Two-level injection-locked opto-electronic oscillator is proposed for low phase noise. Dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) is used as the first injection source, injection locking a long-fiber loop based opto-electronic oscillator, then its output is injection locking another long-fiber opto-electronic oscillator for getting a lower-phase noise output carrier. After the first injection, the single side band (SSB) phase noise at 10 kHz offset frequency decreases from −123 dBc/Hz to −135 dBc/Hz, then through the second injection the SSB phase noise drops down to −146 dBc/Hz.  相似文献

We consider the quantum and classical dissociation dynamics of heteronuclear diatomic molecules induced by infrared laser pulses. The field–molecule interaction is given by the product of the time-dependent electric field and the molecule permanent dipole. We investigate the influence of the dipole function in molecular dissociation. We show that the dissociation can be suppressed at certain external field frequencies for a nonlinear and finite-range dipole function. The correspondence between quantum and classical results is established by relating classical Fourier amplitudes to discrete–continuum quantum matrix elements.  相似文献

利用半导体激光泵浦输出1064 nm波长的全固态连续Nd:YVO4激光器作为泵浦源,采用周期调谐和温度调谐组合调谐技术,对基于掺氧化镁周期性极化铌酸锂晶体(MgO:LiNbO3, PPMgLN)准相位匹配(QPM)的全固态连续波(CW)光学参量振荡器(OPO)宽波段无分立连续调谐输出特性进行研究。实验采用连续工作模式和外腔结构,基于多周期PPMgLN晶体的30.2,30.4和30.6 m周期,在改变晶体的极化周期的基础上,同时在30~100 ℃范围内调节晶体工作温度。实验结果表明:CW PPMgLN OPO的泵浦阈值仅为0.22 W;不同极化周期需要的温度调谐范围不同;信号光在1 559.8~1 597.2 nm近红外波段和闲频光在3 187.3~3 347.3 nm中红外波段连续调谐输出。实现了外腔式全固态CW OPO在信号光和闲频光波段的无分立连续调谐输出。  相似文献

In addition to the case usually considered of a stochastic harmonic oscillator subject to an external random force (Brownian motion in a parabolic potential) or to a random frequency and random damping, we consider an oscillator with random mass subject to an external periodic force, where the molecules of a surrounding medium, which collide with a Brownian particle are able to adhere to the oscillator for a random time, changing thereby the oscillator mass. The fluctuations of mass are modelled as trichotomous noise. Using the Shapiro–Loginov procedure for splitting the correlators, we found the first two moments. It turns out that the second moment is a non-monotonic function of the characteristics of noise and periodic signal, and for some values of these parameters, the oscillator becomes unstable.  相似文献

This paper describes a method for deriving approximate equations for irrotational water waves. The method is based on a ‘relaxed’ variational principle, i.e., on a Lagrangian involving as many variables as possible. This formulation is particularly suitable for the construction of approximate water wave models, since it allows more freedom while preserving a variational structure. The advantages of this relaxed formulation are illustrated with various examples in shallow and deep waters, as well as arbitrary depths. Using subordinate constraints (e.g., irrotationality or free surface impermeability) in various combinations, several model equations are derived, some being well-known, other being new. The models obtained are studied analytically and exact traveling wave solutions are constructed when possible.  相似文献

We study spectral approximations of Schrödinger operators T = ?Δ+Q with complex potentials on Ω = ?d, or exterior domains Ω??d, by domain truncation. Our weak assumptions cover wide classes of potentials Q for which T has discrete spectrum, of approximating domains Ωn, and of boundary conditions on ?Ωn such as mixed Dirichlet/Robin type. In particular, Re Q need not be bounded from below and Q may be singular. We prove generalized norm resolvent convergence and spectral exactness, i.e. approximation of all eigenvalues of T by those of the truncated operators Tn without spectral pollution. Moreover, we estimate the eigenvalue convergence rate and prove convergence of pseudospectra. Numerical computations for several examples, such as complex harmonic and cubic oscillators for d = 1,2,3, illustrate our results.  相似文献

The importance of anharmonic effect in dissociation of molecular systems especially clusters has been noted. In this paper, we shall study the effect of coupled anharmonic oscillator of the standard bilinear form (SBF) Morse oscillator (MO) potential on unimolecular reaction. We shall use the systematic theoretical approach, YL method, proposed by Yao and Lin (YAO L, et. al. J Phys Chem A, 2007, 111(29): 6722-6729), which can evaluate anharmonic effects on the rate constants based on the transition state theory. In treating the anharmonic effect with the Morse oscillator potential on unimolecular reactions under collision-free conditions by using the RRKM (Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus) theory, the in-verse Laplace transformation of the partition functions was used to obtain the total amount of state and density of state by using the first-order and the second-order approximations of the saddle-point method. To demonstrate the anharmonic effect of the SBF Morse model, we choose some model systems and a real reaction as examples.  相似文献

We show that two simple semiclassical strategies, one based on the Wilson–Sommerfeld rule and the other on the uncertainty principle, yield the exact modified form of the virial theorem for confined systems. An alternative, easier quantum mechanical route to arrive at this result is also sketched. Pilot calculations on confined oscillators reveal decisive trends. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Relaxation process of surface charge owing to dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in “needle – air gap – polyethylene terephthalate film – plane” configuration is considered. Experimental data of the surface charge relaxation (SCR) are obtained by means of the rotating capacitive probe. Taking into account Gaussian radial distribution of accumulated charge density, effective surface and volume electrical conductivities of a barrier dielectric, phenomenological model of SCR for any dielectric thickness is proposed and exact solutions are obtained. The adequacy of the model is confirmed by the numerical computation. There is a good agreement between the experimental results and the model calculations.  相似文献

从理论上探讨了溶质在柱头产生的自富集作用过程,说明了进样时间及流动相组成对富集效果的影响规律,并以安息香和美芬妥因两种药物为例对理论加以验证.结果表明,较好地控制实验条件,在基本不影响柱效的情况下,可以达到十余倍的自富集效果.  相似文献
