不同龄级马尾松对松材线虫病抗性的探讨

从松褐天牛（Ｍｏｎｏｃｈａｍｕｓａｌｔｅｒｎａｔｕｓ）成虫活体上分离用ＰＤＡ平板灰葡萄孢（Ｂｏｔｒｙｔｉｓｃｉｎｅｒｅａ）培养的松村线虫（Ｂｕｒｓａｐｈｅｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｘｙｌｏｐｈｉｌｕｓ）对不同龄级和不同生长势的马尾松（Ｐｉｎｕｓｍａｓｓｏｎｉａｎａ）的接种试验表明，１４年生以下和生长势旺盛的马尾松幼树抗松材线虫病；１６年生以上和长势弱的马尾松中龄、成熟和过熟林树对松材线虫病的抗性较弱，并随树龄的增加和长势的减弱抗病能力减弱。对各龄级马尾松的化学内含物萜类和树脂酸的组成分析，长叶烯、α－烯和去氢枞酸的含量随树龄的增加而增加，并与其抗性呈负相关；β－蒎烯、单萜和枞酸型树脂酸的含量随树龄的增加而减少，并与其抗性呈正相关。有相关性的化学内含物加入ＰＤＡ灰葡萄孢平板培养基培养松材线虫，与接种试验有相同趋势，长叶烯和去氢枞酸加入量的增大有利于线虫繁殖；β－蒎烯、单萜和枞酸型树脂酸则相反，加入量增大（与树内量相近）线虫的繁殖量减少，说明含量高时对线虫的生存和繁殖有抑制作用。     

尼卡地平和VM-26逆转C6/VM-26耐药性研究

目的阐明胶质瘤耐药发生的机制,克服耐药性的产生,提高手术后化疗的效果,增加胶质瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,最大限度地抑制胶质瘤细胞增殖,延缓肿瘤复发.方法模拟临床的给药方法,利用VM-26(威猛)在不同条件下的诱导建立了鼠胶质瘤C6细胞株对VM-26的耐药模型,通过钙离子拮抗剂尼卡地平(NCDP)作用,提高了VM-26对耐药的C6细胞株的敏感性.结果利用尼卡地平(5 mg/L)与VM-26协同作用时,使VM-26对C6/VM-26的抑制率从33.45%分别提高到70.25%,与VM-26组之间有显著差异(P<0.01).结论尼卡地平通过与化疗药物竞争地结合肿瘤细胞膜上的P-170糖蛋白,使化疗药物从细胞内泵出减少,细胞内药物积聚增多,增加了化疗药物的细胞毒性,逆转耐药.     

等效法测电阻

对伏安法作了改进，提出等效法测电阻，能消除电表内阻的影响，无论待测电阻与电表内阻的相对大小如何，电流表均可内接或外接，待测电阻值由高精度电阻箱之值计算测定，而高精度电阻箱精度高，故可使测量达到较高的精度。     

地震作用下多层钢结构的抗力退化与倒塌预测

分析房屋结构的倒塌过程，使在某种程度上能预测强震作用下房屋的破坏状况，使所设计的房屋能满足“大震不倒”，故意义重大，判断结构倒塌危险程度，可以用抗力退化率作为指标，对于弹塑性地震反应，提出“机构坐标系”的概念，为不同破坏模式的框架结构提供一个统一的、易于判读抗力退化率的方法，数值分析和荷载试验的结果分析表明，对低层和多层钢框架来说，根据等效静力荷载作用下的弹塑性分析结果，可以简略地推断在水平地震作     

聚碳酸酯聚氨酯弹性体的模拟生物老化性能的研究

研究了聚碳酸酯聚氨酯的水解剂，氧化，钙化等生物老化性能，并与聚醚聚氨酯样品做了比较，结果表明，胺扩链样品具有较好的耐水解性能，聚碳酸酯氨酯的抗氧化性能优于聚醚聚氨酯，同了聚醚氨酯一样，聚碳酸酯聚氨酯同样受钙的影响，含水氯化钙对聚碳酸酯聚氨酯的相结构产生影响，并对弹性具有增强作用。     

从EPRI工程计算方法看Burdekin COD设计曲线

分析了 Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ ＣＯＤ设计曲线的不足点，建立了由 ＥＰＲＩ工程计算方法求原裂纹尖端张开位移的转换公式，藉以考查Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ设计曲线的保守程度。文中的实例指出：Ｂｕｒｄｅｋｉｎ设计曲线只适用于以脆断为主要破坏形式的各种构件的预测，而对于以延性撕裂为主要破坏形式的构件，设计曲线的预测偏于保守，在安全评定的应用上受到限制。     

Resistance characterizations of equiarboreal graphs

A weighted (unweighted) graph $G$ is called equiarboreal if the sum of weights (the number) of spanning trees containing a given edge in $G$ is independent of the choice of edge. In this paper, we give some resistance characterizations of equiarboreal weighted and unweighted graphs, and obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for $k$-subdivision graphs, iterated double graphs, line graphs of regular graphs and duals of planar graphs to be equiarboreal. Applying these results, we obtain new infinite families of equiarboreal graphs, including iterated double graphs of 1-walk-regular graphs, line graphs of triangle-free 2-walk-regular graphs, and duals of equiarboreal planar graphs.     

Analysis of a resistance force for the locked-wheel of push-pull locomotion rovers using large subsidence

This paper provides a quantitative analysis of the resistance force of the locked-wheel for push-pull locomotion rovers using intentional sinkage. Our previous study has confirmed that push-pull locomotion using intentional subsidence at an initial position can contribute to improving the traveling performance. The key factor of this scheme is the resistance force of the locked-wheel. However, the resistance force at different sinkage conditions and wheel sizes (e.g., mass, width, and diameter) remains unclear, especially for the individual locked-wheel. The detailed investigation of this interaction can contribute to the accurate estimation of rover mobility. This paper, therefore, investigates the locked-wheel and soil interaction at different sinkage conditions experimentally, especially focusing on the intentional sinkage condition. Additionally, the resistance force is considered theoretically through the knowledge based on the soil flow patterns beneath the locked-wheel. The experimental results confirmed that the resistance force of the locked-wheel rose as the initial sinkage, wheel size, and weight increases. Furthermore, the theoretical calculation suggested the resistance force increased with a similar tendency of the experimental data.
