以氯化锌水溶液为溶剂 ,用钴 60γ射线引发蚕丝均相溶液接枝丙烯腈 .研究了辐射吸收剂量、剂量率、铜离子浓度、蚕丝浓度和单体浓度及“后效应”对单体转化率、接枝率、接枝效率、接枝链分子量的影响 ;研究发现初始接枝效率主要取决于 [S]丝/ ( [S]丝 +[M]单) ,接枝效率随吸收剂量增加而增加 ;铜离子的存在使接枝链分子量下降 ,而对接枝率和接枝效率影响不大 ;用IR、TGA、DTA等多种方法对接枝物进行了表征 ,表明蚕丝接枝上聚丙烯腈后 ,其热学性能有较大提高 .  相似文献

This study is focused on the Raman spectroscopic analysis of degummed silk fibroin (SF) fibers and regenerated Bombyx mori silk fibroin films: a correlation was found between some spectral features related to the methylene deformation modes and the molecular orientation of the samples. Polarized Raman spectra on SF fibers were used to obtain the orientation distribution function of carbonyl groups along the protein backbone. The variation of the intensity ratio of 1400/1450 cm−1 for the peaks attributed to the wagging and bending deformation modes of CH2 groups with respect to the angular orientation of the fiber was measured and quantitatively correlated with the orientation distribution function of the carbonyl groups. Unpolarized Raman spectra were measured for regenerated silk fibroin films and lyophilized solutions. The variation of the intensity ratio of 1415/1455 cm−1, which is related to the deformation modes of CH2 groups in SF regenerated materials, was qualitatively related to the microstructural orientation of the samples observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and to the presence of Silk I phase as suggested by the analysis of samples obtained in different casting conditions and also by the measurements on mechanically deformed films. The results obtained showed the utility of the spectroscopic intensity ratio of 1400/1450 cm−1 for the rapid assessment of molecular orientation in silk fibers, which could be useful for quality and process control of regenerated silk‐based textiles. Moreover, the qualitative dependence of the intensity ratio of 1415/1455 cm−1 was found to be sensitive to both the microstructural orientation and Silk I content of regenerated silk fibroin films, suggesting a possible correlation of this Raman marker of the Silk I phase with the degree of molecular order brought about by this polymorph. The blend film of silk fibroin (SF) and poly(ethylene glycol)400 (PEG400) with a blend ratio of 2/1 (wt/wt) wasprepared simply by dropping a little PEG400 into the SF solution and then casting the mixed aqueous solution at 50℃. Theresulting film exhibited much better mechanical properties in the dry and wet state than SF itself, owing to theconformational change of SF in the blends from the random coil to the β-sheet structure and intermolecular hydrogen bondformation between SF and PEG400. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the initial thermal decomposition temperatureof the blend film was 170℃, which was 80℃ lower than that of SF (250℃) and 20℃ higher than that of PEG400 (150℃),and indicated a Strong interaction between two components of the blend. No crystalline peaks were observed in the X-raydiffraction curve of the blend film. Cell culture test showed that SF/PEG400 was a suitable substrate for the growth of humanumbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).  相似文献

Dragline silk from the spider, Nephila clavipes, was characterized by thermal analysis (TGA, DSC, DMA), computational modeling, scanning electron microscopy and by quasi-static as well as high rates of strain. Thermal stability to about 230°C was observed by TGA, two transitions by DMA, ?75°C, representative of localized motion in the amorphous domain, and a main chain motion associated with partial melt at 210°C. Tensile tests indicated average initial modulus, ultimate tensile strength and ultimate tensile strain of 22 GPa, 1.1 GPa and 9%, respectively. The corresponding properties of the best fibers tested were 60 GPa, 2.9 GPa and 11%, respectively. High strain rates (>50,000%/sec) indicated similar mechanical properties to the average values indicated above. Microscopy showed compressive and tensile strains to failure of 34%. Computational modeling yielded a crystal modulus of 200 GPa.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper introduces the main Chinese research work on the chemical modification of natural polymers including silk, Chinese lacquer, gutta-percha, cellulose, and chitin. 海峡/运河是海上丝绸之路的重要节点,其安全性决定海上丝绸之路能否正常运行,因而研究海峡/运河的安全性至关重要。本文通过改进松弛变量度量模型(SBM),构造了基于非期望要素的SBM集成性排序方法,揭示了海峡/运河安全效率的完全排序;根据删除某指标不影响效率排序则应剔除该指标的思路,筛选最优评价指标体系;通过计算某指标对决策单元效率的影响程度,确定海峡/运河安全效率关键影响因素。实证结果表明,马六甲海峡安全效率较高,而曼德海峡安全效率较低,其余四个海峡/运河效率居中,且相差不大;海盗和船舶事故是影响安全效率的重要因素。  相似文献

We have developed a new design of nerve guidance conduits (NGCs) made up of silk fibroin (SF), referred to as SF-NGCs, by a well-established method. The present study aimed to comprehensively investigate the degradation behaviors of SF-NGCs versus SF fibers. After they were allowed to incubate in the protease XIV solution or to be subcutaneously implanted in rabbits, SF-NGCs and SF fibers were subjected to degradation level measurement, mass loss assessment and gel electrophoresis, or light and electron microscopy and mass loss assessment for testing the dynamic course of in vitro or in vivo degradation. The results collectively indicated that SF-NGCs were able to degrade at a significantly increasing rate as compared to SF fibers, thus meeting the requirements of peripheral nerve regeneration. Furthermore, based on the possible involvement pathway in the in vivo degradation of SF-NGCs, the time-dependent changes in the mRNA level of lysosome-related genes (Hip1R, cathepsin D, and tPA) in subcutaneous implantation site within 24-week period post-implantation was determined by real-time RT-PCR, and the resulting data might contribute to our understanding of the molecular aspects that affect in vivo degradation and absorption of SF-NGCs.  相似文献
