基于ZK的MVVM与MVP设计模式应用研究

简要介绍基于ZK框架的RIA系统架构,讨论MVVM设计模式和MVP设计模式在ZK框架中实现的技术特点和应用场合,综合两种设计模式的优点提出了复杂业务系统界面开发的最佳实践,并通过实例给予论证.实例表明,该最佳实践能够应付复杂的界面开发需求,同时保持代码的结构简洁,从而提高系统的维护性.     

基于RIA的富媒体播放组件的设计与实现

多媒体在网络中的应用越来越广,然而现有的技术很难达到视频、音频、图片与文字的完美结合.该文采用RIA设计模式,使用FLASH结合XML,JSP,数据库等技术,设计并实现了一个通用的B/S架构下的富媒体播放组件(RM-Player),用于解决上述问题.经实际应用,取得了良好的效果,证明是一种可行的办法.     

强啡肽(DYN)对人胎盘绒毛组织促性腺素分泌的影响

用胎盘绒毛组织体外孵育法(无血清培液)研究了强啡肽对妊娠6～10周人胎盘绒毛组织分泌促性腺素的影响.结果表明,当DYN浓度为10~(-9)mol/L,与对照组相比,有明显的刺激作用(P<0.05);浓度为10~(-10)mol/L,刺激作用最强(p<0.001).DYN可能在胎盘绒毛组织分泌hCG中起重要作用.     

Effects of environmental oestrogens on marine fish species

This article considers methods for the detection of oestrogenic effects in marine fish. As a marker for oestrogenic effects, plasma vitellogenin was determined in Atlantic cod, Atlantic salmon and goldsinny wrasse using ELISA with homologous or heterologous antisera. The sensitivity of marine fish to oestrogen exposure is species-dependent and cod is a suitable species for monitoring the effects of environmental oestrogens.     

Monitoring of progestins: Development of immunochemical methods for purification and detection of levonorgestrel

A polyclonal antibody (Ab) for the progestin levonorgestrel (LNG) was generated, and immunochemical assays for its detection, clean-up and concentration were developed. A highly specific microplate diagnostic assay for the detection of LNG was developed that used the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. The LNG ELISA developed was sensitive and reproducible; it exhibited I₅₀ and I₂₀ values of 3.3 ± 1.8 ng mL⁻¹ and 0.6 ± 0.4 ng mL⁻¹, respectively, and the Abs did not cross react with any of the tested steroid hormones. The above Abs were used to develop a sol-gel-based immunoaffinity purification (IAP) method for concentration and clean-up of LNG that is compatible with subsequent immunochemical or instrumental chemical analytical procedures, such as liquid chromatography followed by mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Development of the columns included successful entrapment of Abs within a tetramethoxysilane (TMOS)-based SiO₂ polymer network. The Abs could bind the free analyte from solution, and the bound analyte could be easily eluted from the sol-gel matrix at high recoveries. The Ab selectivity towards the antigen was high, in both ELISA and the sol-gel columns, but the entrapped Abs cross-reacted with two other steroid hormones - ethynylestradiol (EE2) and nortestosterone (NT) - which share similar epitopes with LNG, despite the lack of cross reactivity in the ELISA. The validity of the method was investigated by LC-MS/MS and a good analytical correlation was obtained.

Research of Memory Leak Based on AJAX Rich lnternet Application

在基于AJAX技术的富客户端应用中，闭包循环引用是一种非常隐蔽的循环引用。而由于IE浏览器对DOM对象和JavaScript对象在内存管理上的缺陷，造成在实际应用中很容易出现严重的内存泄漏问题。结合担保业务处理系统中的“档案提交／退档”模块核心代码，深入分析了造成IE浏览器内存泄漏的原因，提出了有效解决这种内存泄漏问题的方案，这对基于AJAX技术的富客户端应用开发，有很好的借鉴作用。     

Ajax技术的研究与应用

Ajax(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)技术是Web2.0的核心之一,本质上是一种RIA(Rich Internet Application)技术.它主要提供了客户端与服务器间异步通信的能力,可以实现客户端从服务器按需获取数据,从而可以降低网络传输的数据量,提高客户端的响应速度;使用的动态页面技术丰富了客户端的表现能力,极大改善了用户的使用体验.     

甲亢患者血清TGA、TMA RIA的临床价值

目的:放射免疫测定(RIA)甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMA)在甲状腺机能亢进诊断中的价值.方法:对1188例甲亢患者进行血清TGA、TMA放射免疫测定.结果:TGA、TMA阳性率分别为49.07%和45.95%.结论:TGA、TMA RIA是甲亢诊断的重要手段之一,对甲亢的进一步确诊以及治疗中病情的演变,可能复发的判断以及指导甲亢的治疗及随访等均有重要价值.

对RIA（丰富互联网应用程序）的定义、产生背景和主要特性进行了介绍，RIA具有Web应用程序和具有桌面应用程序的特点，并对目前出现的几种比较有实力的RIA客户端开发技术进行了论述，最后阐述了RIA的发展趋势。
