与传统光电成像系统成像质量的评价方法相比,最小可分辨对比度(MRC)能够更全面地反映光电成像系统的极限性能。它考虑了系统的灵敏度、噪声、目标空间频率以及人眼视觉特性等因素对系统阈值对比度的影响,可用于光电成像系统的视距估算。在分析微光ICCD成像系统工作原理的基础上,研制了新型微光ICCD成像系统MRC特性测试仪。以该系统为实验装置、以Weibull心理测量方程为理论基础设计了一种选择性靶标。基于选择性靶标,提出了一种基于强迫性选择MRC测量的新方法,利用该方法对微光ICCD成像系统进行了实际测量。该方法对建立微光ICCD成像系统MRC理论模型具有重要的指导意义,对直视型微光成像系统MRC特性的测量具有借鉴意义,对光电成像系统成像质量的评价具有重要的使用价值。  相似文献

The potential of 3D selective laser melting (SLM) technology to produce compact, temperature and pressure stable titanium alloy chromatographic columns is explored. A micro bore channel (0.9 mm I.D. × 600 mm long) was produced within a 5 × 30 × 30 mm titanium alloy (Ti–6Al–4V) cuboid, in form of a double handed spiral. A poly(butyl methacrylate-co-ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate) (BuMA-co-EDMA) monolithic stationary phase was thermally polymerised within the channel for application in reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. The prepared monolithic column was applied to the liquid chromatographic separation of intact proteins and peptides. Peak capacities of 69–76 (for 6–8 proteins respectively) were observed during isothermal separation of proteins at 44 °C which were further increased to 73–77 using a thermal step gradient with programmed temperature from 60 °C to 35 °C using an in-house built direct-contact heater/cooler platform based upon matching sized Peltier thermoelectric modules. Rapid temperature gradients were possible due to direct-contact between the planar metal column and the Peltier module, and the high thermal conductivity of the titanium column as compared to a similar stainless steel printed column. The separation of peptides released from a digestion of E.coli was also achieved in less than 35 min with ca. 40 distinguishable peaks at 210 nm.  相似文献

We present a theoretical model to study the effect of the pump spectrum and axial mode separation on the single longitudinal mode operation of a laser with a homogeneously broadened semi-monolithic gain medium of short absorption depth. The characterizing parameter is the ratio of the pump power up to which single longitudinal mode is possible to the pump power at the lasing threshold and is denoted by rmax. A numerical study using a Gaussian-shaped pump spectrum reveals that, for a small value of the axial mode separation and for a crystal with short absorption depth at the pump wavelength, the value of rmax reduces significantly with increase in the FWHM of the pump spectrum and thereby results in degradation of the single longitudinal mode performance of the system. However, for large value of the axial mode separation, the SLM performance was found to be nearly independent of the variations in the spectral bandwidth of the pump beam, location of its peak emission wavelength and its polarization.  相似文献

以CCD作为散斑和杨氏条纹记录设备,以与分屏器相连的电寻址空间光调制器作为滤波器,以计算机作为图像合成、条纹分辨及数据运算处理中心,并同时控制和协调CCD及空间光调制器等设备,实现了利用散斑照相实时、自动测定微小位移的过程.实验结果表明,此种方法获得的测量结果误差较小,具有一定的使用价值.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new application of the successive linearization method for solving a system of nonlinear third order equations that govern the steady of laminar three dimensional flow for an incompressible, viscous fluid past a stretching sheet. A comparison is made with results from existing methods reported in the literature to test the validity, accuracy and convergence of the method. It was found that the method is easy to implement, yields accurate results, and performs better than some numerical methods. Also, the effects of the physical parameters the fluid velocity are depicted graphically and are analyzed in detail.  相似文献

本研究探讨了不同取向对激光选区熔化(SLM)成形316L不锈钢力学性能的影响.使用纳米压痕测试系统对SLM成形316L不锈钢扫描平面方向和叠加成形方向两个取向的试样进行测试,并通过相关计算得出了材料在这两个方向的弹性模量、硬度、应变率敏感性指数等力学参数.实验结果表明,扫描平面方向的弹性模量和叠加成形方向的弹性模量基本相同;在相同的压入应变率下,扫描平面方向的硬度大于叠加成形方向的硬度;而对于不同的压入应变率,在高应变率下的压痕硬度相对较大;随着压入深度的增加,硬度逐渐减小并趋于稳定值.此外,本研究分析了不同压入应变率下硬度和应变率敏感性指数m的压痕尺寸效应,并得到与尺寸无关的硬度和应变率敏感性指数m.最后,通过引入扫描平面方向准静态宏观压缩工况下的应变率敏感性指数m加以验证本研究的合理性,揭示了SLM成形316L不锈钢在不同取向上应变率敏感性的差异,进而为研究准静态宏观压缩下叠加成形方向的应变率敏感性提供了支撑.  相似文献

针对多载波码分多址(MC-CDMA)系统的高峰均功率比(PAPR)的问题,提出一种将选择性映射(SLM)算法与压扩技术相级联的新算法,该算法首先利用SLM算法对系统PAPR特性优化;然后对幅度大于给定门限的信号进行压缩,实现对系统峰均功率比的进一步有效降低.仿真结果表明,SLM压扩联合算法能够最大限度地利用现有算法的优势,在很好地降低PAPR的同时,又不会引入很大的计算量和压扩噪声.  相似文献

In order to understand the limitations of electromebrane extraction procedure better, a simple equivalent circuit has been proposed for a supported liquid membrane consisting of a resistor and a low leakage capacitor in series. To verify the equivalent circuit, it was subjected to a simulated periodical polarity changing potential and the resulting time variation of the current was compared with that of a real electromembrane extraction system. The results showed a good agreement between the simulated current patterns and those of the real ones. In order to investigate the impact of various limiting factors, the corresponding values of the equivalent circuit were estimated for a real electromembrane extraction system and were attributed to the physical parameters of the extraction system. A dual charge transfer mechanism was proposed for electromembrane extraction by combining general migration equation and fundamental aspects derived from the simulation. Dual mechanism comprises a current dependent contribution of analyte in total current and could support the possibility of an improvement in performance of an electromembrane extraction by application of an asymmetric polarity changing potential. The optimization of frequency and duty cycle of the asymmetric polarity exchanging potential resulted in a higher recovery (2.17 times greater) in comparison with the conventional electromebrane extraction. The simulation also provided more quantitative approaches toward the investigation of the mechanism of extraction and contribution of different limiting factors in electromembrane extraction. Results showed that the buildup of the double layer is the main limiting factor and the Joule heating has lesser impact on the performance of an electromebrane extraction system.  相似文献

提出了一种新的固体激光器纵模选择技术,分析了该方法的损耗调制原理,用半经典理论建立二模光场竞争的运动方程,并对这种方法的纵模选择能力进行了计算。实验中用KTP和方解石两种双折射晶体都实现了固体激光器的单纵模振荡,用KTP晶体获得了CW44mW的单纵模激光输出,稳定性优于±3%。实验表明在半导体激光泵浦的中小功率固体激光器中用该方法选纵模具有稳定、可靠的优点。  相似文献
