波士顿矩阵法在河南承接产业转移中的应用

承接产业转移是加速区域经济发展的"助推器",提升产业集聚能力是提高区域产业竞争力的关键,如何科学地选择承接产业,并提升产业集聚能力是河南亟待解决的问题.选取2010年和2014年两个时点,运用产业梯度系数和产业动态集聚指数对工业进行分行业分析,并借鉴波士顿矩阵分析法将其划分为明星、金牛、问题、瘦狗和衰退等产业.根据河南的自然资源、劳动力、区位条件、市场需求等比较优势,并考虑产业集聚发展的能力,来确定河南承接产业转移的重点产业.     

Permutations and β-shifts

Given a real number β>1, a permutation π of length n is realized by the β-shift if there is some x∈[0,1] such that the relative order of the sequence x,f(x),…,fn−1(x), where f(x) is the fractional part of βx, is the same as that of the entries of π. Widely studied from such diverse fields as number theory and automata theory, β-shifts are prototypical examples of one-dimensional chaotic dynamical systems. When β is an integer, permutations realized by shifts were studied in Elizalde (2009) [5]. In this paper we generalize some of the results to arbitrary β-shifts. We describe a method to compute, for any given permutation π, the smallest β such that π is realized by the β-shift. We also give a way to determine the length of the shortest forbidden (i.e., not realized) pattern of an arbitrary β-shift.     

氮杂多环芳烃~（13）C－NMR化学位移的理论探讨

本文主要是对氮原子以ｓｐ~２杂化，孤氮电子占据ｓｐ~２杂化轨道，以这种形式成键的氮杂交变多环芳烃中的１１个化合物的~（１３）Ｃ－ＮＭＲ的化学位移进行了计算。该计算依据ＣＮＤＯ方法一个联系分子电荷密度，键级和键长等参数的半经验公式。同时利用环电流、空间效应以及针对氮原子的屏蔽效应和去屏蔽效应的影响，通过分子动力学的考虑，得到理论上计算的化学位移，该计算结果与实验值吻合得很好，通过时~（１３）Ｃ－ＮＭＲ化学位移的回归分析表明，回归系数达到０．９９，非常好地反映了氮杂多环芳烃~（１３）Ｃ－ＮＭＲ化学位移与分子微观结构之间的关系，同时表明我们在处理诸多化学位移时考虑到的因素是合理可行的。

Empirical process approach to some two-sample problems based on ranked set samples

We study the asymptotic properties of both the horizontal and vertical shift functions based on independent ranked set samples drawn from continuous distributions. Several tests derived from these shift processes are developed. We show that by using balanced ranked set samples with bigger set sizes, one can decrease the width of the confidence band and hence increase the power of these tests. These theoretical findings are validated through small-scale simulation studies. An application of the proposed techniques to a cancer mortality data set is also provided. Part of the research was conducted while Kaushik Ghosh was visiting Statistical Research and Applications Branch of the National Cancer Institute on an Intergovernmental Personnel Assignment.     

Support properties and Holmgren's uniqueness theorem for differential operators with hyperplane singularities

Let W be a finite Coxeter group acting linearly on Rn. In this article we study the support properties of a W-invariant partial differential operator D on Rn with real analytic coefficients. Our assumption is that the principal symbol of D has a special form, related to the root system corresponding to W. In particular the zeros of the principal symbol are supposed to be located on hyperplanes fixed by reflections in W. We show that conv(suppDf)=conv(suppf) holds for all compactly supported smooth functions f so that conv(suppf) is W-invariant. The main tools in the proof are Holmgren's uniqueness theorem and some elementary convex geometry. Several examples and applications linked to the theory of special functions associated with root systems are presented.     

配合物57Fe(py)4(NCS)2的合成和穆斯堡尔谱研究

从含有57Fe(Ⅱ)的掺杂配合物中回收57Fe2O3,用N2H4*H2SO4为主还原剂将57Fe2O3还原为57Fe(Ⅱ),以保证57Fe具有较高的含量.最后合成配合物57Fe(py)4(NCS)2.并通过元素分析、红外光谱、穆斯堡尔谱等方法对其结构进行表征.     

关于自相似集列的一个性质

在讨论了Rd上单个压缩映射的不动点对参数的连续依赖性后,我们导出了相似迭代函数系统列所确定的自相似集列的一个性质.     

Asymmetric multi-channel sampling in shift invariant spaces

We develop an asymmetric multi-channel sampling on a shift invariant space V(?) with a Riesz generator ?(t) in L²(R), where each channeled signal is assigned a uniform but distinct sampling rate. We use Fourier duality between V(?) and L²[0,2π] to find conditions under which there is a stable asymmetric multi-channel sampling formula on V(?).
