We have analyzed simultaneous recordings of respiration and heartbeat intervals in diabetic patients and control subjects. Our main findings are that in diabetic patients the heart beat-to-beat interval variability and cardiorespiratory crosscorrelation are decreased, the autocorrelation time of the interval series is increased, and the phase relation of the respiration with the heartbeat interval oscillations is often reversed in comparison with the control subjects. We have been able to reproduce the data using a biophysical model in which the time dependent input signal to the sinoatrial node was constituted of quasiperiodic and aperiodic components. The quasiperiodic input was obtained from the recording of the respiratory signal and the aperiodic input was obtained from selected realizations of correlated noise. Our study indicates that both input components to the sinoatrial node are modified in diabetic patients.  相似文献

本文报告72例原发性癌(PHC)、27例转移性肝癌(MHC),以及50例肝硬变患者血清唾液酸(SA)的含量变化,测定结果:PHC、MHC 唾液酸含量分别为7.5±1.6mg/dm~3,8.29±0.89mg/dm~3,明显高于肝硬变组(4.73±0.92mg/dm~3)。前者阳性率分别为75.0%和92.6%,与肝硬变组相比,呈非常显著性差异 P<0.001),故血清唾液酸测定不仅在诊断肝癌上有一定意义,而且对肝癌与肝硬变的鉴别也有较好的辅助诊断价值。  相似文献

Photonic microwave filters are important parts of fiberoptic microwave/millimeter wave processing systems. In this paper, the synthesis problem of fiberoptic FIR microwave filters is addressed and a novel method for designing photonic microwave filter employing a simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is proposed. The design problem of photonic microwave filter can be reduced to be a multivariable function optimization problem, which can be solved by a simulated annealingbased algorithm. As an illustration of the application of SA to photonic microwave filter design, the synthesis of an optimizedFBGbased photonic microwave filter is discussed. Numerical results show that the global minimum finding capability of SA makes it be an efficient way to design the photonic microwave filter. Numerical results also demonstrate that the proposed method can be applied to design different filtering systems with different constraints.  相似文献

The cariogenic bacterium Streptococcus mutans attaches to tooth surfaces via a cell surface adhesin termed streptococcal antigen I/II (SA I/II). Mapping studies identified an adhesion epitope within residues 1025–1044. Asynthetic peptide (p1025) spanning these residues inhibited adhesion ofS. mutans in vitro and was tested in an in vivo human streptococcal adhesion model.Direct application of p1025 to the teeth prevented recolonisation of the oral cavity by S. mutans but not Actinomyces naeslundii. This review also describes various other adhesion-inhibiting peptides have been identified in vitro. We suggest that adhesion-blocking synthetic peptides may provide novel anti-infective agents. Topical application of such peptides at mucosal surfaces does not provide sustained selective pressure and in contrast to antibiotics, may not induce resistance.  相似文献

NaY zeolite functionalized by sulfamic acid/Cu(OAc)_2[NaY/SA/Cu(Ⅱ)] was synthesized and used as a new,efficient and recyclable catalyst for preparation of formamides. This novel organic-inorganic hybrid catalyst was characterized by several techniques such as FT-IR, XRD, SEM, EDX and TG analysis.Chemoselectivity, easy procedure, excellent yields, very short reaction times, solvent-free and mild reaction conditions are some benefits of this new protocol.  相似文献

A novel combination of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and redox polymerization is here used to allow instrument‐free visualization of special biomolecules for which dynamic polymer growth is used in signal amplification. In this method, the convenient and mild redox polymerization‐assisted amplification with cerium ammonium (IV) nitrate as oxidant at the second stage was achieved by directly using the hydroxyl groups from poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) synthesized via ATRP at the first stage. The brushed polymers poly(hydroxylethyl methacrylate)‐branched‐poly (acrylamide) (PHEMA‐branched‐PAM) prepared by successive ATRP and redox polymerization in situ drastically grew up at the detected biomolecules spot to improve the visibility of biomolecule and simplify the detection procedure. With the proposed strategy, the signal amplification of streptavidin (SA) as model detected biomolecule was investigated on two different substrates such as silicon wafer and gold, respectively. As a result, detection limit of SA was demonstrated on the gold substrates where binding of 1.0 ng/mL SA was differentiable from the background using ellipsometry. Moreover, binding of 0.5 nmol/L DNA led to visually distinguishable spots on the gold surface under mild condition. The proposed method exhibited an efficient amplification performance for molecules detection, and paved a new way for visual diagnosis of biomolecules. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 介绍了兰州重离子医疗装置(HIMM)建造中准直安装方案里核心的测量控制网设计。同步环准直测量控制网是基于Leica AT401激光跟踪仪和综合测量软件SA建立的三维测量控制网,在控制网设计中采用9个基准柱和2个激光干涉测量得到的基准长度参考,以及Leica DNA03数字水准仪协同测量,使全局三维控制网设计精度达到0.04mm,最终确保同步环四极磁铁安装精度达到0.10mm的要求指标,为将来束流的稳定运行做好可靠的保证。  相似文献
