A sensitive and rapid method was developed for the determination of seven phthalate esters in baby waterproof fabrics, decorated waterproof tarpaulins, and printed textiles by solid phase extraction followed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. The method showed good linearity with correlation coefficients between 0.9958 and 0.9999 and limits of quantification and detection from 23 to 274 micrograms per liter and 7 to 82 micrograms per liter, respectively. The maximum recoveries were between 96.2 and 100.9 percent with relative standard deviations from 1.06 to 6.87 percent. The protocol was applied to the determination of phthalate esters in textiles: the samples contained more than 0.1 percent phthalate esters, which exceed relevant standards.  相似文献

Grafting of methyl methacrylate and ethyl acrylate onto cellulose chains of textiles with oxidized sites has been carried out. To this aim, carboxyl and carbonyl groups have been introduced by oxidation of the cellulose and used as photosensitive agents, allowing the formation of radical sites. The copolymerization has been started irradiating the substrate with ultraviolet light for a short time. With the grafting of acrylic monomers the mechanical strength and the thermal stability of cellulose based textiles may be improved, as well as the resistance to chemical and biological agents. The method has been successfully tested performing the grafting on a naturally aged cotton sample. It is worth to note that the grafting does not affect the aspect of the material.All samples have been characterized with 13C solid state NMR spectroscopy. A semi-quantitative evaluation of the grafting has been performed either studying the cross-polarization dynamic process, or by direct integration of resonances in 13C single pulse excitation spectra.  相似文献

Experimental investigation of the interaction of shock waves with textiles   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Experimental studies have been performed to investigate the pressure amplification experienced behind a textile when exposed to a shock wave. Three textiles with different masses and air permeabilities were studied. Mach numbers for tests varied between 1.23 and 1.55. The distance between the back wall and the textile was varied between 3 and 15 mm. It was found that in most cases the presence of the textile led to a pressure amplification at the back wall. This amplification was dependent on the textile, Mach number and distance from the back wall. The processes causing the pressure amplification were identified by analysing pressure traces and contact shadowgraphs. It was found that when the incident wave impinges on the textile, a part is reflected upstream and a part is transmitted through the textile. The transmitted portion reflects back and forth in the gap between the textile and the back wall leading to a back wall pressure trace with a stepped profile. In addition, the textile moves towards the back wall causing compression waves to propagate towards the back wall. The combination of the stepped profile and the compression waves cause the pressure amplification. The contribution of each mechanism depends on the textile properties. A method for the simultaneous determination of 17 phenolic compounds in infant textile products, including phenol,o-phenylphenol,alkylphenols and bisphenols,was established using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The samples were extracted by 0.1 mol/L KOH solution,derived with acetic anhydride. The derivatives were extracted with ethyl acetate,separated by HP-5MS column,and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with ion mode scanning. Under the optimized conditions,the method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5-6.25 mg/L(R2>0.9990),the recoveries ranged from 80% to 110%, the relative standard deviations were 1.0%-8.6%,and the limit of quantification was 1.0 mg/kg. The method can achieve the simultaneous detection of 17 phenolic compounds in infant textile products. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co., Ltd. All rights reserved.  相似文献
