通过对目前常用生物节律计算方法的比较研究,发现它们都存在一定的局限性.针对这一问题,提出一种新的生物节律计算方法——余弦模型法,并列出该方法的详细运用步骤.以湖北省武术运动员为实例进行预测,预测结果与运动员自身情况相吻合,验证了该方法的准确性,因此该方法可以为业内人士所采用,同时也是一种新方法的探索与实践的开始.  相似文献

NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1, DT-diaphorase) is a prognostic biomarker and a potential therapeutic target for various tumors. Therefore, it is of significance to develop a robust method for the absolute quantification of NQO1. This study aimed to develop and validate a LC–MS/MS based method and to test the appropriateness of using non-isotopic analog peptide as the internal standard (IS) by comparing with a stable isotope labeled (SIL) peptide. The chromatographic performance and mass spectra between the selected signature peptide of NQO1 and the non-isotopic peptide were observed to be very similar. The use of the two internal standards was validated appropriate for the absolute quantification of NQO1, as evidenced by satisfactory validation results over a concentration range of 1.62–162 fmol μL−1. This method has been successfully applied to the absolute quantification of NQO1 expression in various tumor cell lines and tissues. NQO1 expression in human tumor tissues is much higher than that in the neighboring normal tissues in both the cases of lung and colon cancer. The quantitative results obtained from the isotopic and non-isotopic methods are quite similar, further supporting that the use of non-isotopic analog peptide as internal standard is appropriate and feasible for the quantification of NQO1. By comparing with a classical isotopic IS, the present study indicates that the use of a non-isotopic peptide analog to the proteotypic peptide as the internal standard can get equal accuracy and preciseness in measuring NQO1. The universal applicability of the non-isotopic IS approach for the quantification of proteins warrants further research.  相似文献

基于Weiss-Smith预处理矩阵和全局截断预处理参数,采用有限体积方法对雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程进行离散。对流项离散采用二阶线性重构和AUSM +-up格式,时间推进方法采用多重网格下的LU-SGS方法。结合M PI消息传递方法,建立了一套计算低速流动的并行数值方法。计算了低速椭球体的流场和气动力,压力系数和切应力系数计算结果与文献实验结果对比吻合度较好。生成了末敏弹的流场计算网格,对绕末敏弹流场进行了数值模拟。对多重网格下多进程的加速比和并行效率进行了测试,显示了程序良好的并行效率。计算的气动力结果与实验结果吻合。综合结果表明:本文的数值方法能够用于低速弹箭流场和气动力计算,为新型弹箭的设计和定型提供保证。  相似文献

首先揭示了旅游收入指标的统计困难和现行统计方法(包括制度与理论规定的方法及各地实际操作方法)的明显缺陷.然后,从研究旅游人数与游客人均消费这两个基本因素的调查统计方法入手,探索出了城市旅游收入指标的一种实用统计方法.最后,通过运用该方法对我国某旅游城市最近13年的旅游收入的统计,尤其是通过分析旅游收入对国民经济发展的真实影响,证实该方法不仅可操作性强,而且其运用结果的真实性明显优于现行统计方法.  相似文献

Self‐assembled hollow nanosphere composites of polyaniline and Au nanoparticles (PANI‐pTSA/Au) were chemically synthesized from solutions containing p‐toluenesulfonic acid (pTSA) with the addition of gold chloride trihydrate as the oxidant. The composite materials were characterized by SEM, TEM, and a range of spectroscopic methods. Spectroscopic characterizations confirmed that the polymeric product is a form of doped PANI, while electron diffraction and X‐ray diffraction showed that elemental Au was present in the PANI‐pTSA/Au nanocomposites. The room temperature electrical conductivity of the PANI‐pTSA/Au nanocomposites was two orders of magnitude greater than a PANI‐pTSA obtained in the presence of ammonium persulfate as the oxidant under the same conditions.

ABSTRACT

The application of elevated temperature irradiation for simulating of low dose rate degradation in bipolar devices was considered. The analysis was performed in the framework of the conversion model, which enables to estimate the radiation degradation at any dose rate, temperature and total dose numerically. The possibility of application of the conversion model for the numerical estimation of radiation-induced increase of LM111 input current under low dose rate radiation impact was demonstrated experimentally. A test method using four-stage elevated single temperature irradiation was proposed. The ability of temperature-switching approach for simulation of enhanced low-dose-rate sensitivity was estimated and discussed.  相似文献
