面向多主体的旅游上市企业社会责任分析

本文搜集2004~2017年间我国A股国有旅游上市公司披露的控制链和年报数据作为样本，以控制链长度为解释变量，对不同主体的社会责任履行状况进行实证研究。使用委托—代理和信息不对称理论解释实证结果，丰富了上述理论在社会责任领域的应用情景。研究表明：控制链长度与履行对债权人、供应商、员工和消费者的社会责任负向相关，控制链越长，公司履行社会责任的程度越低；控制链长度与国有旅游上市公司履行对股东和政府的社会责任无关。这一结论为我国旅游企业改革和社会责任问题的解决提供了一定的理论借鉴，解释了国有控股下企业社会责任差异履行的背后原因。在此基础上给出3条建议：加快国有旅游公司股权制改革；吸纳社会资本进入国有旅游公司；构建涵盖多方利益相关者的社会责任系统。     

On the Smith normal form of a skew‐symmetric d‐optimal design of order

We show that the Smith normal form of a skew‐symmetric D ‐optimal design of order is determined by its order. Furthermore, we show that the Smith normal form of such a design can be written explicitly in terms of the order , thereby proving a recent conjecture of Armario. We apply our result to show that certain D ‐optimal designs of order are not equivalent to any skew‐symmetric D ‐optimal design. We also provide a correction to a result in the literature on the Smith normal form of D ‐optimal designs.

A stereoselective approach for the total synthesis of lactone (5R,7R,9R)-7,9-dihydroxy-5-decanolide is described. The sequence of synthetic reactions involves a Keck asymmetric allylation, diastereoselective iodo-carbonate cyclization, regioselective ring-opening reaction, oxidative lactonization.

Bordism of two commuting involutions

In this paper we obtain conditions for a Whitney sum of three vector bundles over a closed manifold, , to be the fixed data of a -action; these conditions yield the fact that if is the fixed data of a -action, where is the trivial one dimensional bundle, then the same is true for . The results obtained, together with techniques previously developed, are used to obtain, up to bordism, all possible -actions fixing the disjoint union of an even projective space and a point.

     

单回路 PID 控制系统参数整定算法的仿真研究

用计算机仿真过程控制系统ＰＩＤ调节器的工程整定法,即采用凑试法、衰减曲线法、临界比例度法和响应曲线法等,研究了改变ＰＩＤ调节器的比例（Ｐ）、积分（Ｉ）、微分（Ｄ）参数对系统过渡过程性能的影响,得到了仿真响应曲线。     

水电站(N+M)容错系统的建模及优化设计

分析了（Ｎ＋Ｍ）容错系统的经济性,提出了其经济性的优化模型,并利用图视化方法进行了求解,给出了一种简单实用的最佳备件量选取方法．其基本方法和结论对多机组电站中选取控制器备件量具有重要的指导意义．     

基于 BP 网络的 PI 控制器的研究

从ＢＰ网络的特点出发,讨论了基于ＢＰ网络的ＰＩ控制器的结构仿真结果表明：该系统不仅具有满意的动态特性,而且具有较强的鲁棒性与自适应性     

基于遗传算法整定PI控制器的PMSM简化矢量控制系统

简化矢量控制系统控制结构简单,能有效地降低生产成本,常被用于永磁同步电机控制系统中,但该系统的速度响应及转矩响应性能欠佳．本文采用遗传算法整定简化矢量控制系统中三个PI控制器的参数,使之达到与传统矢量控制系统相似的控制性能．通过仿真实验,验证了基于遗传算法整定PI控制器的永磁同步电机简化矢量控制系统,在连续时间域和离散时间域内都取得了良好的速度响应和转矩响应性能．
