光度分析

本文是《分析试验室》定期评述中“光度分析”的第六篇文章，评述了１９９４．７～１９９６．６期间我国光度分析的概况，内容包括：学术会议，专著，标准，综述，新试业色体系，动力学光度法，萃取，浮选和离心光度法，双波长光度法，其他新光度法，以及这两年我国学者在国际杂志上发表的有关光度分析论文目录，引用文献１３７１篇。     

Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Zn3V3O8 as novel anode material

Zn₃V₃O₈ two-dimensional micro sheets are successfully synthesized by combination of solvothermal method and heat treatment. The Zn₃V₃O₈ has better electrochemical performances after calcinations.     

Hydroxyl radical formation upon dark oxidation of reduced iron minerals: Effects of iron species and environmental factors

Dark formation of hydroxyl radical upon oxidation of reduced iron minerals plays an important role in the degradation and transformation of organic and inorganic pollutants. Herein, we compared the hydroxyl radical formation from various reduced iron minerals at different redox conditions. OH production was generally observed from the oxidation of reduced iron minerals, following the order: mackinawite (FeS) > reduced nontronite (iron-bearing smectite clay) > pyrite (FeS₂) > siderite (FeCO₃). Structural Fe²⁺ and dissolved O₂ play critical roles in OH production from reduced iron minerals. OH production increases with decreasing pH, and Cl^? has little effect on this process. More importantly, dissolved organic matter significantly enhances OH production, especially under O₂ purging, highlighting the importance of this process in ambient environments. This sunlight-independent pathway in which OH forms during oxidation of reduced iron minerals is helpful for understanding the degradation and transformation of various inorganic and organic pollutants in the redox-fluctuation environments.     

The reaction of phenylarsenazo with chromium(III)

The conditions for the reaction between phenylarsenazo (PAA) (2-[(2-arsonophenyl)azoj-7-(phenylazo)-1, 8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulphonic acid) and chromium(III) have been studied. A blue 1:1 complex is formed at pH 2.2 on heating the reactants at 100 degrees for 15 min. It has maximum absorption at 635 nm and is stable for at least 24 hr. The molar absorptivity is 3.3 x 10(4) 1.mole(-1).cm(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the chromium concentration range 0-1.4 mug ml . The reaction has been successfully applied to determination of chromium in alloy steel.     

2003～2011年中国科普法规政策与化学普及书籍关系研究

2002年中国颁布科普法后,2003至2011年出版的化学普及书籍种数总体呈上升趋势。出版地和出版社总体上较为分散,局部集中度高。主题上基础知识类化学普及书籍最多,科学文化类次之,实用知识类较少,化学前沿类最少。涉及科普的一般法律、法规和政策对化学普及书籍的创作影响甚微。只有与国家约束性社会发展指标相关,发生涉及公民生命安全的重大社会事件,针对特定人群的具体实施政策出台,科普法规和政策才对化学普及书籍的出版起到推动作用。     

论民国新儒家的政治合作化与现代化构建

民国新儒家认为政治现代化要通过合作化走和平建设之路,要先利用合作化帮助劳动阶级实现经济自助,培育和锻炼下层民众,再以合作化逐步改造资产阶级,调和阶级关系,最后以合作实现他们的理想政治王国。这是一个完整的政治构想,表达了儒家精神传统的济世情怀与对中国政治的国情思考,是西方合作文化在东方地域移植的必然结果。     

台风Utor登陆广东过程的数值研究

台风Utor(0104)于2001年7月6日00时(UTC,下同)在广东汕尾地区登陆,带来比较严重的灾害性天气.以美国国家大气研究中心和宾州大学联合研制的第五代中尺度模式(MM5)为基础设计的台风预报模式比较准确地预报出台风Utor(0104)的移动路径(前24 h的移动路径平均误差为 68 km)和天气现象的分布.在此基础上,设计了3个敏感性试验:①是把华南地区(26°N以南,110°E以东)的陆地变为海洋,②是把华南地区的山地变为平地,③是减小华南地区陆地的粗糙度,即取为近似于静风的洋面上的值.对比数值试验的结果表明:引起台风登陆后减弱的最主要因子是下垫面水汽供应的切断,其次是下垫面粗糙度(摩擦)的影响;地形作用能使迎风坡的降水明显增加,但对台风强度则没有明显的影响.

文章从跨越式发展和小康社会的内在联系入手，阐明了西藏在跨越式发展和全面建设小康社会的进程中，西藏经济环境的特殊性表现。剖析了西藏经济环境建设存在的诸多机遇与所取得的成就，从而阐述了我区在跨越式发展中全面建设小康社会的可行性。提出了在西藏实现跨越式发展，全面建设小康社会的市场环境建设的措施。     

中国成语中的成功学阐释

成功学诞生于美国,但中国成语中所蕴含的人生精神正可作出成功学的解释。拿破仑希尔所归纳的17条成功原则几乎对应于相关的中国成语。这种中西文化的对话和沟通,说明建立中国特色的成功学和成功人生评价体系不但具备丰厚的哲学储备,而且愈益时不我待,刻不容缓,尤其在中国加入WTO以后。
