上海地区汉族人单胺氧化酶基因微卫星DNA多态性研究

应用扩增片段长度多态性技术,分析单胺氧化酶基因的ＭＡＯＡ（ＣＡ）。力ＭＡＯＢＩ（ＧＴ）ｎ２个基因座的微卫星ＤＮＡ多态性。在２４６名（男性１２２人,女性１２４人）无血缘关系上海地区汉族人中检出ＭＡＯＡ（ＣＡ）ｎ基因座８－种等位基因（１１０－１２４ｂｐ）和１９种基因型。     

试论近代上海的外资银行 --以汇丰、花旗银行上海分行为例

汇丰、花旗等外资银行随着列强侵略中国的步伐先后进入上海，无论是代表在中国的洋行还是其本国之内金融财团的利益，它们在存、贷、汇等业务上全面攫取利益的行为是一样的。为求得生存和发展。它们与上海的钱庄、华资银行以及中国政府之问均形成既冲突又相互支持的局面，而一切关系的转化都以它们的利益为出发点。     

百余年上海冬夏季降水与太平洋海温的相关关系及其年代际差异

利用上海1873—2001年的冬季和夏季降水量与太平洋海温资料，通过计算上海冬季和夏季降水量与太平洋海温的同期和超前相关以及滑动相关系数，讨论上海冬季和夏季降水年代际变化趋势及其与太平洋海温场的相关关系在不同年代和不同空间区域上的显差异．分析发现，上海冬季和夏季的降水均存在明显的年代际阶段性变化，但总体雨量增加的趋势不明显，降水量和太平洋海温的相关关系在不同年代和不同空间区域上存在着显的差异，这种年代际相关关系的差异可能是造成用统计方法做短期气候预测时产生不确定性的主要原因之一．因此作为短期气候预测的常用预报因子之一的太平洋海温场在进行统计预报的应用过程中，适当地考虑在不同时间尺度上的相关差异，将有利于提高预测的准确性和减少统计预测方法中的不确定性．     

Photo-improved hydrogen evolution reaction activity of the Pt/CdS electrocatalyst

The effect of CdS content on the photo-induced improvement of hydrogen evolution reaction activity of the Pt/CdS electrocatalyst was investigated. Although the electrons transferred from CdS to Pt in the Pt/CdS electrocatalyst increased with the CdS content under illumination, the electrochemical active surface area of the Pt/CdS electrocatalyst decreased with the CdS content, resulting that the photo-induced improvement of hydrogen evolution reaction activity of the Pt/CdS electrocatalyst decreased with the CdS content.

针对上海市工业危险废物产生及处置现状,提出促进企业清洁生产,实现废物减量化;严格执行危险废物申报登记,加强信息化管理,加强监督管理持证企业;加强危险废物集中处置场建设,降低运行成本;加强技术政策的制定与处理、处置技术的研究开发,真正实现工业危险废物全过程管理等建议.     

Construction of highly enantiopure β,β-diaryl substituted glycine containing two contiguous stereocenters via asymmetric 1,6-conjugate addition

Asymmetric construction of β,β-diaryl substituted glycine bearing two contiguous chiral centers remains a significant challenge. Herein, the application of the para-quinone methides (p-QMs) and Ni(II)- complex of glycine via 1,6-conjugate addition to achieve asymmetric synthesis of β,β-diaryl substituted glycine has been explored successfully. This protocol features operational simplicity, high diastereoselectivity, and recyclable chiral ligand, which provides a versatile approach to the synthesis of highly enantiopure β,β-diaryl substituted glycine.

上海港发展目前面临一系列严峻的问题:包括码头吞吐能力已趋饱和,深水岸线基本用尽,没有20 m以上水深的航道和码头,江海联运功能亟待提高,受泥沙回淤困扰和受土地资源制约等.为了落实国务院关于上海国际航运中心建设2020年的总体目标,满足上海市和长江流域经济发展的需要,适应国际航运船舶大型化的趋势,优化目前江海联运运输方式,进一步发挥上海的龙头作用,规划新港区,已是迫在眉睫.     

Our expedition in the construction of fluorescent supramolecular metallacycles

During the past few years, the construction of fluorescent supramolecular metallocycles has attracted extensive attention due to their diverse applications such as sensing, photoelectric devices, and mimicking complicated natural photo-processes. In this review, we will discuss how we entered the field of fluorescent supramolecular metallacycles and what we investigated in this field. The preparation of various fluorescent supramolecular metallacycles and their applications in monitoring the dynamics of coordination-driven self-assembly, sensing, catalysts, and supramolecular gels will be summarized.
