高压CMOS管工艺的设计、模拟和验证

模拟和验证了一种低成本的，以标准CMOS工艺为基础，无需对原工艺流程进行改动的高压工艺技术。讨论了低压器件中的各种击穿机理，相应提出了高压器件中所做出的改进，列举了该工艺技术中所用的特殊版图；对此工艺的应用性进行了二维的工艺和器件模拟；将模拟结果与实际测试结果进行了比较，验证了这种高压工艺技术的实用性。     

Modeling of RF plasma torch with a metallic tube inserted for reactant injection

Flow, temperature, and electromagnetic (EM) fields in a radio-frequency thermal plasma torch designed for the preparation of superconducting powders or films have been analysed by using a new two-dimensional modeling approach with the electric field intensity as the fundamental EM field variable. The insertion of a stainless steel injection tube into the torch leads to large induction currents in this tube. Although such large induction currents cause pronounced changes of the EM fields near the injection tube, flow and temperature fields are little affected. There exists only one large toroidal vortex in the upper part of the present torch, while the maximum temperature appears at an off-axis location within the coil region.     

耗散准模腔场与激子相互作用的量子统计性质

研究了耗散准模腔场与激子相互作用的量子统计特性 ,给出了当腔场初始处于真空态而激子处于真空态与粒子数态大于 2的叠加态时的腔场与激子能量交换的表达式。研究结果表明 ,激子和腔场可以呈现亚泊松分布状态 ,激子与腔场之间的关联是经典的 ,不存在Cauchy Schwartz不等式的偏离现象。     

霍耳效应实验分析

对霍耳效应测量磁感应强度的实验原理作了分析,讨论了外界定向干扰磁场对实验的影响、指出在实验教学中,相邻霍耳效应测量仪摆放距离宜大于等于2.5m才能忽略相互干扰.     

Boundary G/G Theory and Topological Poisson–Lie Sigma Model

We study a boundary version of the gauged WZW model with a Poisson–Lie group G as the target. The Poisson–Lie structure of G is used to define the Wess–Zumino term of the action on surfaces with boundary. We clarify the relation of the model to the topological Poisson sigma model with the dual Poisson–Lie group G ^* as the target and show that the phase space of the theory on a strip is essentially the Heisenberg double of G introduced by Semenov–Tian–Shansky.     

复线电气化区段施工感应电对人体的危害及防护对策

感应电会对人体造成伤害。从电磁感应和静电感应原理入手，分析了产生感应电的过程，并就如何防止感应电的危害提出了防护对策，有一定实用价值。     

轴拉杆随机分析的域外奇点法

采用随机域外奇点法对轴拉杆件进行了分析．考虑杨氏模量的不确定性，得到了不同相关类型、不同相关长度下的解析解，并分析了相关类型、相关长度以及随机场中点离散法对位移方差的影响．     

三维射频加速腔程序包MAFIA的开发和应用

介绍了三维射频加速器计算机辅助设计(CAD)程序包MAFIA的特点、功能及其应用。用CAD的方法实现了射频加速器特别是非轴对称带耦合腔的加速器的三维腔形设计。同时介绍了节省内存、节约机时的模型方法,使得在中小型机器上运行大程序(八万条)成为可能。文章主要对L波段的加速腔进行了数值模拟,并和实验进行了比较,结果符合较好;通过三维数值模拟及图形模拟的方法比较了各种形状谐振腔的性能;计算分析了输入耦合腔及高阶模耦合器对加速腔电磁场分布等参量的影响;提出了加耦合器后谐振频率改变的补偿方法。     

HIGH ACCURACY NUMERICAL METHOD OF THIN-FILM PROBLEMS IN MICROMAGNETICS

In this paper, a new high accuracy numerical method for the thin-film problems of micron and submicron size ferromagnetic elements is proposed. For the computation of stray field, we use the finite element method(FEM) by introducing a semi-discrete artificial boundary condition [1, 2]. In our numerical experiments about the domain patterns and their movement, we can see that the results are accordant to that of experiments and other numerical methods. Our method are very convenient to deal with arbitrary shape of thin films such as a polygon with high accuracy.
