Tasumatrols P – T,Five New Taxoids from Taxus sumatrana

The phytochemical investigation of the more polar fractions from the leaves and twigs of Taxus sumatrana (Taxaceae) afforded five new taxane diterpene esters, tasumatrols P–T ( 1 – 5 ) possessing an 11(15→1),11(10→9)‐diabeotaxane skeleton. Compounds 1, 4 , and 5 contain an α‐hydroxy group at C(14), while 3 has no OH group at either C(13) or C(14). Compound 2 is a natural 4,5‐acetonide derivative, while 4 has an unusual spiro‐connected 2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenyl‐1,3‐dioxolane ring. Ten known taxoids, were also isolated in the course of the chromatographic fractionation. Five additional new O‐acetyl derivatives 3a, 4a, 4b, 5a , and 5b were prepared from the taxanes 3 – 5 . The structures of all new compounds were established on the basis of their spectroscopic analyses. Compound 1 showed mild cytotoxic activity against human Hela and Daoy tumor cells.     

Studies on lignan constituents from Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. fruits using high-performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization multiple-stage tandem mass spectrometry

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector-electrospray ionization multiple-stage tandem mass spectrometry (RP-HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS(n)) method has been developed for the detection and analysis of lignan constituents in the methanol extract from the fruits of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. RP-HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS(n) and electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance multiple-stage tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-FT-ICR-MS(n)) have been applied to investigate the characteristic product ions of four lignan reference compounds. Then, the logical fragmentation pathways of the lignans have been proposed. By comparing the retention time (t(R)) of HPLC, the ESI-MS(n) data and the structures of analyzed compounds with the data of reference compounds and in the literature, 11 peaks in HPLC have been unambiguously identified and another 5 peaks have been tentatively identified or deduced. Also, in the present paper, the extracted ion chromatograms (EIC) have been used to analyze the lignan isomers. The experimental results demonstrate that RP-HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS(n) is a specific and useful method for the identification of the lignan constituents and their isomers.     

红豆杉内生细菌的分离及促生效应

从健康红豆杉根、茎、叶组织中分离出31株内生细菌,对其有益生物学特性进行评价.结果显示:31株菌均能合成植物生长素IAA.其中,HG12,HY23,HY24,HY41具有溶磷特性,有13株菌表现出不同程度的固氮和合成铁体的活性;将HG12,HY23混合培养,发现菌株合成IAA能力下降,其他生物活性则变化不大.经16S r DNA测序分析可知,HG12属于西地西菌属(Cedecea sp.),HY23属于伊查德布丘氏菌属(Buttiauxella izardii).     

竹类侵扰下的四面山南方红豆杉群落物种多样性研究

通过对重庆市四面山风景区南方红豆杉林样地的调查,运用丰富度指数、Shannon-W iener多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数,分析该地区竹类侵扰下的南方红豆杉群落物种多样性特征.结果表明：该群落可划分为1个群系组4个群丛,慈竹是该群落的优势种,而红豆杉为灌木层的优势种,同时也是群落的特征种...     

两种针叶类珍稀植物扦插繁殖技术研究

以针叶类珍稀植物粗榧和南方红豆杉的半木质化硬枝为试验材料,对其扦插繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明:生根剂GGR对粗榧和南方红豆杉均适用,其扦插效果优于IBA;扦插基质选腐殖土为宜,生根效果优于珍珠岩;生根剂浓度以100 mg/L为宜,粗榧插穗经GGR 100 mg/L处理后在腐殖土中生根率达到了75.68%,红豆杉插穗经GGR 100 mg/L处理后在腐殖土中生根率达到了77.55%。     

贵州红豆杉资源利用与保护

中国红豆杉属植物贵州有１种１变种，分布于省内各地，生产黔东北黔东南，本文阐述了贵州红豆杉的分类及生态地理分布，讨论了资源的合理利用与保护。     

铜鼓县群生林场孑遗物种南方红豆杉调查

2014年4月17-18日,在江西省铜鼓县修河源群生林场新开岭山地,于0.5 hm2的毛竹林内,发现有30多株大小不一的南方红豆杉混生在毛竹林中,其最大胸径120.0 cm、高18 m,最小胸径24.0 cm、高7.0 m,该发现在江西丘陵山地森林中较为罕见。     

开口箭中甾体皂甙元含量的测定

利用香草醛—高氯酸作为显色剂，使用可见分光光度法测定了神农架民间习用药物开口箭中甾体皂甙元的含量。     

石香薷挥发油化学成分研究

本文用气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用仪、红外光谱、核磁共振谱等方法研究了石香薷挥发油的化学成分,在已分析的36个成分中鉴定了其中的31个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.46％。它们是:α—蒎烯、异戊酸异丁酯,α—菲兰烯,对—伞花烃,γ—萜品烯,萜品—4—醇,百里香酚,香荆芥酚,甲基丁子香酚,甲基黑椒酚,α—反式—香柠檬烯,瑟林烯,橙花叔醇,β—红没药烯等.其中百里香酚含量为24.56％,香荆芥酚的含量达43.22％。
