlights current progress and prospects in the use of nano and micromotors for diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and cancer. Motion-based sensing and fluorescence switching detection strategies along with therapeutic approaches based on direct cell capture; killing by direct contact or specific drug delivery to the affected site, will be comprehensively covered. MicroRNAs are regulatory RNAs that are scarcely described in Baculoviruses. In this work we predicted a microRNA in silico, denominated agmnpv-miR-4, encoded in the genome of Anticarsia gemmatalis Nucleopolyhedrovirus (AgMNPV), which is homologous to the already validated bmnpv-miR-4 from Bombyx mori Nucleopolyhedrovirus (BmNPV). Considering information known for bmnpv-miR-4 such as seed sequence, coding location in the genome and putative target binding, we searched for the coding sequence of agmnpv-miR-4 in AgMNPV genome. A precursor sequence of agmnpv-miR-4 was predicted, and we identified a putative 23 nt mature microRNA, agmnpv-miR-4, coded in the complementary strand of AgMNPV-2D between positions 49,450 and 49,472. We validated agmnpv-miR-4 by Northern blot from HighFive cells and A. gemmatalis larve extracts infected with AgMNPV. 相似文献
