采用双层耦合的Lengel-Epstein模型, 通过改变两子系统图灵模的强度比, 获得了四种的六边形格子态和多种非格子态结构. 模拟结果表明: 反应扩散系统的格子态结构由三套子结构叠加而成, 是两图灵模的波数比和强度比共同作用的结果, 两模的强度比决定了三波共振的具体模式; 另外, 系统选择格子态斑图所需的两图灵模的强度比大于非格子态斑图的强度比; 逐步增加两图灵模强度比, 出现的斑图趋于从复杂到简单变化. 深入研究发现: 不同互质数对(a, b)对应的格子态斑图的稳定性不同, 其中(3, 2)对应的格子态结构最为稳定.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with two-species spatial homogeneous and inhomogeneous predator-prey models with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response. For the spatial homogeneous model, the asymptotic behavior of the interior equilibrium and the existence of Hopf bifurcation of nonconstant periodic solutions surrounding the interior equilibrium are considered. Furthermore, the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of bifurcated periodic solutions are investigated. For the model with no-flux boundary conditions, Turing instability of the interior equilibrium solution is studied. In particular, Turing instability region regarding the parameters is established. Finally, to verify our theoretical results, some numerical simulations are also included.  相似文献

We present Turing pattern selection in a reaction—diffusion epidemic model under zero-flux boundary conditions. The value of this study is twofold. First, it establishes the amplitude equations for the excited modes, which determines the stability of amplitudes towards uniform and inhomogeneous perturbations. Second, it illustrates all five categories of Turing patterns close to the onset of Turing bifurcation via numerical simulations which indicates that the model dynamics exhibits complex pattern replication: on increasing the control parameter v, the sequence “H0 hexagons → H0-hexagon-stripe mixtures → stripes → Hπ-hexagon-stripe mixtures → Hπ hexagons” is observed. This may enrich the pattern dynamics in a diffusive epidemic model.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with the dynamics of a diffusive predator-prey model that incorporates the functional response concerning hunting cooperation. First, we investigate the stability of the semi-trivial steady state. Then, we investigate the influence of the diffusive rates on the stability of the positive constant steady state. It is shown that there exists diffusion-driven Turing instability when the diffusive rate of the predator is smaller than the critical value, which is dependent on the diffusive rate of the prey, and the semi-trivial steady state and the positive constant steady state are both locally asymptotically stable when the diffusive rate of the predator is larger than the critical value. Finally, the nonexistence of nonconstant steady states is discussed.  相似文献

We review the main mechanisms for the formation of regular spatial structures (Turing patterns) and phase fronts in photonics and chemistry driven by either diffraction or diffusion. We first demonstrate that the so-called ‘off-resonance’ mechanism leading to regular patterns in photonics is a Turing instability. We then show that negative feedback techniques for the control of photonic patterns based on Fourier transforms can be extended and applied to chemical experiments. The dynamics of phase fronts leading to locked lines and spots are also presented to outline analogies and differences in the study of complex systems in these two scientific disciplines.  相似文献

This paper is aimed at studying the formation of patches in a cross-diffusion system without reaction terms when the diffusion matrix can be negative but with positive self-diffusion. We prove existence results for small data and global a priori bounds in space–time Lebesgue spaces for a large class of ‘diffusion’ matrices. This result indicates that blow-up should occur on the gradient. One can tackle this issue using a relaxation system with global solutions and prove uniform a priori estimates. Our proofs are based on a duality argument à la M. Pierre which we extend to treat degeneracy and growth of the diffusion matrix.We also analyze the linearized instability of the relaxation system and a Turing type mechanism can occur. This gives the range of parameters and data for which instability may occur. Numerical simulations show that patterns arise indeed in this range and the solutions tend to exhibit patches with stiff gradients on bounded solutions, in accordance with the theory.  相似文献
