将丝素蛋白(SF)光诱导自交联原理与挤出式三维(3D)打印相结合, 开发了光交联自支撑SF水凝胶的原位成型加工技术. 采用旋转流变仪、 光流变测试系统和改装的挤出式3D打印设备等对SF溶液的流变性能、 光交联性能和成型加工性能等进行研究. 结果表明, SF溶液主要表现为黏性特征, 结构强度和稳定性均较差. 利用SF的光诱导自交联特性, 以三联吡啶氯化钌[Ru(Ⅱ)]和过硫酸钾(KPS)为蓝光引发体系, 可实现SF水凝胶的快速光交联成型. SF光交联行为符合指数函数增长模型, 因“滤镜效应”, 当Ru(Ⅱ)的浓度为0.05 mmol/L时, SF具有最佳的光交联性能. 通过调节气压、 针头孔径、 移动速度及固化速率等参数, 采用3D打印设备可实现从单层几何结构到多层三维网络构型SF凝胶材料的高效、 精准构建, 为SF的生物3D打印提供了新思路.  相似文献

The recovery of agricultural and food wastes are one of the main areas of current research for optimal biowaste management to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions that are generated when it is not properly treated. Corn silk (CS) as biowaste from the agricultural sector is a rich source of natural compounds especially polysaccharides. We present here a chemical activation method to convert CS to values added heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of triazoles compounds via copper catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction. For this purpose, cuprous oxide coated CS (CS@Cu2O) and multifunctional Fe3O4@SiO2para-aminomethyl benzoic acid–CS–Cu2O composite (denoted as Fe3O4@SiO2‐pAMBA-CS‐Cu2O) were fabricated. Different analytical techniques have been used to describe the size, crystal structure, elemental composition and other physical properties of the fabricated catalysts. These heterogeneous catalysts showed excellent catalytic activities for the synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles via click reaction in H2O at 70 °C under base and external-reductant-free conditions. The magnetic properties of the catalyst allowed easy separation after reaction by simply applying an external magnet. Other advantages of this work are the recyclability of the catalyst, the absence of reducing agent and base, besides utilisation of bio wastes for the production of heterogeneous catalyst.  相似文献

本文基于复杂网络节点重要性分析方法,从海运网络分析的视角对“21世纪海上丝绸之路”沿线港口参与“一带一路”建设的地位进行评价。在收集海上丝绸之路沿线102个港口实际数据的基础上,构建海上丝绸之路海运网络拓扑结构图。通过对网络中港口节点的度中心性、接近中心性、中介中心性、特征向量中心性指标进行计算,结合熵权TOPSIS法综合得到港口地位的排序。结果表明新加坡港、上海港、巴生港在网络中具有很高的地位,且现有的复杂网络节点重要性排序方法存在局限,基于熵权TOPSIS法的综合评价得到的港口排序更符合实际发展需求。最后运用节点删除法对排序结果进一步分析,为中国港口参与“一带一路”建设提供参考与建议。  相似文献

Abstract

In this paper, a series of porous nanohydroxyapatite/silk fibroin/chitosan (nHA/SF/CTS) scaffolds were successfully prepared using the freeze-drying method. The biomaterials were characterized by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and mechanical testing and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, studies of porosity, pore size, swelling properties and in vitro degradation test were performed. Research has proved that micro-structure, porosity, water adsorption and compressive strength were greatly affected by the components’ concentration, in particular the content of silk fibroin. SEM observations showed that the scaffolds of nHA/SF/CTS are highly porous, with pore size in wide range from 25 to 300?µm which is suitable for cell growth. nHA/SF/CTS scaffolds have sufficient mechanical integrity to resist handling during implantation and in vivo loading. Both, the compressive modulus and compressive strength of the scaffold, decrease with the increase in silk fibroin content.  相似文献

Thermal chemiluminescence (TCL) from the fibrous proteins wool and feather keratin, silk fibroin and Type I collagen is reported for the first time. The proteins all emit TCL when heated in the atmosphere of O2 or N2 in the range 40-220 °C. Plotting non-isothermal CL data in O2 in Arrhenius format showed an increase in the activation energy at temperatures in the range 129-161 °C for each protein. This may indicate that a different free radical oxidation process operates when the mobility of the amorphous phase of the protein is increased above its Tg. Wool, silk and collagen exhibited a luminescence peak at 130 °C (with feather keratin at 145 °C) during non-isothermal CL experiments in N2, similar to that observed in many synthetic polymers and characteristic of polymer hydroperoxides.  相似文献

