铁电薄膜的介电常数强烈地依赖于所施加电场强度的大小。基于这一原理,提出一种新颖的基于共面波导传输线结构的铁电薄膜可调带通滤波器。滤波器的输入输出采用抽头线的方式分别与谐振器相接,外加电压通过滤波器的输入输出端口直接施加到谐振器处的铁电薄膜上,用以改变铁电薄膜的介电常数,从而改变谐振器的谐振频率,实现带通滤波器通带频率的移动。这种新型结构的铁电薄膜可调带通滤波器具有结构紧凑、尺寸小及施加外加偏压容易等优点。仿真结果表明:铁电薄膜的介电常数在外加偏压下从250减小到200时,带通滤波器的传输特性曲线的形状基本保持不变,通带的中心频率从9.95GHz增加到10.04GHz,其3dB带宽保持在0.13GHz,反射损耗始终小于-20dB。  相似文献

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have been utilized for catalyzing the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2RR) due to their atomic metal centers and controllable pore channels, which are facilitated by different covalent bonds. However, the exploration of boron-based linkages in these catalytic COFs has been limited owing to potential instability. Herein, we present the construction of boronic ester-linked COFs through nucleophilic substitution reactions in order to catalyze the CO2RR. The inclusion of abundant fluorine atoms within the frameworks enhances their hydrophobicity and subsequently improves water tolerance and chemical stability of COFs. The content of boron atoms in the COF linkages was carefully controlled, with COFs featuring a higher density of boron atoms exhibiting increased electronic conductivity, enhanced reductive ability, and stronger binding affinity towards CO2. Consequently, these COFs demonstrate improved activity and selectivity. The optimized COFs achieve the highest activity, achieving a turnover frequency of 1695.3 h−1 and a CO selectivity of 95.0 % at −0.9 V. Operando synchrotron radiation measurements confirm the stability of Co (II) atoms as catalytically active sites. By successfully constructing boronic ester-linked COFs, we not only address potential instability concerns but also achieve exceptional catalytic performance for CO2RR.  相似文献

为获得红外目标的空间信息和光谱信息,设计了一种用于中波红外声光可调谐光谱相机的光学系统.设计中引入折/衍射混合透镜,在用6片透镜的情况下达到了12×变倍,在长焦处时能识别2 000m远的目标.采用ZEMAX光学设计软件模拟声光晶体的衍射,在晶体出射面上优化设计了4°的楔角,使-1级衍射光能共轴出射.该光学系统在空间频率17lp/mm处调制传递函数值最大达到0.7,能量集中度大于90%,能够满足光谱相机用于识别/跟踪目标的要求.  相似文献

We construct a prism-waveguide system with electro-optical (EO) crystal and biaxially anisotropic metamaterial (BAM) as the prism and guiding layer, respectively. Stationary-phase approach is employed to explore the modulation of EO material on the phase, reflectivity and lateral shift, different thicknesses of air and BAM are also considered. Simulation results show that the refractive index change of EO material does not change the maximum value of lateral shift and a configuration with larger phase maximum value, smaller reflectivity minimum and sharper angle-reflectivity curve generates a larger value of absolute value of lateral shift. These results give us a guidance for the design of EO-modulated sensors based on tunable lateral shift.  相似文献

Characteristics of a tunable wavelength filter in extrinsic Fabry-Perot of optical fiber are studied both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. Using a slabby PZT-51, a tuning range of over 10nm is achieved by changing the distance between two fiber end faces. We chose a SLED to provide incident light into the filter and achieved a filter with narrow passband(subnanometer bandwidth). The basic characteristics of the filter, as well as the special properties of its output spectrum, are discussed and analyzed.  相似文献

Ar-broadening coefficients have been measured in the P- and R-branches of the ν5 fundamental band of C2H2 for 30 lines at room temperature and 8 lines at −100 °C, using a tunable diode-laser spectrometer. These lines with J values ranging from 2 to 27 are located in the spectral range 665-795 cm−1. The collisional widths are obtained by fitting each absorption line with three lineshape models: the Voigt profile, the Rautian profile accounting for the Dicke narrowing effect, and a general Rautian profile including the absorber speed-dependent collisional broadening. The latter model provides significantly larger broadening coefficients than the Voigt model. These coefficients are also calculated from a semiclassical theory performed by using a simple intermolecular potential with two adjustable parameters. Finally, the temperature dependence of the broadening coefficients has been determined both experimentally and theoretically.  相似文献

Using a tunable diode-laser spectrometer, we have measured H2-broadening coefficients of PH3 at low temperature (173.2 K) for 27 lines in the QR branch of the ν2 band and in the PP and RP branches of the ν4 band. The recorded lines with J values ranging from 2 to 11 and K from 0 to 9 are located between 1016 and 1093 cm−1. The collisional widths are determined by fitting each spectral line with a Voigt profile and a speed-dependent Rautian profile which provides slightly larger broadening coefficients than the Voigt model. These coefficients have also been calculated on the basis of a semiclassical model of interacting linear molecules by considering an atom-atom Lennard-Jones potential in addition to the weak electrostatic contributions. Except for three QR(J,K) lines, where K = J, the calculated broadening coefficients are in good agreement with the experimental data. By comparing the results obtained at room and low temperatures, the temperature dependence of linewidths has been determined both theoretically and experimentally.  相似文献

Low-temperature RF discharges with methane as feed gas are widely used for the deposition of hydrogenated films. The film properties depend strongly on the chemical composition and therefore two of the main stable products in this kind of discharge, namely ethane (C(2)H(6)) and acetylene (C(2)H(2)), have been measured for the understanding of the reaction kinetics in the plasma. An absorption spectrometer has been built up for the investigation of the concentrations of these as a function of the input power and the flow rate. The time scales for reaching steady state after the discharge is switched on and the depletion time scale after the plasma is switched off have been determined. Assuming the recombination of CH(3) molecules to be the only production mechanism for C(2)H(6) and using a simplified rate equation, the measured densities of C(2)H(6) can be reproduced very well by analytical fitting curves.  相似文献

X射线衍射结果表明所制得的ZnxCd1-xS纳米线具有纤维锌矿的单晶结构. 根据制得纳米线的表面形貌讨论了纳米线可能的生长机理为“底部生长”机理. 利用拉曼光谱和光致发光光谱研究了ZnxCd1-xS纳米线的光学性质,其纵向光学(LO)声子的拉曼位移频率随着组成的变化在ZnS和CdS的拉曼位移频率之间连续变化. 光致发光光谱中同时存在带边发光和缺陷发光. ZnxCd1-xS纳米线的带间跃迁的频率可随着组成的调节而调节,纳米线的禁带宽度介于ZnS (3.63 eV)和CdS (2.41 eV)的禁带宽度之间.  相似文献
