新时期维护中国先进军事文化安全的战略思考

当前，随着社会的发展和时代的进步，中国先进军事文化面一临着多元社会文化理念和外来文化观念的挑战与冲击，文化安全问题日益凸显，并成为影响我军长远发展，事关我军性质、宗旨和本色的重要课题。在推进中国特色军事变革和履行新世纪新阶段历史使命的进程中，要维护中国先进军事文化安全，必须始终坚持以创新的思维构建中国特色军事文化，永葆文化发展的方向性和科学性；必须以科学的态度审视西方军事文化成果，增强文化发展的自主性和开放性；必须以阵地的意识加强先进军事文化传播，强化文化发展的指导性与教育性。     

通信机房无人值守系统中维护终端技术的实现

通信机房设备与环境无人值守系统的开发与建立是保障电信网安全运行与提高管理水平的必要手段和途径，作者提出了在原有系统的基础上引入维护终端技术的设想，并展开了相应的研究与开发工作，解决了系统工程实施中的安装调试和日常在线维护的难题。     

Emulator with inverse trend in first-order and second-order polarisation mode dispersion

We design a polarisation mode dispersion (PMD) emulator through subdividing a polarisation maintaining fibre (PMF) of 22 m in length. The aim of this emulator design is to show that first-order and second-order PMD can be inversely proportional to each other. Furthermore, the emulator is also used to show that the magnitude of PMD is independent to whether its statistics approach theoretical distributions or not, of most importance is the degree of mode coupling. The same (as former) applies to its autocorrelation function (ACF). The PMD control mechanism for the emulator is not in real time.     

波长间隔可调的可开关双波长掺铒光纤激光器

对两种波长间隔可调的可开关双波长掺铒光纤激光器结构进行了实验研究。一种结构应用保偏光纤中布拉格光栅作为波长选择器件，另一种结构则利用侧向压力下的常规单模光纤光栅作为波长选择器件。两种结构均利用了光纤光栅的双折射特性。在室温下，通过调整偏振控制器的状态可使两激光器工作在稳定的双波长状态或在两单波长之间转换。通过改变加在光纤光栅上侧向应力的大小和方向，可有效控制双波长激射的波长间隔。     

公路桥梁雨季常见病害及防治措施

针对公路桥梁在雨季常出现的病害,在调查分析的基础上,结合具体情况提出了预防性养护措施,以减少公路桥梁在雨季的水毁损失,延长其使用寿命。     

基于FCA—DEA的某型飞机团修理厂维修保障能力评价

航空兵团修理厂直接参与航空装备的维修保障,完成航空装备的定期检查和战伤抢修工作,是空军战斗力形成的重要因素之一。面对新的形势任务和空军跨越式发展的迫切需要,对团修理厂维修保障能力进行评价,大力提高团修理厂的维修保障效能,势在必行。本文首先阐述了某型飞机团修理厂维修保障能力评价流程;然后建立了评价指标体系,并对指标进行量化处理和赋权;最后构建了FCA—DEA综合评价模型．对某型飞机团修理厂维修保障能力进行综合评价,并分析了评价结果。     

Stable multiwavelength fiber ring laser with equalized power spectrum based on a semiconductor optical amplifier

We experimentally demonstrated a new structure of a multiwavelength semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) ring laser based on a fiber Sagnac loop filter that can generate up to 25 stable output lasing wavelengths at room temperature. By varying the length of a polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber within the Sagnac loop filter, the wavelength spacing between the output lasing wavelengths can be changed to a desired value. By tuning a polarization controller (PC) within the Sagnac loop filter, stable multiwavelength 1550-nm operation with up to 17 lasing lines within 3 dB power level variation and with a wavelength spacing of ∼0.8 nm was achieved. The optical signal-to-noise ratios (OSNRs) of all the lasing wavelengths are greater than 40 dB.     

热极化保偏光纤构成的全光纤电光强度调制器

利用热极化熊猫保偏光纤器件和保偏光纤耦合器,构成Mach-Zehnder干涉仪结构,实验验证了一种新型的全光纤电光强度调制器.由于该光纤电光强度调制器是用全保偏光纤构成,解决了偏振衰减问题,因此获得了稳定的光强调制响应输出.     

Experimental validation of dynamic polarization compensation in ground-satellite quantum key distribution

Ground-satellite quantum key distribution(QKD)is a feasible way to implement global-scale quantum communication.Herein we propose an approach to dynamically compensate the polarization of the photons when passing through the optical telescope used in ground-satellite QKD.Our results experimentally demonstrate that the fidelity of any polarization state after dynamic compensation can be achieved by more than 99.5%,which fulfills the requirements of ground-satellite QKD.     

Polarization maintaining holey fibers for residual dispersion compensation over S + C + L wavelength bands

We report on a highly birefringent holey fiber for broadband dispersion compensation covering the S, C, and L telecommunication bands i.e. wavelength ranging from 1460 to 1625 nm. The finite element method with circular perfectly matched layer boundary condition is used to investigate the guiding properties. Numerical analysis demonstrates that it is possible to obtain negative dispersion coefficient of about −470 to −850 ps/nm/km over S to L-bands and a relative dispersion slope perfectly matched with single mode fiber (SMF) of about 0.0036 nm⁻¹ at 1550 nm. At the same time birefringence of the order 2.53 × 10⁻² is realized at 1550 nm wavelength. Owing to superior optical properties of the proposed holey fiber, this can be a promising candidate for broadband dispersion compensation and sensing applications.