Ozone is a powerful oxidizing agent and is widely used in various applications, which includes bleaching of cotton. Its application on the processing of silk is non-existent. Research studies on degumming and bleaching of silk reveal that almost no work involving ozone has been carried out. Therefore a study was carried out to understand the effects of process parameters namely wet pickup, pH and time in the ozone treatment of raw and degummed mulberry and tassar silk fabrics on their properties. This paper reports on the effects of ozone treatment on the mulberry silk fabrics. The study was extended with a view to compare the ozone treatment with soap degumming and hydrogen peroxide treatment carried out on raw and degummed mulberry silk fabrics, respectively. The treatment results in increase in yellowness index and amino group content and decrease in breaking strength and elongation, weight and flexural rigidity. The results obtained are substantiated with tyrosine content, scanning electron micrographs and infrared spectroscopy of the treated materials. The effect of pH on the treatment is maximum up to pH 4 and then decreases. The treatment is more severe when the wet pickup used is 50% compared to that of 10 and 100%. With respect to treatment time, though the severity increases with time, it is maximum during the first 10 min of the treatment. Soap degumming of raw silk fabric results in lower yellowness index and flexural rigidity and lesser loss in breaking strength and elongation compared to that of ozone treated material. There is not much of difference between ozone and hydrogen peroxide treatments of degummed silk fabric except for the lower yellowness index obtained in the latter case.  相似文献

The effect of mechanical deformation on the polarized Raman spectra of a silk monofilament of the silkworm Bombyx mori has been studied in order to detect tensile stress-induced changes of the fibroin conformation and reorientation up to the breaking point. For this study, a motorized mechanical stretcher has been specifically designed to fit under the Raman microscope, thus allowing the simultaneous recording of the stress, strain and polarized Raman spectra. Due to its twin drive screw design, this stretcher allows to stretch the silk fiber symmetrically and thus to probe the same area of the fiber during the entire elongation procedure. The results obtained have allowed to clarify the assignment of some vibrational bands of silk. They also show that the intensity of some Raman bands is affected by tensile deformation. In particular, the amide III/amide I intensity ratio decreases as the strain increases and the variation is proportional to the stress applied on the fiber. These variations in intensity suggest that the alignment of the protein chains decreases with strain which might be due to the reorganization of the amorphous phase. The Raman spectra also show that several bands shift toward low wavenumbers as the strain applied increases indicating that the force constant and/or dihedral angles of the peptide bonds, in particular those involved in the β-sheets, are affected by drawing. Therefore, a local stress is directly applied on the β-sheets and the wavenumber shift observed is proportional to the stress applied on the fiber.  相似文献

Silk fibroin is a kind of polypeptide with functional amino acids in its structure. The electric charges in its molecular chains originating from the dissociation of acidic groups, i.e., hydroxyl, phenol and carboxyl, provide vast potentials for the retention of metal species of interest. In this study, the selective retention of Cu2+ with silk fibroin at pH 6.0 was investigated and a novel on-line procedure for separation/preconcentration of Cu2+ from complex sample matrices was thus developed by using a sequential injection system with an electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. A novel concept of enrichment index (EI), i.e., defined as enrichment factor (EF) obtained by consuming unity of sample volume (ml), was proposed for evaluating the enrichment efficiency of a flow-based preconcentration procedure. With a sampling volume of 900 μl, an EI of 30.3 (EF = 27.3) was achieved, which was much improved as compared to that of reported procedures. A detection limit of 8.0 ng l−1 was achieved within a linear range of 0.025-1.5 μg l−1 along with a precision of 2.2% R.S.D. at 0.5 μg l−1. The practical applicability of this procedure was validated by analyzing a certified reference material of riverine water (GBW08608) and a certified reference material of seawater (NASS-5) achieving satisfactory agreements between the certified and the obtained values. A spiking recovery was also performed by using a cave water sample.  相似文献

采用丝网印刷技术制作的一次性薄层碳电极具有良好的分析性能。经化学修饰二茂铁后,以丝素为固定化载体固定含有多酚氧化酶的蘑菇萃取蛋白,所得酸电极对其底物邻苯二酚和多巴胺有良好响应,线性范围为2.0×10-8~2.0×10-2,mol/L,在30s内即可达到95%稳态电流。该电极的RSD为2.7%,且可保持10天以上的工作寿命。该酶电极在低温湿润环境中可保存较长时间,因此有较好的商品化前景。  相似文献
