徐州、铜山地区矿产赋存的地质条件和进一步找矿的方向

徐州、铜山地区矿产资源丰富,至今仅开发部分煤、内生铁矿和石灰岩。根据地层、地质构造和岩浆岩特征分析,这地区不仅存在许多上述矿产,而且拥有大量铝土矿、沉积铁矿、白云岩、迭层石石灰岩、铜、金和银等矿床。应向新区和按确定的标志寻找新矿,或采用综合方法开采靠近煤层的矿床。     

三维力场、电磁场、温度场的综合物理场方程及应用

本文推广了Euler-Lagrange方程,提出了适用于非保守系统的普遍关系式——综合物理场方程,并通过相似和对偶理论把三维(包括二维)力场、电磁场和温度场三者很好地联系和统一起来,提出了综合的物理场理论与数值计算法。     

具有超椭圆信息量损失准则的主成分双向变量选择法及其应用

提出了用具有超椭圆信息量损失准则的主成分分析双向变量选择法（ＥＰＴＳＶ法）来确定最佳变量子集。赋予超椭圆准则相应的几何解释，具有多维空间的直观性。利用此ＥＰＴＳＶ方法对一实际合成氨系统５０多个变量进行了选择，得到了７个主变量，即最佳变量子集。     

Performance of laser-ultrasonic F-SAFT imaging

The resolution and signal-to-noise ratio of laser-ultrasonics to detect small and buried defects can be greatly enhanced by using the synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFT). Originally developed in the time domain, SAFT can also be implemented in the frequency domain (F-SAFT) using the angular spectrum approach for a significant reduction in processing time. In this paper, an F-SAFT based data processing method especially adapted to laser-ultrasonic data is presented. This method allows for further significant improvements towards laser-ultrasonic imaging of small defects. It includes temporal deconvolution of the waveform data, control for an optimal aperture and frequency bandwidth as well as spatial interpolation of the subsurface images. All the above operations are well adapted to the frequency domain calculations and embedded in the F-SAFT data processing. Also, the aperture control and spatial interpolation allow a reduction of sampling requirements to further decrease both inspection and processing times. The above improvements are illustrated using laser-ultrasonic data taken from an aluminum sample with flat-bottom holes.

Intramolecular Ene Reactions in Organic Synthesis

Thermal cyclizations of appropriate dienes, enynes and related unsaturated systems, some of them carried out on an industrial scale, demonstrate increasingly the preparative power of the intramolecular ene reaction. A variety of substituted, fused and bridged ring systems, including natural products, are thus easily accessible in a regio- and stereo-selective manner. Numerous examples are discussed systematically illustrating the possibilities, limitations, and common features of this cyclization reaction and its reverse ring-opening process.     

Genomic and genic sequence variation in synthetic hexaploid wheat （AABBDD） as compared to their parental species

In order to understand the genomic changes during the evolution of hexaploid wheat, two sets of synthetic hexaploid wheat from hybridization between maternal tetraploid wheat （AABB） and paternal diploid goat grass （DD） were used for DNA-AFLP and single strand conformation polymorphism （SSCP） analysis to determine the genomic and genic variation in the synthetic hexaploid wheat. Results indicated that more DNA sequences from paternal diploid species were eliminated in the synthetic hexaploid wheat than from maternal tetraploid wheat, suggesting that genome from parental species of lower ploidity tends to be eliminated preferentially. However, sequence variation detected by SSCP procedure was much lower than those detected by DNA-AFLP, which indicated that much less variation in the genic regions occurred in the synthetic hexaploid wheat, and sequence variations detected by DNA-AFLP could be derived mostly from non-coding regions and repetitive sequences. Our results also indicated that sequence variation in 4 genes can be detected in hybrid F1, which suggested that this type of sequence variation could be resulted from distant hybridization. It was interesting to note that 3 out of the 4 genes were mapped and clustered on the long arm of chromosome 2D, which indicated that variation in genic sequences in synthetic hexaploid wheat might not be a randomized process.
